Alex from Tip Top Garage did a Tip Top job installing two new openers for my garage. He was able to accommodate my schedule, arrived when he said he would, completed the job quicker than expected, was neat and polite. He made sure both systems were fully set up and even walked me through mobile app activation. What more could you want? Blake the technician came even earlier than expected which was much appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and knew immediately what he needed to do to fix the garage door. He predicted about an hour to complete the repair and he was finished in about an hour. The door works great and I will definitely call Tip Top Garage Doors again if needed. My garage's torsion spring had been damaged for three weeks, and I had observed cracking in the door. Mike arrived on schedule, checked my garage door, and provided me with two acceptable solutions, one of which was less priced. I loved how he was down-to-earth and honest. I never had the impression he was attempting to oversell me, so I chose to replace the door. He provided his skills at a reasonable price, worked around my schedule to install the door, and did an excellent job.

TipTop Garage Door company is the best I ever deal with. I use them few years ago to replace my garage door opener. This time my garage door was not going down. I checked it out and I saw that a cable was hanging on the side of the motor. I decided to call Tip Top Garage Door, and TJ the CSR, kindly answered and listened that I needed to leave home within 2 hours to work. TJ went above and beyond and scheduled me a Technician right away.

The tech Elad was at my house less than 1 hour after my call and my garage door back to work even better than before. It took Elad about 1 hour or less to fix the problem. He explained to me that the cause of the door not closing was that the door was off track. Elad explained everything prior starting the job and gave me prices at front which I appreciated! Thank you Elad and Tip Top Garage Doors for saving my day! I'll definitely will recommend this great company to my friends and family.

Blake came out Quickly. He examined my garage door, Determine what was functioning well with it and that it just needed a tuneup. He didn't try to oversell me, explained exactly what was needed And did the repair in a short amount of time at a reasonable price. The garage door functions better, more smoothly, more quietly and is more solid than it has ever been. These guys get it that great customer service is important. That's why I'll be using these guys if I ever need work on my garage door again. Thank you!

Hands down, the greatest service I've gotten in a long time. I called them last minute since we were moving out of our previous apartment and needed the garage door to be operational, and he was able to come out the same day. Mike arrived on schedule and completed the repair quickly. I was happy that it wasn't a significant problem and that he didn't appear to overstate the situation.

He repaired the sensor's wiring, lubricated the door, and adjusted the sensors. He finished in less than 15 minutes. The best part about the service was that it just cost me a small amount. I was quite pleased with the service and would recommend his services to anybody. Thank you, for the excellent service that is so difficult to get these days.

Had our garage door spring break Saturday evening. Called Tip Top Garage Doors and their technician came over on short notice on Sunday. He proceeded do an excellent job and was meticulous in his approach. He replaced the springs and shaft bearings on a 20 year old system and we are now good to go. He did not recommend services I did not need. Blake is an excellent ambassador of your organization. Definitely applying your service sticker on my door for any future needs. I have never used Tip Top before but based on reviews thought I would give them a try. I was glad I did. Very happy with their service and their mechanic. Their mechanic Alex kept me informed as to when he would arrive both during his initial assessment and opener replacement. He gave me options and wasn't trying to push one brand over another. Once we made our decision to replace the opener an appointment was made and replacement done within the time frame set. Alex took the time to explain features, balanced and lubricated my door and programmed the opener to both cars.

Luis from Tip Top Garage Doors came to my home the same day I requested a quote from Yelp. The technician explained what was wrong & made the repairs at a very reasonable price. He also spent the time to troubleshoot anything that would be a concern in the near future. He was super polite & respectful and prompt. Though the door was delivered a day after the agreed date, technicians worked swiftly and professionally to fix the door.
