Ace Pest Control

Called for a quote. The person (owner, I believe) that answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude. I asked if they offer a discount for multiple properties and he said that his employees have to get paid and he can't go around offering discounts. A simple no would've been ok.

I did not receive pest control from this business, however, I did have a quite unpleasant interaction with one of their employees driving an Ace Pest Control truck. I was pulling out of the apartment complex where I reside, my baby in the backseat, and came around a blind corner in which their is a dumpster that obstructs the view of what is coming around said corner.

I was not speeding or on my phone. I was just beginning to round the corner and had to slam down on my brakes because the Ace truck was rounding the corner quite fast and was occupying the center of the road rather than keeping to their designated side. The driver made eye contact and sped around me (he did not slow) while shouting and gesticulating angrily.

I attempted to roll down my window to address him but he took off. This is not the type of driver I would want in my neighborhood where children are present and playing, nor in my home where my children are present for that matter.

Antoine was very professional and pleasant. He sprayed my home inside and out quickly and was still thorough. I was very pleased with the job he did. Service: Ants

I've been using this company for a couple years and they've always been friendly and professional. I started requesting the scorpion powder last year and I've hardly had an issue since. I used to get scorpions in my house at least once a month and since the first time just over a year ago I've only had 1 and I think the dogs brought that one in. Very happy with this business.

We have used Ace Pest Control for almost 30 years. Their service is excellent and their technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. I especially like that they come every 3 months instead of once every month. We never see any insects inside or outside and the sprays they use are safe around children and pets.
