Today I had a plumbing problem with our kitchen sink.called for service person on the phone fantastic within 30 minutes a tech was at my front door.it was a 10 min fix they took good care of this disabled Vietnam vet not used to this kind of service in so Florida been a resident for 34 yrs

Those people are scammers, they told us that our business failed backflow test with the city to try to charge us $ 1200 for new system. We ran the test with another plumbing company, it definitely passed and it cost us $120. This is disgusting, I don't know how many times Stelmach, Robert "Bob" the salesman did this to other small businesses that are trying to stay open. Never use this company, they will steal your money with a smile

4 Star Plumbing saved the day for us today. We needed to replace our water heater asap. They had the unit in stock and were able to send a team over right away. Technicians Alvaro and Phil were friendly and professional. After the install they went over the new unit with me, answered my questions and left everything neat and clean. Thank you 4 Star.

John was prompt and also moved personal shifts around to get us service immediately. Justin was beyond amazing. Diligent, well equipped and knew how to solve our issue. He was personable, and as new home owners we will certainly recommend for how reassured he made us feel. He took a not so ideal situation and made us feel taken care of!

Called Monday for running toilet issue and was scheduled for service on Tuesday. Couldn't give me a time window for arrival, but as promised, was called 1/2 hr before to ensure I'd be home to receive the plumber. Carlos was professional, thorough and answered all my questions without pressuring me to agree to the proposed work/cost. Removed the tank, replaced the fill valve with a Fluidmaster Pro45B (high quality part), installed a new Kohler flapper which I bought at Home Depot, and replaced the supply line at no extra cost. Carlos tested the toilet for full functionality, cleaned up thoroughly, and work was completed in under 1 hour.

Total cost was $265, which admittedly seemed a bit inflated, but hopefully results in trouble-free toilet for years to come. First time using 4 Star Plumbing, very pleased and would use again without hesitation.

They said on the website no trip charge, when I call them the lady answer my call she said there is $125 Dispatch fee to send someone

Our neighbors got the tankless water tank about 6 months ago. They are hard to please kind of people and 4 Star should call themselves 5 Star. Our neighbors are very happy. The other day, another neighbor had issues with their tank. They asked me for a recommendation and I did not hesitate. 4 Star has another client. I am thinking about getting a tankless tank myself.

We had a seriously clogged toilet that needed immediate attention. I checked in with multiple plumbers on Yelp, but all were busy. I finally came across 4 Star Plumbing and they luckily had availability. The plumber they sent was running late so our scheduled time got pushed back significantly. Once he arrived though, the repair went exceedingly well.

He was great, very helpful and efficient. He was upfront about the scope of work and communicative about the details as the job unfolded. The price was a little higher than I expected, but in the ballpark of what I've paid for similar jobs in the past. Overall, I would recommend 4 Star Plumbing for any plumbing repairs. They did a pretty good job.

I had 4Star Plumbing come by for more services -- this was installation of new fixtures and troubleshooting a drain. Consistent with my review in December 2020, they were 100% professional. The only evidence of the service call was that everything worked perfect. Thanks again for a great experience.

Had an issue with an item trapped in my septic system. Called in an emergency situation and Christian was at me location within an hour. He was able to retrieve an item before a grease trap which I wasn't expecting he could. Excellent communication skills, and also their front office/dispatcher Was excellent too. I will use them again.

Had a slow flushing toilet that has slowly gotten worse over the years. Called around 9:30am and they were able to schedule an appointment around noonish that day. Tech arrived and gave me the options of either snaking to unclog (which may are may not work) or replacing. Decided to replace and the tech had the new toilet up in running in less than 2 hours including clean up and disposable of old toilet. Quick and efficient is what I like. Great service all around.

Once again 4 Star has been an excellent service. The bathroom's toilets got plugged yesterday night. I called at 8:00AM today and had a service man (Eddie) here at 8:30AM. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable, he was able to repair the clogged pipes in less than one hour. I highly recommend 4 Star for anyone with an emergency in their home/business plumbing!

Called on Tuesday at 9:48 pm regarding no water at my home. Spoke with someone to set up appointment for the following day. 11am- no one called. Not even on their list to be called back. No stars.

If you need a "can do" plumber, be sure to request Alvaro at 4 Star Services. He arrived within an hour and after seeing what was deemed a challenge by a previous plumber (who left without doing the job) assured me that he was the right guy for the job. He was pleasant, worked efficiently and was able to reassure me that the drain was now cleared and the washer was working. Good to know there are true professionals out there! Thanks, Alvaro!

I Had an unusual plumbing repair to complete. I tried to do it myself, and could not get tools onto the receessed brass fittings for the thermostatic cartridge on my shower valve. I got the parts which cost $ 250 and took the valve apart. Once I got into the cartridge, I could see damage to the soft brass fittings. I tried to take it apart but only made the damage worse.

I spoke to a couple plumbers about fixing this and both turned the job down. I spoke to Dave at 4 Star and he knew my valve and asked for pictures of the damage. From experience, he knew exactly what the problem was but warned me that fixing it might require knocking out the entire shower wall. He setup a call with one of their technicians that had some experience with thermostatic control catridges and two days later he arrived.

I should have watched to see this guys techniques because he was done in 20 minutes. The 4 Star peolpe were all very nice and knowledgeable and they have proven that they can handle unusual and challenging repairs.

The service that George Benitez delivered was truly knowledgeable, professional, timely, informative, suggestions made that he was able to complete on site and also offered honest solutions.

They came gave an estimate and set a time to do the work. They were very professional and most of all polite. The work took longer than expected and was more complicated than we thought but the price didn't change. It was done very professionally and looks and works great. Thanks to my neighbor for the tip.

We arrived back at our Fort Lauderdale condo this past Monday after being away for a couple of months, and by Tuesday morning realized our 17-year-old water heater had died (may it rest in peace). A predicament, to be sure, as we tried to figure out where we would shower until we could get a replacement. As luck would have it, we contacted 4 Star based on the significant number of excellent Yelp reviews.

This business should actually change its name to 5 Star because it surely is that. My first contact was with Janet, and I was soon also dealing with Andrew and Alex on the phone. By texting them photos, and with Andrew volunteering to deal with our building management office to cover the permit and insurance issues, we were able to get a commitment from 4 Star to install the new water heater that same afternoon. Dave showed up for the installation at the promised time, and by dinnertime, we were the proud owners of a brand new functioning water heater.

From our first contact with Janet, we felt that 4 Star was totally sympathetic to our need for fast action. Each of the four people we dealt with was concerned, competent, and willing to do whatever it took to get us a new water heater pronto. Dave's installation was clean and prompt, and he was a super nice guy to chat with. He even took a look at our dishwasher at my request and gave us some needed advice on that issue.

The need to call a plumber is an experience in life pretty much like having to go to the dentist with a toothache. You'd rather not have to. But this company was truly a pleasure to deal with. They were actually one of three plumbers we called, all highly rated. One could not commit to installation in less than a week, another couldn't commit at all to a time frame, and then we lucked out with 4 Star. My wife and I both would highly recommend this outstanding company. In fact, I think we just did.

Prepare to pay a minimum of $165. They don't quote over the phone. The technician to come out is free, which is good because some charge. Plumbing is expensive. I have yet to find a company or solo person that does it for a fair price. On a brighter note. I've used 4 Star multiple times because they don't add unnecessary charges inflating the bill. They're always on time and friendly. Their work is clean and professional. They do deserve 5 stars.

We had a leak because the valve in the spigot in the outside of our house failed. My husband tried to fix it himself; but when he realized the job was too difficult; he called 4 Star Plumbing service. It was late on a Sunday night, and since Monday was Presidents' Day we feared the service call would be astronomical. We were given a quote which sounded reasonable and we were told a plumber would be out the next day, (and that he would call first so we could be sure that someone would be home.).

We got the call early Monday afternoon, and in about 45 minutes Bob, the plumber, was at our door. He was friendly and I immediately felt comfortable having him work on our house. He started right away and had everything he needed with him to correct the situation. All in all he was in and out in less than an hour & when he presented us with the bill it was just under what we were quoted.

He didn't try to sell us anything else.just in and out, fixing the leak for a fair price. Overall we couldn't have been happier with 4 Star Plumbing and would highly recommend this company to others.

Eddie Singleton responded to my call reference a leaking toilet. During his work on the problem, he realized I did not need the major repair he thought would be necessary. He finished the job and then informed me that it would not be as expensive as he thought.

I had the pleasure of Joshua M over to my house to fix an issue with a drain and a toilet (or water closet as some prefer to call it). Not only was he professional but offered some suggestion how to impress the wife with some plumbing knowledge.

Called at 9pm for an issue with piping leading to my house from city's mainline. They were available and had someone come out the next day during lunch and it was fixed in an hour. Very fast and professional Nice friendly service. I called to get an estimate on a dishwasher installation. Bob arrived within the time frame noted. He was a personable no nonsense type of guy.

So I thought my kitchen sink was clogged since the disposer wasn't working. I called 4 star plumbing services and Bob was at my doorstep in under 10 minutes. As he inspected the sink he fished out the culprit.

Bob and his associate were scheduled through their office. They called to advise that they were running late, which is ALWAYS appreciated. Bob gave us an accurate estimate, performed the work quickly and professionally, and even unclogged an extra drain for us at NO COST.

Very professional office staff and technicians. I was given an appointment for the day after I called (it was not an emergency) and the office staff kept in touch with me about the technician's arrival time prior to the appointment.

Bob S was very knowledgeable on what the problem was with the faucets, went and got the rebuild kits that were needed to do the job and completed it in a very short amount of time considering I was expecting an all day repair.

Alex A was amazing! I called 10:50am on Monday and he came to my house at 11:30am. How fast it is! He was very professional and he has a great sense of humor! He is very knowledgeable what he is doing. I had a problem to get hot water in my bathroom and he gave some option to save money! Very very resonance price! He fixed and replace the shower head.
