While they're not the cheapest I believe in hiding quality techs. I recommend them to all my clients for my plumbing inspections and personally use their services for my property. Techs are always professional and kind. They do the work necessary without trying to burn you. Whenever you find a good contractor in soflo you hang on to them and these guys are keepers! La Fabian is amazing!

I will recommend this company, and I will keep using them. The dispatcher Shelly is lovely and works with me to accommodate my time with the plumber. The plumber did a great job also. My new faucets look great, and I have no more leaks. Their prices are also fair. Services: Faucet installation, Plumbing leak detection

Need a Plumber is the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with In the past decades. I highly recommend that company for small or big jobs, residential or commercial. They replace over 100 feet of galvanized pipe I had prior inside my building that was always causing back flow. They came and offer the best course of action. #Steve, #Denzel, #ConcreteCut. The whole congregation thank you all a million! R. J.

I did not see the main plumbers that were working the plumbing putting the pipeline in I, asked one of their subcontractors named Escobar if the job was completed? if it was all connected? and he replied yes three times as I asked him in Spanish he didn't say that Steve was still out in the back to ask him he just took the initiative of answering as the boss!
I started cleaning up flushing bathrooms to my astonishment Steve was in the back finishing up Escobar lied to Steve especially in front of me! Denying responsibility!. he wanted to protect his reputation with Steve they are very unprofessional, afterwards gossip spread like fire, . that I did this unaware of the incompletion! I related to members and they seem to know of that taking place!.as a member I am one who is paying for them to have a job.!. among other members!
They don't realize! It's not a single person who is paying for them to do the job! It's members donation's! The landscape crew was the only issue! Dishonesty, and no creditability is required!

I found Need a Plumber through a google search and gave them a call. Everything from the initial call to the job completion went great. It was easily a 5 star job. until I got the bill. You see, you are not paying them to do a job. you are paying them simply for their presence. So, if the guy is still there 1 minute past one hour your bill goes from $185 to $277.50 because they charge in 30 minute blocks, not 15 minutes (which would be a bit more acceptable).
And they decide when to start and stop the timer. So basically, they charge you like lawyers or tow truck companies do, dishonestly. In this case, he literally opened the door to his van at 11:50 am, and I was looking at the completed invoice at 1:04 pm. But the job itself (he unclogged a pipe) took less than an hour, easily. Afterwards, on a later phone call I was told the service took 1 hour 20 minutes, meaning they even counted the time it took me to call their office (at his suggestion) to ask them about this seemingly excessive charge.
By this logic they may as well charge you for the time it takes to drive to your home and back. Find a more honest company that won't rook you. At least when it comes to billing Need a Plumber does not act in good faith and cannot be trusted.

I had seven family members coming to stay at my house for the 4th of July weekend and a toilet that was leaking and not working properly. Although they were originally booked out a week, Need A Plumber worked hard around their busy schedule to make room for me when a spare hour popped up on one of the plumber's schedule. He came over the very same afternoon or my call and did a wonderful job fixing an old and run-down toilet into operating condition. He replaced the bowl seal and the flushing mechanism in an hour and saved the weekend. Need A Plumber will be my first call for all future plumbing needs.

We had a back up at our home while our neighbor across the street was doing a remodel. Need a plumber was directly across the street working so I called and asked for a service call at my home when the plumber was done across the street. Sure enough Javed showed up and was wonderful. He is very patient, explains everything that he is doing and seems to really enjoy his job. My experience with Need a Plumber was great and I will definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Need a Plumber are professional from the plumber to the representative in Customer Service. The main water valve was extended to the front of the A/C closet to easily turn it off and on and the water heater was replaced. The job was done smoothly and neatly. Marc and his assistance were nice and professional. Marc payed attention to details and determined to do it right the first time. Awesome job!

Very unprofessional. We paid more than $500 dollars for a home plumbing inspection and we were promised a report and quote to be delivered on that same day. We called the office and 'Maddie, ' quite a rude employee who doesn't care at all about custumers kept telling me they could not promise me anything and that 'they would do their best, ' even though they did promise to have that to us when we paid.
They didn't give us the report the following day, nor the next. It took them 7 days. An entire WEEK to get us the quote. We hired 6 other inspectors in other fields and they ALL gave us a report and quote that same day. This of course affected our ability to renegotiate the home's price since the inspection period only lasts 10 days. This company KNEW that and they chose to ignore our pressing needs, even after we paid $500 dollars for an inspection that wasn't even that thorough. The quote was, of course, completely overpriced. Don't make the same mistake we did, avoid this company!

I was having a rat problem in the attic of my house and my pest control guy said they were getting into the house thru the plumbing and needed to have a special plumber with cameras to determine the root of the cause. When the appointment was made, the fee was $495 for Steve H to come out and use his cameras in the pipes to figure out the issue. I agreed to that price.
Since I was out of town when the plumber was coming, I made sure to have my contractor (who was doing another project) and my dad present to inspect the work. That morning, I received 2 text messages that 2 plumbers were coming. I immediately called to find out why and I was told that Steve had a hurt arm and needed help. I was fine with that because I was paying a flat fee.
At 9am, the plumbers arrived and began to inspect the pipes. I received the first call at 10:15 saying that they were still looking and would call me with more updates. At 11am, I received a call to let me know that they wanted access to the pipe behind my dryer and that required them to cut a whole in the wall. I wasn't excited about it but thankfully, I had my contractor there who could repair it. (Side note, they left the area around the dryer a complete mess.
Clearly no care was taken to try to leave it as they found it minus the hole in the wall). At no time was I told that I was now going to be charged a "service fee" for them to cut a hole in the wall. I then received a call at Noon to tell me everything they found. I was unable to follow along and asked for a report to be sent to me. Later in the afternoon, Steve H called me 3 times to follow up.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to answer since I was on a work call myself but called him back when I was. We weren't able to connect but when I spoke to Maddy in the office, she sent me the report and bill. When I received the bill, I was charged for $495 for the original agreed upon "inspection work" PLUS 3 hours of labor ($125 an hour) and parts ($41.35).
I then asked to speak with Steve (on Friday) and he called back today (Monday). Our conversation was quite convoluted. I explained the timeline of events and how I didn't understand why I was charged for 3 hours of labor when 1- I never agreed to anything (it even states that in his report) and 2- at most, the "pipe fix" took a few minutes. We went back and forth a bit but he wouldn't adjust his price more then 1 hour of labor.
He then told me that he would only charge me 1 hour but there was 2 plumbers so that equalled the same as 2 hours which is inaccurate because he had a helper for himself (he had a hurt arm)! None of it made sense and we kept going around and around. I truly feel that he was unnecessarily inflating his bill. He is absolutely the reason plumbers get a bad reputation for ripping people off. I would NOT recommend Steve H nor the company he works for.

My hot water heater was replaced by a very experienced and helpful plumber, Sam Montoya. He also did a replacement of a water shut off valve which required a fair amount of expertise to go in behind the wall and solder new piping. My tub drain un-plugging was a bonus. I was very happy with his work and he was clear about pricing as he went along. Highly recommend him. The receptionist was also helpful and they were able to do the work the next morning.

I called them because of an issue with my water-heater. First, they charged $125 for an estimate but didn't disclosed the amount upfront. Second, the person who came to the house told me over the phone it was something minor and he would need to comeback to fix it later. But on the invoice I received by email, he said that there was a significant amount of damage from a leak in the wall, and he would need to comeback with someone else for a 3 hour job to investigate.
I found it weird and called him to tell that I needed to investigate the problem with someone else. He tried to convince me to not do it and trust him. I called someone else who confirmed that there was no leak in the wall. When I called them to complain they asked me what they could do for me to write a good review on the website. (Are u serious?!) My answer: Unfortunately nothing! They didn't even want to return my $125 for the misleading estimate. I do not recommend this company!

On 1/6/2020 my tankless gas-fired hot water heater stopped working. I noticed this at 1:00AM after getting home from a long day at work. At 8:30AM the same day i began my search for hot water. Need a Plumber not only answered at that time but was able to squeeze me in with Sam who did a phenomenal job. The heater needed to be replaced and the entire job was done in only a few hours (longest part was waiting for the new unit to arrive).
I highly recommend Need a Plumber and if you get Sam be prepared for him to pay special attention to detail, complete the work in a short period of time and be profession and friendly throughout the install/repair. Really happy with the work!

My Brother called "need-a-Plumber" for a Slow drain in the Shower. He was out of town so he asked me to coordinate with them to fix the Problem. Meghan from the Office called me and Asked what time was Convenient for Me - 1st pleasant surprise. Then they said they could be there in an Hour AND WAS! The plumber that came out ( Keyonie ) was the 2nd Surprise - He was Courteous and Knowledgeable.
He had the Drain running clear of any Blockage in short order. Cleaned up his work area and thanked me for using the service. We Will Continue to use Need a Plumber anytime the situation calls for a Reliable Plumber! Tom W.

We used need a plumber for a big remodel of a house in pretty bad shape. They are very good and I would highly reccomend them. Fair price, great work, and very good at meeting timelines. Owner is very involved and ensures everything is done right, and has created a culture that follows that concept.

We were closing escrow on our house in 48hours when we discovered a very serious leak and sewer smell. Need a Plumber came 1/2 hour after getting the call and within 35 minutes diagnosed where the leak was located late that day. Yesterday Keyonie arrived and opened the exterior wall and the leak was exactly where he predicted it would be. 6 hours later and our nightmare was over thanks to them.
We closed escrow today and if it had been for Need a Plumber we would not have made it. We recommend this firm with no reservations. They were fair, professional and held our hand through the trauma of a broken pipe behind a concrete wall.

I've had run-ins with crooked plumbers in the past. Much to my delight this team seem completely honest, fair and professional. They came when they said they would and they did what they claimed they were going to do. I would recommend without reservation. Chris the plumber seem like a very fine gentleman.

My daughter just took back occupancy of my mom's house in Boca Raton, that we were renting out. The tenant we had in there left it a mess! And instead of letting me know I had a plumbing issue at the house, he just chose to turn the valve off on the toilet and use the other bathroom :/ I called Joe at Perfect Plumbing & Rooter and he was there the same day!
He didn't just fix the leaking toilet, but he checked everything in the house that had anything to do with plumbing. My daughter is a single mom, and I'm across the country, so it was wonderful knowing someone took care of her issues so quickly and thoroughly. And didn't rob me, like most plumbers out there! THANKS JOE :

I was actually surprised how good these folks were. They seemed honest. They responded immediately and professionally. They arrive when they said they would and they work fast. They did not seem to pad the bill. They are easy to work with. This is in contrast to previous plumbers I have used in Fort Lauderdale who were scammers, incompetent crooks.
Apparently they thought the word "rooter" meant they could screw the client. I would recommend this outfit without hesitation and I would be happy to use them in the future. Chris the plumber who came to the residence was extremely nice. Marlene in the office was lovely to deal with. They all speak English

Awesome job! I had a problem under my kitchen sink and the pipes leading into the wall which was causing a huge leak. They came and fixed it up in no time. The man called 20 minutes before arriving, apart from our scheduled time so I didn't have to wait at home. When he finally arrived he was very nice and explained the whole situation to me.
He knew exactly what he was doing and came fully prepared with all the equipment he needed. Left with everything resolved and working perfectly. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely continue to use them from now on.
