I called Fort Lauderdale Plumber to have a leaking kitchen faucet removed and a new one installed. Within roughly 30 min (on a non-emergency call), Andrew showed up at the front door. He was professional, gave me a fair rate and completed the job without any problem. He cleaned up the work area nicely and offered to check for any other potential water issues in my home before he left. I am so glad I found this company; they provide professional, prompt and friendly service!

I contacted Fort Lauderdale Plumber to install a replacement toilet that I had ordered myself. It was a Duravit one-piece toilet, so it was very heavy. I used Fort Lauderdale Plumber because they had done very satisfactory job replacing my ceiling-mounted rainfall showerhead the month before. The company sent the same plumber, Andrew Krobatsch, as they had sent to me last time to replace the showerhead. Andrew did another amazing job!

He was able to remove the old heavy one-piece toilet and efficiently install the new heavy one-piece toilet all by himself, as well as clean up the work area and take away the old toilet. I am a very satisfied customer; Andrew did a five-star job! I highly recommend Fort Lauderdale Plumber for your plumbing needs.

Very bad experience I will never buy service with them again in future

Came home from shopping to find a flood in my bathroom. Called a neighbor, who recommended Fort Lauderdale Plumber. They arrived :45 minutes later, took care of the problem and cleaned up the floor. Charge was extremely reasonable, esp on a weekend and on short notice. Service: Pipe repair

UPDATE: Tim (owner) is a very candid person who came all the way to apologize and offered a refund. I hope the world has more businessmen like Tim. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I cried after the plumber left. I really should have listened to other reviews. --Charged double the price than another plumbing company I hired afterward who did a much better job than them. Tbh, if they could do a decent job, I don't mind they charge more, but they provided low-quality faucets, left the job unfinished until I asked the plumber to fix/finish; --Bad attitude, playing two-faced to me and my husband. Disgusting; --Showed up late (more than 1 hour) every time they came; --Left tools and trash here and there in the house *They charge $75 initial consultation fee, if you decide to move on with them, they "promise" to credit to the total charge.

That's a lie. They didn't credit me. Fortunately, I found another plumbing company to fix the pipes, install the vanity and toilet who charged half of the price and finished the job in 1.5 hours, and even took out the trash. #contrast

Critical: Value These people are highway robbers. They charged me $275+ to fix my clogged kitchen sink with a snake. They are snakes! Run to someone else. The work took 12 minutes. Service: Drain unblocking

Andrew installed our new garbage disposal, water lines, and new faucet when we replaced our kitchen sink. He even helped us when he noticed that there was a problem with the sink that we had installed ourselves. He corrected the problem and made sure that everything functioned perfectly for us. We recommend Fort Lauderdale Plumber to all of our friends!

Timothy Whitman is the man. He doesn't overcharge like other plumbers and did a great job. He will be my go to plumber now. Definitely recommend.

Really grateful for the fast, efficient, and excellent service. We called on a Friday night after coming home to an unexpected sewage backup and unusable bathrooms. These guys were at the house in no time and worked for hours (well into the night) until the issue was resolved.

I have used Fort Lauderdale Plumber on multiple occasions. The first time they remedied a clogged sewer line that had not been completely fixed by two other plumbers. Next was a hot water heater replacement and finally a quick response to a flooding issue.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Fort Lauderdale Plumber did a leak detection and upstairs toilet replace and repair job for our Wilton Manors condo. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and did a very thorough job at a fair price.

Tim is a knowledgeable and upstanding professional. I thought we had a slab leak. There was water coming up from a crack in the floor next to the toilet. The crack appeared out of no where. Tim came by right after another job he had nearby - only 2 hours from the time I called.
