Fantastic and professional service from start to finish, especially as a recent first-time homeowner. I had the pleasure of first speaking with Danny on the phone who answered my questions and was able to quickly set up an appointment to replace the 20 year-old leaking water heater the next morning. Pedro was our tech and was punctual, professional, patient and just an all around great human. He walked me through the whole process and clearly communicated what he had done and what we could do to maintain the new unit. Highly recommended!

I bought a water heater and 2 years later the thing starter to leak from the top, so I call the company and Gil answered and told me he could come right away. Gave me the options for heaters and how the installation would work, and then proceeded to work on the damage tank. I hired the company for an onsite assessment. Ned was on time and explained everything -- including worst case scenarios (which was very helpful). He helped me understand what was a high priority, what was a low priority and nothing to worry about, and was able to get a shower head installed in just a few minutes, while I had been trying to do this for days. I wish I would've just contacted them from the beginning! But glad I finally did!
