Ryan and his team are awesome. I have their annual plan which they do a great job maintaining our units. When we have needed repair work, they are prompt and prices fair. Good people.

Absolutely without a doubt 5 stars! Our AC went out this morning and of course I was panicking because we have a little dog who cannot be in a hot home. I inquired on yelp and found comfort experts. The business owner called me right away and had a tech at my home within 2 hours. Connor was so great and informative. He helped me sort out the issues and tell me what was wrong.

With our warranty we noticed we would need to get the repairs done by another company however Connor broke all the prices down for me and said they would do it in a heart beat if our other company cannot. Truly great service and we will Definitely call them again when we have a concern. Thanks so much!

My air conditioner quit working on a Friday afternoon. It was after 5 pm when I realized the issue. I called Comfort Experts and they sent a wonderful technician, Dakota, out that night. He fixed the problem the same night, rescuing us and our pets from those triple digit temperatures outside. I highly recommend Comfort Experts and Dakota for all your heating and air conditioning needs. They were honest, reasonably priced, and very helpful.

They answered the phone right away on a record-breaking hot Saturday afternoon in June. They offered to come out Monday morning to look at my a/c which was set to 81 degrees but the house was 87 degrees, and I took it. They called back shortly thereafter saying one of their guys finished early and could come right over that afternoon. He showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Seemed honest and hard-working. Will definitely call them in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC help.

Answered the phone right away when I called. Was able to get to my house that same day. They even made it out earlier then they said. The technician was very good. He explained everything and was able to fix my air-conditioning the same day.

Love this company and their excellent customer service. I called at 11am and Dakota was at my house by 1pm. The best AC company we have found in the state. Also, Ryan, the owner, is always willing to discuss all your options.

Completely replaced my HVAC system. When they came out for the estimate the guy did research beforehand and knew when my house was built and sqft. I mentioned I had a swamp cooler that was no longer used and they brought a crane by to remove it in addition to replacing my system. They were done in a day and I had my entire system from the 90's replaced. Great experience and highly recommend for quick work at a good price

We hired comfort experts a year ago for a brand new air conditioning and heating system. I got free quotes from multiple companies in the valley and comfort experts by far had the best unit/brand available for the best price. On top of that, the gentleman who provided me with the quote was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me in depth. The technicians the day of install were efficient, super focused and friendly as well. It was a great experience overall. Thank you, comfort experts!

Comfort Experts and their entire staff were professional and courteous. They made the entire process so easy. I never felt as if I were being invaded. I can highly recommend them.

This company and owner, Ryan, will not provide the filled out SRP energy rebate form so I can submit to SRP for the rebate. I have talked/text/emailed Ryan multiple times and it is now almost 3 months, and he has done nothing, but give excuse after excuse. I spent almost $20,000 on 3 AC units and this company is quick to take my money, even coming over on same day to pick up the check.

But once the money is paid and all they have to do is fill out forms for the customer, they refuse to do it. Be extremely cautious with this company if you plan to apply for SRP energy rebates.

For the first time in almost 3 years, we finally have air flow. This was a happy accident as my AC needed a minor upgrade for the air scrubber to fit. Comfort Experts took the time when they were done to explain what they did and the rationale behind it. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for your AC repair/upgrade.

Comfort Experts are thorough and kind! The tech I worked with made sure I understood everything before payment and after the service something seemed a bit wonky and they sent a tech back out IMMEDIATELY to fix the issue. Absolute stand up customer service! I appreciate the help!

Received a quote to replace non-working AC unit in warehouse. Ryan was great, honest, prompt and friendly. Told us things no other company had like replace with the same manufacturer that the old unit was for the footprint to make it quick, the unit we needed was out of stock so we bumped up to a 16 seer instead of a 14. Unit was up and running quickly and no problems. Appreciate it! Will use again when the need arises

Comfort Experts is amazing! Ryan is the best! a/c unit went out they were here and the issue was fixed within hours of it going out! Very honest as our ac is 20 years old on to replace or fix! You definitely have a new customer!

They are kind, professional and thorough. For the last 5 years I've had them for my A/C and Furnace checks. They go above and beyond and are incredibly hard workers.

*disclaimer - I never post reviews so this is a big deal for me* All AC companies should do business like these guys! Don't waste your time with anyone else and just call Comfort Experts first. Here's my story. For 2+ weeks, I wasted my time and money with my home warranty company and still had no resolution so I decided to message Comfort Experts on Yelp. BEST DECISION EVER! First, it was only 6am and a live person (Ryan) replied within minutes!

He gave me a reasonable fee to come out for diagnosis and was able to come SAME DAY! Ryan showed up earlier than expected and thoroughly explained the issues and options to me. Somehow he was able to get the necessary part in one hour whereas the warranty company said it would take 5 weeks to get. Now My family and I are sitting in my cooled house during this hot AZ summer! Thank you Comfort Experts!

Made an appointment to have my a/c checked after having some issues, used them last year and was very pleased with the service. Ryan tried a fix to keep from an expensive tear down, unfortunately the issue didn't correct the problem but after calling to check the next day, Ryan came out very quickly and was able to fix the issue w/o a year down. Very skilled and helpful and would recommend their services.

The repair guy was professional and friendly. Safe wore a mask. We discussed his finding and I asked what would he recommend as to what needed to be fixed immediately. He did not try to upsale or push me to fix everything he found. That was a game changer!

The owner Ryan came out on my late work night to give me a quote on a new Trane A/C system. That in itself showed me how customer oriented his business is, while 7 other A/C companies refused to work around my busy hospital clinic schedule. Ryans quote was fair and within price ranges of local competitors. However, what sold me was Ryans through inspection of my attic gas furnace. Moreover, he discussed his strategy for installing a new unit correctly.

He presents himself like an engineer. So, I hired Ryan and his crew. 1 week after the consultation, the Comfort Expert crew arrived punctually on time at my home ready to install my new system. Although I wasn't home during the install, my wife's said they were working non stop from 7-5PM in order to complete the job. She too was impressed!

I must say, as A/Cs go, my new Trane XR-16 looks great and it is such a beast. Another perk was the ultra modern Ecobee WiFi thermostat. Looks great in our new home. I feel I made the right decision in choosing Comfort Experts. Thanks again to the Comfort Expert team for making my life easier and doing a kick ass job on installing our new A/C system.

Fixed an issue with our heater. They were quick to respond, quick to come out and the problem was solved within an hour. Price seemed right as well. Thanks for a job well done!

A++++ from start to finish. They were so responsive, had someone out right away. It turned out to be a big job, Ryan the owner showed up & called the manufacturer of my unit to see if a couple of the parts were still under warranty! They were. I haven't seen that level of customer service in a long time. And I have to add, as a senior citizen and a woman who lives alone I never once felt like they were trying to scam me. I always have to have my guard up. Not this time. These are honest, hardworking people. I already referred them to a neighbor. Don't hesitate to hire them.

I must honestly say that this company is 100% customer oriented. Bryan, the owner, is determined to make your job a positive experience no matter what it takes to ensure ones satisfaction. I had a unit replaced and some issues were encountered. Bryan went out of his way to make it right at no additional cost. He is personable and very knowledgeable in what his crew does. I would highly recommend Comfort Air for any a/c issue that may evolve. Lastly, Bryan is a man of his word.

This was my second annual AC tune up with Comfort Experts. They were very responsive by Yelp messaging, provided a competitive rate, and multiple appointment options. The tech, Jeremy, called me 20 minutes before his arrival (which was well within the 3-hour appointment window). I also received a text from Comfort Experts saying the tech was heading my way. Jeremy arrived and offered to wear PPE for COVID.

He was very personable, positive, and cleaned up after himself. He took the time to explain my system was operating properly and had a couple recommendations. Jeremy showed me pictures of the concerns, explained all the pricing, and did not exert any pressure to purchase. The final invoice contained a lot of details and clear pricing. The tech last year was also very personable and professional. Jeremy was a great reflection on Comfort Experts.

AC let go mid-day yesterday. The wife and I set up a wind tunnel in the Livingroom to make it through the night. 1st thing this morning, hopped onto Yelp and found Comfort Experts and had Ryan come out a few hours later. As a new business owner I was in a panic when we had a power outage and when the power came on my heater kept turning on to 85° IN SPRING AZ. when the weather is perfect = sauna in my gym. Confession, this was the 2nd company I called since the first one didnt answer and Inwas SOO happy that Ryan not only answered, but helped me find my breaker box, sent pics to see which one was the AC/Heating unit to turn it off till they could come out and check things out.

The guys that came were nice, one was in training but already a smart cookie since he knew about the common wire? I have no idea what that means but the long story short, my AC units are on, they are not blowing hot air and now I have my nest system connected to my phone and functional! I told the guy I would pay his initial come out and check things fee because of our phone call and with the added hour was a bit much, but you cant skimp on quality! Hence the 5 stars: great customer service, right on time and my unit is working. Couldnt ask for more!

Did you just look up "F" as a last name? It is ignorant to assume that I spend my time creating negative reviews. You're response should be more professional instead of hostile.

My review is 100% accurate and I still have the actual quote. I will be posting that now that you have wildly questioned the validity instead of professionally approaching my honest review. And, no I am not one of the many AC competitors that are located within Gilbert if that is what you are insinuating. I have no idea what you are specifically referring about in regard to the second paragraph of your response (which has been entirely removed now) Plainly put, your business quoted me a higher amount than your competitor. That is not my problem.

UPDATE: used this company a second time for my heater and they were still just as great! Thankful to have found them! I messaged Ryan at 9 pm because my AC wasn't working on my rental house and he came out the next morning at 7:30 on a holiday. He was not only efficient and transparent about my problem and the possible solutions, but he was also extremely friendly and kind. I will definitely be using his company if I have a problem again and referring him to anyone who has problems with their AC or heater!

After we found out that our old a/c unit was over 32 years old. We needed to replace the unit. We started to call and get bids. Ryan was the only person that came out on a Saturday to talk to us and gave the best bid it was not the lowest. It was the best customer service we have ever had.

Thank you Ryan Cronstrom of Comfort Experts Heating and Air Conditioning. My AC went out and another AC company just said I'd have to wait until tomorrow. My neighbors recommended Ryan and he responded promptly and my AC was back up and running within a couple of hours. He was very professional, polite, explained everything and even showed me the parts that were not working properly.

My A/C stopped working and I was told by another A/C guy sent to inspect my unit by my property manager that I need to have and A/C compressor replaced and was given a pretty high price. I decided to get a second opinion, so I went onto Graigslist and found Comfort Experts.

So unfortunately when my family and I returned from vacation, our A/C unit died.it was a long time coming. I contacted Ryan Cronstrom and he was able to come out right away and replace our unit. Ryan and his staff were awesome, very professional and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Ryan is AMAZING! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my AC. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely thorough and informative. No hard selling, it was a refreshing change from other companies. He responds quickly and at a very reasonable price.

We just had Ryan from Comfort Experts out to fix our A/C. He was able to fit us in between is already scheduled appointments and had our A/C up and running so fast! He is really reasonably priced and I can't say how much I appreciate him coming out so quickly!

Ryan was professional and honest. He came when he said he was going to come and had our air conditioner up and running the same day. I've since referred some family members to him and they've also had a wonderful experience.

We are so thankful that we found Comfort Experts while looking for a new air conditioner. Buying a new air conditioner can be really stressful, but Comfort Experts made it so simple for us. They worked with us to find the best financing, had great communication with us, and made sure we knew exactly what was planned.
