When the 30 year old HVAC system in our house went out Fire and Ice was recommended to me. Brad, my sales representative, showed me a comprehensive list of my options, set me up with financing make a brand new system affordable, and professionally communicated throughout the entire process. The installers, Demetrius, Willard, and Tyler, were fantastic!

They were very helpful and professional throughout the entire installation process and walked us through the ins and outs of the final product. The AC works like a dream just in time for the hot summer weather and we could not be happier! Fire and Ice is our go-to recommendation for anyone seeking HVAC work.

It took them awhile to get out to fix our air conditioning. We had to call them for updates. They did have to order a part so we were very understanding. Jimmy Hays went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He knew we've waited awhile and did everything he could to get the job done. He stayed late when there was a problem and ended up getting it fixed that day. My experience started with a different company that I called out to have my air conditioner prepped for the summer. While doing their AC checks, they said I needed to replace the furnace and even though the A/C was fine, I should replace it as well because it wasn't future compatible. So, I called Fire & Ice out for a comparison quote. My first indication of something was not right with the first company was when the Fire & Ice scheduling department started raising concerns on the actions of the first company.

When the estimator, Roger, came out, he was very thorough, did the needed calculations and carefully explained everything to me during the quoting for a completely new system as I requested. He then started questioning why I wanted to replace the A/C as well. After our discussion, he immediately got on the phone with their chief tech and they decided the best route would be to schedule a safety check on my furnace (which Roger did for me).

When Seth, the tech, arrived, he performed all the manufacturer approved safety checks on the system, thoroughly explained everything, showed me the insides of the furnace and the area the first company had raised as the concern, and showed me their equipment readings. Findings: everything was working perfectly; nothing needs replaced or repaired at this time.

In the end, the Fire & Ice team went way out of their way to make sure we really needed new equipment, even if that meant they would lose an immediate sale. This entire company has top notch customer service, they want to make sure you get what you need, do not try to oversell you, and make sure you fully understand the entire process. I cannot thank them enough. While they may have lost an immediate sell, they have certainly gained a future customer here.

Jimmy was the tech. He did an outstanding job of getting our furnace back up and running on a very cold day. He was polite, professional and did the job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Fire and Ice! They have been so cooperative and helpful. They're an outstanding company!

Great experience. The AC at my older home in Merion Village completely stopped working and needed to be replaced. Luke provided several options and the team installed a new system in very short order during the summer. Also - and probably more importantly - Jerad provided much needed maintenance on my boiler in the fall with his specialized experience. Would highly recommend Fire & Ice!

The entire process of having a new furnace and air conditioner installed was awesome. Scheduling the estimate was quick and easy and I didn't have to wait on availability. The estimate was very thorough, and Bryan was extremely helpful in explaining everything. Install was just a few days later based on my schedule (they could have installed sooner) and the install technicians (Bryan, Alontae, Von) were awesome.

Very professional and courteous, adhering to local health guidelines the entire time. They also had somebody come out and take photos and videos of the install so they could use it in their training. They took the time to ensure everything was installed properly (my old install wasn't). They were also very helpful to show me everything about the system and new thermostat before they left. Bryan followed up with me a week later and stopped in to check on the install. He's awesome and having a tech come out and tweak a couple things (humidifier and thermostat) to ensure everything runs properly!

Our 24 year old furnace stopped working and fixing it would've been an expensive band aid. We had previously used Fire & Ice for our A/C unit installation back in 2010 and had a good experience. We decided to replace our whole HVAC system and they did a great job explaining our options and what would work best for us. They even lent us a space heater to help get through the weekend until our appointment.

Throughout the installation, Lane kept us informed on what they were doing, when to expect them (they even text with a picture of the technician who is coming, ) and did the best job cleaning up after install that we've ever experienced. We'd definitely use them again.

Brad in sales gave me several options for equipment and ended up calling me later when they had a slightly better deal. I ended up getting a new heating system to replacemy 37 year old one. Demetrius who installed my unit with another worker who I don't remember his name. They called when about 20 minutes away and were on time for the install. They both worked quickly and were very friendly. My new furnace is great and I appreciate the service I received.

Our furnace went out when it was COLD out and needed someone quickly to come out and take a look at it. Out of 3 places that we called, only one person was able to come out that day, Fire & Ice. They quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested we needed a new HVAC system. Within in a day, sales was at our house led by Alex La Rose. He was great to work with and took proper measurements of the house and windows to insure an appropriate unit was installed for the house (something other company's won't do!). Prices were reasonable and we setup an install.

Install took place 2-3 days later. In the interim, they provided us with space heaters to keep us warm. Install was quick and professional! My wife and I both work from home and they weren't in the way and barely heard any noise. Bryan, Daniqua, and Demetrius, were very professional and friendly. The install took 8 hours total and after the install, they walked us through everything; operations, new additions, maintenance, upkeep, and thermostat usage.

The thermostat connected effortlessly to my phone and integrated seamlessly with our smart devices. I would recommend Fire & Ice to anyone looking for heating and cooling needs for their home.

Fire and Ice has been wonderful to work with! Our new Furnace and AC are working like a dream. We had a number of places come out for estimates and Fire and Ice was the only one who actually went around and measured our windows and home and determined we should get a smaller furnace than what was installed before, saving us money both up front and on efficiency down the road.

We were also impressed at the quality of the installation itself, as our old setup was clearly done without much care or thought. Fire and Ice took the time to move pipes and such that were just hanging from my ceiling before, move the humidifier to the proper side of the furnace, move over the ductwork that was not put in a good location, raise our electrical box outside away from the ground, and all kinds of little things to make sure our system runs right for a long time. It's been a few months and our setup runs perfectly. You get what you pay for, and I'm glad we paid for Fire and Ice!

Salesman was quick to the point explaining my options without hype. Roger told me, when asked, about his own home heating and cooling system choices. He did not take all day or waste any time. Installers gas furnace Brian and A/C man were Very efficient and timely. Dog friendly. Cleaned up everything and removed all old units, leaving no parts or trash. Showed me everything they did and the instructions for anything new. Very detailed and answered all questions and concerns no matter how big or small.

Fire & Ice sent a confirmation text for our appointment which included the technician's name and photo to ensure we knew who was coming to our appointment. Jimmy Hays arrived promptly and was very respectful of our home. He inspected the system and took the time to point out how the system worked and areas to keep an eye out during the year. He inspected and adjusted the humidifier and ensured it was operating correctly. The appointment was very fast and efficient.

I can't say enough about the experience I had with Fire and Ice! I called first thing in the morning, our furnace had stopped working, the very attentive, professional and courteous gentleman on the phone listened to my needs and scheduled for a technician to come out the same day! The company sent us a text showing a picture of our tech and who we should expect to be coming to our home.

Our technician was Devon! What a super nice young man! He came with his mask on and applied booties over his shoes to not track in dirt! After assessing the furnace he looked up the part gave us a price and ordered it. Fire and Ice is a top notch professional and very courteous company that I will recommend first rate!

The team from Fire & Ice replaced our heating and air conditioning system in our nearly impossibly small furnace room (I feared they would have to remove our hot water tank and move the washer & dryer to get access to the furnace unit) and the outside was also a task because it required a crane to get the A/C unit on the roof of our condo. Brad has been responsive, helpful, and explained details for each unit before we made a decision from the beginning as well. I would recommend this company.

After receiving five quotes, I recently chose Fire & Ice to replace my 20 year-old AC. I found their salesman/estimator, Roger, to be knowledgeable, honest, professional, and responsive to my concerns. I also felt he took the most time to determine the appropriate measurements of my home for proper AC sizing. The installers, Lane and Tikka, were similarly professional, competent, timely, and respectful of my home.

They showed up wearing masks, wore shoe covers, and laid down blankets to protect my hardwood floors. They left my basement and outside areas as clean as they found them, and took time to answer my questions and explain to me how to use my new humidifier/thermostat upon completion. Since I can't comment on the quality of the installation just yet (since it was just installed yesterday and summer is about over), I will update this review next year once I see how everything holds up in the middle of our hottest days. We had 2 AC systems relocated and replaced. Roger (our sales contact), spent most of the day with us calculating the load and measuring the house to ensure proper equipment sizing. Roger was very responsive in helping select a proper and sound location to install the new systems. He came out 3 times to answer questions and inspect the retaining wall/pad.

On the day of install, Bryan, Nick and Luke were on time and very respectful of the home. They worked tirelessly the entire day (8am - 6pm) removing the old evaporator(s) and installing the new compressors. Everything was done neatly both inside and out. I would highly recommend their service to anyone considering a new system(s).

I like the fact that they did the work that I had no knowledge about, and definitely that there wasn't an up charge or additional charges. They did good work.

What a wonderful group from Fire & Ice. That includes Will, Church and Chris Connor. They were all so friendly and informative. They all deserve recognition for their expertise and willing to help me with any questions.

I had to have my AC/furnace replaced and new air ducts installed. Chris came out for the consultation and was so helpful with getting this process started. A week later Nick brought his crew out and got the job done in less than 8 hours even with the obstacles they faced with my old house.

My family's entire experience with Fire and Ice has been A-W-E-S-O-M-E! I filled out their online request for an estimate and had a call within 2 hours. The tech (Brad) came out same day to provide an estimate on a repair and also setup to have a sales specialist come out to quote prices on a replacement.
