We had a water leak coming from our a/c system in the attic and asked Advantage to come take a look at it. Their technician arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed that the problem was not an a/c related issue but a separate plumbing problem. It was not something they were equipped to handle so they recommended we call a plumber. Before the technician left he decided to perform a quick check on our a/c system and even did some minor interior cleaning.

The technician was extremely polite and really knew his stuff. He was there for over an hour but since he could not help us he did not charge us. I would have happily paid for the service call and the diagnosis but they didn't ask for a cent. This is the place to call if you have a/c issues!

After getting burned by One Hour Air Conditioning I decided to find a locally owned HVAC repair company and I came across Advantage Mechanical Services LLC. They were extremely knowledgeable, priced fairly, and came on time (punctuality is something very rare in the home repair business from what I experienced). Mr. Knight was very transparent and was not pushy with the sales piece but gave his professional opinion on my current system. Give them a call as I am a customer for life!

I am posting this review on the behalf my cousin Mary, who used this company Advantage Mechanical Services recently to repair her A/C unit that broke down this past Wednesday. The company was referred to her by another family member. She called them and they were able to fit her into their schedule the same day! Manager Chris and technician Edwardo both worn masks and booties upon entering her home, which she really appreciated. Overall, they provided Mary with excellent service and she could not be happier with results. She highly recommends this company to others who may need an A/C company that they can both trust and rely on.

Alex came out from an after hours call as part of our priority customer agreement. He isolated our problem and took pictures to share what he found and how he planned on fixing it. At all times, Alex was true professional, patient to explain the issues and thorough. We don't normally write reviews, but with exceptional service and coming through in the clutch for us, it was totally worth the time! Thank you! I highly recommend this business.

When Our 19 year old air conditioner started blowing hot air at 4:00PM one hot Saturday afternoon. My son n law said he used Advantage Mechanical Services last year, so we gave them a call. He said he would come out. He inspected the old unit and showed us a small leak on the outside unit, but said he felt something else was going on. He went upstairs and found a larger leak.

I thanked him for coming out and informed him I would be getting more bids, which I did. He not only came in a little less expensive, for the unit we were looking at, he could answer all the questions I threw at him. We scheduled to replace my unit later on that week only for Advantage Mechanical Services to send a crew out the next day, due to a rescheduling with a customer.

His crew was excellent, on time, fast, worked hard, answered all my questions and took care of my floors with proper floor coverings and cleaned up all the trash. The best thing to come out of this ac unit has been our electric bill was more than $100.00 less the first month. This unit basically pays for itself. Call John Knight for a Good Night sleep.

We have used Advantage Mechanical for a few years now and just had them do a complete system replacement. The owner worked with me for almost a week off and on to help me understand my choices in systems and pricing. The installation team was on time, professional, friendly, and clean. My mother finally decided to get a new central air and heater system. Advantage Mechanical was recommended to me and I am so glad that I used them. My mother's house is very old, and that involved special challenges for them. But they sure were able to solve the problems that came up with that. My mother is also 96, which also involved a different kind of special kind of special challenge!
