Just finished up my 2.5 week HVAC class and EPA certification at Central Texas AC and Refrigeration School. I was absolutely blown away at the training I received. It's not just a classroom setting. You will get hands on training from charging systems, pump downs, evacuating, nitrogen testing, trouble shooting electrical, brazing and much more. Owner/Instructor Eric Shahuandi is a great teacher and will give you all the tools and knowledge you need to start, or further your knowledge as an HVAC Tech. I did the course that was 12 weeks on Saturdays. The first 3 weeks I was a nervous wreck not knowing anything about A/C. But Erik gave me the confidence to learn all this information without panicking. He made sure that everyone understood every single lesson that we learned every week. This class is no where close to being boring, well worth the money. Now thanks to Erik this rookie is up to speed with a classmate that has been in the field for a few years.

I come from NOT a hvac field at all knew nothing about hvac at all and erik explained everything broke it down. his teaching abilities and down to earth mannerisms gave me the confidence i needed to be great. I would give 10 stars if i could. If you have questions in class don't jump the gun listen to him he WILL break it down for you i promise.

Just graduated (today) and didn't want to wait to let folks know how awesome the school is. Eric isn't going to hold your hand or give you a pass. What he does is give you confidence in yourself and your abilities. I don't think I could have found a more sound school for any amount of money, which makes this place all that much better. Teaching was great but getting a job after not so much ( HVAC technician) I suggest going to a program that has companies connected to them. Even if it takes 9 months or a year and a half this is my advice for highschool students that are about to graduate thinking about the HVAC trade. I'm not saying that this school is bad it is perfect for people who are moving from HVAC install to HVAC technician.

I attended this school and enjoyed all aspects of it. Eric was a superb teacher that not only educates but inspires you to be the best person you can be. He takes the time to truly help you to understand and obtain the material and skills need to be a successful technician. I would highly recommend this school over any HVAC school in Texas. Riley H.

Great school! Eric is a great instructor. It is a lot of information to learn in a few short weeks but if you apply yourself you should have no problem. I came into the class not knowing anything about hvac. I'm now leaving with all the knowledge I need to start a new carrier in this field. I would recommend this class to everyone looking to get into this field.

Great training school for HVAC! I went in knowing nothing at all about HVAC and 2 1/2 weeks later I am EPA certified! Eric is a great instructor and knows what he is teaching and keeps it interesting. He will push you to the limit but it's for your own interest to learn the HVAC information. I would recommend anyone interested in becoming an HVAC tech to go to this training school.

Perfect school for anyone needing a new career or to add to an existing one. Eric is not only the Owner of the school, But he is also the instructor. He is highly skilled in the Refrigeration Trade and Teaches you Till you learn every aspect of HVAC.and will not give up on you until he is sure you know every subject inside and out.
