Our unit was leaking condensate into the building technician Ben told me at first it's related to a missing pipe in condensation line. He installed this additional pipe and charged us $294. Unit started leaking again within hours, he came back and this time he diagnosed it could be a "cracked pan" or an "uneven machine" keep in mind this machine is about 10 years old so it's impossible for it to become uneven within past month.
These are some of the things technicians say when they are unable or unwilling to find a problem. Not sure how this company has good ratings on google, I am very disappointed and $294 is a lot of money for me while this unit still drips water and blows warm air.

Cool Tech installed my new ac system 5 years ago. Yesterday the ac stopped blowing cold so I called and left a voice message since they are closed on Sundays. Around 7:45 this morning they called and stated that a technician would be out to check the ac. Technician arrived around 8:30 and checked the entire system, but could not find any problem. I guess just a hiccup with the system. I really appreciate the quick service response and would recommend Cool Tech to my friends and neighbors should the need arise. Thanks Again

I originally bought my current HVAC from Cool Tech Mechanical 4 years ago, and have been extremely pleased with my choice and purchase. A few days ago, the AC began short cycling, and I knew it was time to get a technician in to check the system. Cool Tech Mechanical dispatched a technician straight away. After speaking to the customer associate, my tech was here in only a few hours.
The technician, Ben, was so personable and professional (even our dog enjoyed his company). He explained everything in detail, and in a short time, our AC was back cooling the house with no more short cycling. I had the pleasure of working with Ben. He was very polite and informative. He explained what the problem was and showed me how the damaged parts should work. He also had his mask and shoe covers, and I really appreciated him using them while working in my home. I can definitely feel the difference after Ben serviced my HVAC unit. Ben came by for my 6 month tune up. All went well. He replaced my filter in the attic and made sure the heat was in good working order. He always does a great job. Cool Tech is very responsive to my needs and all their techs have been top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repair work or a new a/c and or heating unit. You won't be disappointed.

My AC stopped working on Sunday. I called and spoke to the operator and was called back shortly after. The repairman was happy to help, came over within 30 mins and promptly figured out the problem and repaired it. He was professional but friendly, tidy and super nice. I have never had a bad experience and highly recommend this company.

Jon come out and made some recommendations because I requested a quote to upgrade my 21 year old unit. His team team did an excellent job installing an entire heat pump system 4 ton unit, and he beat everyone's price with his original estimate. Others were anywhere between $500 to $2500 more for the same package and I received about 8 quotes before going with Cool Tech. Excellent job and completely satisfied, they made it easy, thanks!

They installed a new air conditioner-- both the condenser and the unit in the attic. They were professional, prompt, and thorough and wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. They did have to return because of a faulty valve but they treated it the same way they did the installation. I appreciated their Angie's List coupon.

Our furnace quit lighting yesterday. I called Cool Tech around 7pm and they offered to come out after hours, but I chose to set up an appointment today. The technician John called me at 7:30am and was there about 8am as promised. He was very courteous and replaced the igniter quickly. The heater is back to working properly.

I used Cool Tech Mechanical. I had them come out and check my heating unit and got it ready for the winter season. The second time they put in a new exhaust pipe. Our house was build in 1971 and they told me that the exhaust pipe was not to the current requirements, and so I did have them come back out and put in that pipe.

Cool Tech is great! The technician explained so much to me as I was a new homeowner at the time and knew nothing about air conditioning. He was very patient with all my questions. He added some freon to my system (it was a little low), flushed the drainage line, shampooed the unit, and checked all the internal stuff.
