Paleface Comfort Services started in 1982 as a family-owned heating and air conditioning service provider in Dripping Springs, Texas, servicing West Austin and the Central Texas Hill Country. For thirty years, the Mihills family strove to provide thorough, quality service at a reasonable price and always put the customer first.

Through hard work and a dedication to customer service, they were able to build a strong reputation as a top service provider in the area. In 2010, when the Mihills family retired from the industry, David Higgins took over as CEO and relocated the business to a more central South Austin location.

Mr. George Flores [one of Paleface's technicians] left our house a little over thirty minutes ago after giving a thorough diagnosis and review of the installation of our mini-split heating and cooling system. He checked everything. He assured us that the work done safely by another company, but not up to the standards that he would offer.

David and his team are rockstars! We had a bid from a competing company where they wanted to replace a compressor. for $2500! We called David on a Friday night after 5pm and he had someone there that night with the A/C fixed by the next night. And guess what? It wasn't the compressor. Paleface acts with speed and integrity; that gives me much more piece of mind than any other company.

BOSS SERVICE! We scheduled an A/C service on Monday and Paleface was there the next day(today) on time. Chris was very professional and thorough during the A/C service walking us through each step. When all was said and done the bill was less than what we were told.
