I have used Plumb Quick several times and each time they have always been very responsive and very friendly! Their technicians are capable and always on time. I've had a few "emergency " situations and they were able to accommodate and be there to repair my issues. I've recommended them to all my friends and neighbors

This is an overdue review for a yard leak repair back in January. Dustin & Jacob showed up on time and quickly located the underground leak. They repaired it with a minimum of fuss and were efficient and courteous. Although plumbing repairs are never cheap, the guys were clear on the pricing and I felt it was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Plumb Quick as a very good local company who are responsive and conscientious

Like everyone else we lived through the winter storm of 2021. However, our water heater did not, as it froze up and stopped working. We called Jason and he explained his situation, his people couldn't get out of their neighborhoods because of the snow and ice. Even though his employees weren't working, he still came to our house and was able to bypass the water heater to bring water, even if it was only cold water, into our house.

Once the sun came out and the weather got warmer, we got a call from Jason saying he was coming out with our new water heater! There is no better company who has your back and cares about his employees. Thank you Jason for once again taking care of us!

I called plumb quick after the winter storm in Texas. After hearing my problem and how long I had been waiting for a plumber they shuffled me to the top of their queue. The plumber, Dustin, came out and had a theory that a nail had gone through the pipe. After pulling out the oven, we saw the water damage and realized we had to call a mitigation company.

After getting mitigation and their plumber out here, it turned out that his theory was 100% correct. Long story short, these guys are extremely kind, empathetic, and competent. I definitely plan to consider them for any future plumbing work!

We used Plumb-Quick to investigate a somewhere in the wall behind our shower. I called them in the morning. They sent someone out that afternoon. The plumber was able to identify the problem quickly and make necessary repairs on the spot. He fully explained the problem to me, fixed it, and verified with me that it was fixed. I found the overall experience to be great the the company to be trustworthy.

Plumb Quick are the best plumbers we have used. They are professional and at a cost that won't break your wallet. The only plumber I trust for my home plumbing needs.

This company and everyone I interacted with here are top notch. They will be my go to plumbers whenever I need any work done, and I will gladly refer them to everyone I know as well. You can tell they are different as soon as they the answer the phone. I had a hot water heater line leaking when I got home last Thursday night. I called, and Dustin answered even though he was on his way home from his last job.

He said someone would call me first thing Friday to schedule a time to come out. Friday morning, Kortez called bright and early and they were able to come out to swap out the supply lines to the hot water heater. If the story ended there, I'd still be extremely satisfied for their professionalism, courteousness, promptness, and fair pricing. However, the cold water line started dripping a little after they left.

After some troubleshooting and proactive follow up calls from Kortez, it was determined the best bet would be to replace the line in case there was a manufacturer defect keeping it from sealing properly. Dustin came out to replace the line, and was just as cheerful, professional, and courteous as the first time. He was finished in just a few minutes and now everything works perfectly.

There are a lot of bad plumbers out there, I think anyone who has ever had to call a plumber knows that. If you need a plumber and are reading this, stop your search and give Plumb-Quick a call. If you need more proof, read the other reviews here and on the web. But you shouldn't need more proof.

I had a cracked pipe in my front yard that was causing water to run down the side of my house and into the street. I called Plumb-Quick around 6:30am fully expecting to just leave a voicemail on a machine but to my surprise was actually answered by a real person! Dustin was very kind and professional as he listened to what was going on at my home and was able to schedule me in that same day.

When he arrived, he immediately got to work diagnosing the leak and digging around to try and find the pipe and where it was leaking. His knowledge on this type of pipe break was evident through the confident way he spoke with me which made me feel reassured that he'd find and fix it that day. In only three hours, him and another employee were able to locate the pipe (3ft deep!) and repair it back to a safe and secure working condition. I am very happy with their service and what I was charged for the labor and parts.

Recently had an issue with an older sink and clogged drain. Plumb-Quick was able to fit me in and send Jacob late in the day (didn't have a prior appointment.) VERY impressed with Jacob's level of professionalism, attention to detail, and job efficiency. Issue was quickly solved and the job site was left clean and dry. Friendly, customer focused, polite service. Fantastic job Jacob with Plumb-Quick.

They were amazing AND reasonable. Had asked Kinsey to come install a dishwasher, faucet and disposal. Set up the appointment for 3 days later, Walker Plumbing was at least a week out, when Kinsey got there, the guy said they don't install dishwashers. I called the company and asked why they would even schedule it if they didn't do the work and they told me they would have a service manager call me back.

Never heard from them. In a bind and it was Dec. 30th! Plumb-quick had great reviews on YELP so I contacted them. They actually came out on New Years Eve and took care of everything! Very personable, very professional and very pleasantly impressed! I will NEVER call Kinsey again after that fiasco and I will definitely be singing the praises of Plumb-Quick!

I'm handy with minor home repair items, but recently I had a more challenging clog than I could handle. This was my first plumbing call in a while. After a little research I called Plumb Quick and told them what I had tried. They sent a couple of guys out and they rootered out a clog that was about halfway to the street in my main drain line. They arrived when expected and the fee was in line with their phone estimate. I will use them again.

A HUGE shout out to Gustabo Ramirez and his guys. If it were possible to pick 10 stars, I would! Literally, on the day of closing on the sale of my house, I got a call from my realtor that the buyers' realtor was doing a final walk through before closing at 12:00pm. There was a water leak under the sink in the 2nd floor bathroom. I called Plumb-Quick and spoke with Mr. Rameriz, explained the situation, and he told me he could have a plumber at my house in about an hour. Let's see a show of hands. who out there has had a GREAT experience with a plumber, or any construction trade for that matter, in an emergency situation? what, no hands? read on!

Sure enough, I got a call about 30 minutes later from Dustin, saying he was on his way. 25 minutes later, Dustin arrived with an apprentice, Jacob. Both Dustin and Jacob were FANTASTICO! The leak was fixed in about 15 minutes. I have a company in a different industry that involves customer service. I would hire Dustin and Jacob in a heartbeat. As the "face" of Plumb-Quick, they do the company proud! And, the best news, what was a potential disaster at 12:00pm resulted in a closing at 4:00pm. The house is sold! What else can I say? Oh yeah, if you need a plumber, give Plumb-Quick a call.

So thankful for Plumb-Quick! Over the past couple of months we noticed a significant drop in our water pressure. We knew there was something seriously wrong when there wasn't enough pressure to push the sprinkler heads up out of the ground. We called the city (who will test your pressure for free) and found out we were only getting 24psi while our neighbors were getting 70! Plumb-Quick came out and replaced our faulty Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV).

It only took about an hour and half and now EVERYTHING in our house works better! Showers, sinks, dishwasher, washing machine, water dispenser in fridge, water heater. everything!

Thank you, for getting my wedding ring back! I highly recommend this company / plumber, first I called another company and they right away said a plumber needed to come out and resolved. I then called this company and the person who took my call directed me to the plumber himself who gave me some advice before even suggested to come out. We had a huge backup in our system. We called Plumb Quick around 7 AM and boy did they live up to their name! They immediately gave us a call and tried to fit us in by 9AM. They were not able to but said they could come between 1-3 PM. We took it! They then called around 11AM said they were ahead of schedule and said they could come right then!. What a great company, not only did they help us when we really needed it, they were professional and let us know what we would need to replace and do on our own to prevent further issues. I definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs!

We have been customers of Plumb-Quick for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough. They have replaced water heaters, unclogged drains and with my recent bathroom renovation they did all the plumbing work. They installed the new bathtub, toilet and re-piped the vanity from a single sink to two. You will not be disappointed in their work. They are fast, responsive and very reasonable. We recently bought our house and the under-the-sink plumbing was incorrectly done. 2 U-bends, incorrect pieces, the works! We've tried to fix it 3 times ourselves. Then on Black Friday, house full of family and dirty dishes; the piping fails and water gushes under the cabinets. After calling multiple plumbing companies (all either booked solid or unavailable) i finally came across Plumb-Quick.

The receptionist took my info and within 15min called me back and told me a tech was in his way! Dustin did an amazingly efficient job. He took a look at the plumbing and knew exactly what to do! He was in/out and done within 30 minutes. So grateful. He'll definitely be our next call for plumbing issues.

When my wife and I received a larger than usual water bill, more than twice what we normally pay we knew we had a leak somewhere in our plumbing system. After doing the standard DIY checks and turning up nothing we knew we would need to call in a professional to identify and repair the leak. We had a terrible time using our Home Warranty Company and eventually turned to our own plumbers.

We had a leak detection company come out and pinpoint the leak and then called Plumb-Quick. Plumb-Quick was very pleasant to work with from the moment someone answered the phone. I explained the issue that we were experiencing and Jason said that he had a crew in the area and would send them over in a few hours to take a look at the problem and give us an estimate. Chris the technician showed up several hours later and took a look at what we were dealing with.

He took the time to explain the work that would need to be completed and exactly what it involved. Chris was also nice enough to give us options. The leak was in our main water line in the front yard and he explained that due to Austin's soil most of the labor charge was in digging up the pipe. He told us if we dug up the pipe that it would more than half the cost of the repairs.

This honesty was refreshing from a contractor, and we agreed to dig the hole and call when it was complete. Later that day we gave Chris a call back and he scheduled us for repair the next day. He came out and performed the repairs paying attention to every detail and ensuring the quality of the work. Chris was marvelous to work with, he was very polite, and flexible with our schedule and did a great job repairing our plumbing. Any time I have a plumbing issue going forward Plumb-Quick will be the first team I call.

I had a plumbing backup on a Saturday morning and was really happy to know that someone from Plumb Quick could come out that day without charging me an after-hours rate. Kortez and I kept in touch via cell phone while he took care of other plumbing emergencies and we ran errands. He got to my house mid afternoon and cleared up the clogged line. We were so glad we didn't have to pay an extremely high price and/or deal with stopped up plumbing for the entire weekend.

It is rare to find nowadays a company with such a commitment to excellence. I have use this guys in a few occasions at my house and my experiences have always been very pleasant. I like the professionalism of their employees; how much they care to make sure everything is back to normal after service is done and how they stand by the quality of their work. Great company. I called late on a Saturday night, saying I had a leak in my yard, had located it and exposed it, but needed someone to come out and repair it because I didn't trust myself to fix the leak permanently. Call back from their on-call guy, Cortez, who warned me that if he came over then, there was a min $250 callout, then $250/hr; but he could come on Sunday during office hours for half the price - he'd call me at 9am.

I went for the latter, turned the water back on so people in the house could shower, and slept the sleep of the bone-tired ditch-digger. 6:30am my wife's alarm went off: I slept through it. 9am, he phoned, twice: I slept through it. 9:15, he was at my door, ringing the bell: I slept through it. Thankfully, my wife didn't, and kicked me out the bed to answer the door. Outside, there was a small lake above my leak, so the plumber kindly offered to come back in a couple hours.

I was grateful, because it took me two hours to pump all the water out, and get the hole a decent size, ready for him. So if I'd been doing that while he was here, that'd have been $250 on its own. He got back, and in a snap had doubled the size of the hole I'd painstakingly dug over the last day as if it was nothing. Rather than replace the broken plastic link with the same thing, he instead put a stretch of flexible tube connected by two (far beefier, metal) links, so that if the house shifted again, the joint wouldn't shatter again. This, and his general expertise and good advice, really drove home to me that I'd made the right call in not trusting myself with this job.

I wouldn't have been able to fix it even a fraction so well, and I would never have felt confident that I'd fixed the leak. With the significantly better replacement fitted by Plumb-Quick, I'm confident that I won't be digging up the yard for years to come, now. An hour and a half, plus parts and tax, was still less than the min callout for the night before. Really impressed with the quality and professionalism: and I will definitely ask for Cortez by name for my next plumbing disaster.

First time I used them I had some issues with the shower in my master bathroom; not only they were able to fit me in their schedule for next day considering the emergency but they were on time and fix the problem. The second time I called and spoke to Jason about a weird noise every time I flush the toilet. Jason explained to me how I might be able to fix it myself. I did what he told me and problem was fixed. I definitely recommend this company. I am very impressed with their quality, honesty and customer service.

I woke up minutes before needing to head out the door for work just to jump in the shower to find. NO HOT WATER! I took the world's fastest (cold!) shower, yes, it sucked, and off to work I went. Called Plumb-Quick after a brief glance at Yelp reviews and booked with them as they were able to make it, and do the work, that very day. I worked with Kortez who was patient, kind, and very thorough both in explaining everything and providing a detailed invoice of what all was done and materials used.

The quote was right in line with two other services I called for an over the phone estimate using the info that Kortez had provided during his initial walk through. So far so good, the water heater is functioning and after a quick glance at the plumbing work, it really looks like outstanding workmanship. I also give Jason (owner?) a high five for his great and friendly customer service. As you can tell, I highly recommend these folks!

Our garbage disposal began leaking, so we knew it was time to replace it. Of course the thing had to die on a Saturday morning! I called several places and I almost had resigned to the fact that we were going to have to be without a garbage disposal until at least Monday, maybe even as late as Wednesday! Yikes!
