I had scheduled a tankless water heater maintenance and Adeedo called me at the end of the time window to tell me that they were not coming. I agreed to reschedule. 4 days later, the same thing happened -- They couldn't make it again! The customer service was professional enough to offer a free service for the inconvenience. A few days later, they finally made it to the appointment. Daniel, the tech was super efficient, knowledgeable and informative.

I learned a lot about tankless water heaters. In spite of a bad start, I appreciate the courtesy and care of the customer service as well as Daniel being the consummate professional.

Called because I had an issue with my air conditioner. Repair guy came out as promised. However he told me after he got there that there was a $99 fee for coming out to give me an estimate. At no time while booking the appointment did they mention a charge. Guy spent 3 minutes in the attic and came down and told me it would probably cost 5-10K to fix, However, I never ever heard back from them.

Never received an estimate not even an email. Yes I loved their commercials when I was a kid but they are con artists. Do not use them. I found another company to fix the issue for $700. Screw you adedoo

Min and Maffryan came by my house to fix a water leak from my washing machine hot/cold water connection. They were super cool and didn't charge me for the fix because it was so quick for them. I love to see companies put the customer first and not get greedy and look for problems that they can up charge people for so I highly recommend!

I had a sewage line backup and I called adeedo. Valerie who was the representative with my initial contact, was excellent! She assured me that the problem would be taken care of and was more than happy to answer any questions that I had. She was very courteous pleasant and professional! Richard Rivera our technician was at our home within an hour.

I've used many other plumbing companies before including rooter hero's and some other national companies. During Father's Day weekend, We needed help with leak detection and pipe repair from the pipe burst for our business. I contacted Carl from Arredondo, and he was super helpful with narrowing down what services I need, and was able to send out plumber on time immediately.

Not only the price he presented me was reasonable, but he made sure the document all the leak, pictures, make sure I understand every steps of the services and the scope of work is needed to fix the issue. I highly recommend for any pipe repair, leak detection, emergency plumbing issues!

Adeedo has been my go professional and responsive plumbing company for the last 4 years. I recently had to change a pressure valve, main line shut off and check and replace tank flappers and all were completed meticulously. Victor and Jose did an outstanding job. They were prompt, professional, courteous and got the jobs done efficiently and correctly! Victor kept me up to date with each job and gave me a fair price in advance before starting the job. once completed they both made sure everything was in working order and cleaned up. Terrible company. Did not follow my instructions on how to be approved with onsite manager for performing the job and did everything opposite. Tenant is left without AC in this heat wave. Here is copy of my email to Paula, who booked my service call. Paula, The service was not completed because your company didn't follow my specific instructions. Nobody was supposed to go to the job without prior contact with the on-site manager Judy. Nikki and I spoke before 7 am.

Came out to quote my 87 year old grandma for a leak she was having and they quoted her $4000. Thankfully my grandma is a very smart and quick 87 year old and didn't accept the offer. She went with another plumber who did the job for her for and charged her $696. What a scam from this company and shame on them for trying to take advantage of the elderly.

Our technician, Cesar, took care of replacing our garbage disposal. He was very helpful and efficient!

I needed help with a leaking toilet water intake value (located on the wall) which didn't allow me to fix a tank seal because water source wouldn't shut off. I had used Adee Do twice many years ago with good service and results. I called early Monday morning and was given an appointment with a window of 9-11 a.m. Daniel showed up 15 minutes before nine (amazing) and professionally donned shoe covers and face mask to diagnosis the problem.

He not only fixed my toilet but gave me pointers on my HVAC system and tankless water heater. His service was amazing and thorough as well as kind. He came all the way from Eagle Rock to Chino. I was truly impressed and pleased. I will call again for HVAC and tankless water heater issues as they arise. Thank you Daniel!

Let's start with the 800 service number. They are excellent and give fabulous service. I think this is part of the scam. Customer service was also quick to offer me 10% off. Ok app set and Alex Dinis shows up. Super clean very nice guy. Looks at the drain, sticks his snake in for 10 seconds. Then sticks it in again for 20 seconds and says, nope can't do it we need to move the toilet put a camera in there.

So we will come back tomorrow. So far no charge. First call was supposed to be like $80 bucks. Then he gives me an estimate for the return visit of $211 for toilet removal, camera and snake. So next day, Alex and another guy come back. Remove the toilet. He sticks the camera down the toilet no more than 18-24 and says drain is broken I can't snake it.

Need to break the concrete and get under to fix drain. He didn't even show me the camera until I asked. When I looked you can absolutely see nothing, so I doubted he even saw anything. I said snake it and I won't hold you responsible if the drain is broken. Willing to sign paperwork, or call your manager, I won't hold you responsible.

He went out to possibly call, not sure what happened. Came back and packed his stuff. That was it. They left. I told Alex I will send him a picture once I unclog the issue. Got my own snake put it down the toilet twice and problem solved. Be cautious of these type of bait and switch tactics.

Min has helped me with a number of services and he is my favorite technician at Adeedo. He's professional, courteous, an excellent communicator and always does an excellent job! Also as a woman working mostly with male contractors he stands out in all that I have worked with over my decades of life experience because he treats me as an equal when I've been talked down to, condescended to and been asked "is your husband around so I can talk to him?" Our bathroom sink stopped draining so I took advantage of Adeedo's low price offer to snake the drain or not charge. Phone scheduling was prompt, Cesar arrived within a few hours and was efficient and professional in snaking and determining we had roots in the old piping - so I was NOT charged for his visit. I decided to try Adeedo's rooting service the next day and got a thorough diagnostic from Jonathan and Anthony with 3 options to fix the issue.

I chose to replace the pipes to that drain only and the work was completed by the installation team the next day, with Jonathan and Anthony coming back to verify and close things out professionally. Thank you!

My parents were having some issues with the plumbing at their house and asked me for help. I have called Adeedo for myself before and had a great experience with them, so I recommended them to my parents. They are Spanish speakers and sometimes get nervous calling companies in fear that there may be miscommunication or misunderstandings- however, this was not the case at all! Adeedo sent Cesar, who was able to communicate all the issues to my parents in Spanish, which made them feel very comfortable and at-ease!

They said the service Cesar provided was quick, neat and very cost-effective. They did not feel taken advantage of which oftentimes happens when you call other companies. We will continue to use Adeedo when we have any problems and always recommend them to our friends & family!

Min Ukani did a brilliant job on installing tankless water heaters! Aesthetically his work is beautiful as well! He was fast, efficient, accommodating and even helped with other plumbing problems occurring in the house! I highly recommend his services. Best plumber I ever had work in my home which I have been living in for over 20 years!

We had a leak in our ceiling. Adeedo came out and told us we needed to replace our entire air conditioning system (which is inside the ceiling crawl space) because it was leaking Freon and there was no way to replace the Freon. Estimate for replacing our air conditioning system: $ 13,000. We called Brody to get a second estimate. After a thorough inspection, Brody discovered the leak was caused by a clogged drain that was causing the air conditioning drip pan to overflow.

They unclogged the drain. No more leak. No need to replace our air conditioning. Total cost for the inspection and repair? $450. We are NEVER using Adeedo again, because either they are crooks or they are incompetent.

These people are the BEST! We had been having problems with clogged drain and had got an outside quote of 500 dollars saying that we had a bunch of stuff wrong with our pipes. We said HECK naw! So we called Adeedo and they said they can unclog our drain the same day and let us know if there's anything else additional we need to do. True to their word they came on the same day and they unclogged our drain for 53 dollars! They also said that the private plumber guy was not being honest about the 500 dollars. 10/10 recommend! You won't be disappointed

For months we have been wondering why our water bill had been so high. We figured there was a hidden leak somewhere. Within 15 minutes, Paul diagnosed the issue--it wasn't a leak in the house, but in the irrigation system. Paul was fast, nice, efficient, and effective! Thanks for the great service! Duped into having my old roof-mounted a/c and heating unit replaced. They ripped up the old unit, including the weather seal on my roof, leaving holes and other damage, and plopped down a new unit without patching anything up. Months later, after the latest heavy rain, water is POURING into my house through the roof due to the months and months (the work was done in March) of water intrusion around the unit on my roof, unbeknownst to me until Christmas Eve. Stay tuned for more. In the meantime: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The plumber was very informative, helpful and polite. He was also able to fix the problem and he did in a very cautiously, carefully and slowly like a surgeon so as to not damage any other pipes. Once he fixed the issues, he tested the drain in different ways so as to make sure he there were no more clogs. I was very impressed and I thought it was definitely worth the effort and work he provided.

After all that, he gave me a discount, and he did not have to do that at all, but then I realized he was genuinely a nice guy, and it is very difficult to find good plumbers like him and I was very lucky to have him help me out.

This company is absolutely terrible. If you want to be lied to and no showed after assuring you they will come multiple times then hire them. They no showed 3 times, then finally showed up and left because they couldn't complete work. Then no showed again when they said they were coming back.

This company no call no showed on me 3 times over 2 days while we had a major clog. Every time the office assured me it would be taken care of. Don't be fooled by their low prices, they are unprofessional. Plus last time I used them $69 turned to $400 real fast. If they want to compensate me and pay for Roto-rooter who came and fixed the problem (rotorooter is a complete rip off but at least they come and get the job done right away and can be counted on), this review will remain

I have hired Adeedo! since we bought this house (7 years now). Some friends say this company might be little pricy but I trust them a lot! I like their quick job and I think this is the most important for customers. This time I had a problem leaking water from the water heater. I called Adeedo! at 4pm and Min came here about 8pm. He looked like a super hero for me because I was almost crying seeing leaking water.

He stopped leaking so fast and came back next day installing a new heat pump water heater. He always texts me the estimate arriving time so I can wait for him with no worry. He explained everything politely and did his job perfectly! Thank you Adeedo! Thank you Min!

Min came to my home to install a new earthquake shut off valve for the gas line. He did a great job, was clean, and professional. I would recommend Min to my family and friends. He was very communicative with updating me on the time to complete job and updates on the progress. He also went through the process of install and when complete on how to reset the system. Awesome man!

This guy was trying to get my 90 yo mother to replace not only her heater, but her AC unit. Almost $19,000! Because since we're doing the heater we might as well replace the (perfectly fine) AC too. Right? Wrong. A $60 sump pump needed to be replaced. That's it. This guy returned to her house at 6pm. For what reason I don't know. She told him her daughter was furious about the cost and he left without leaving any paperwork.

When I spoke to him the next morning I told him to send me the quote/information and to cancel. He was trying to tell me he had asked her if she was able to make financial decisions. BS No person in the service industry ever does that. Apparently, before he emailed the quote to me he revised it with him asking about the financial decisions, then he had to forge my mom's signature and initials on the altered document. Luckily the cc she gave him for a $1,000 deposit had been canceled several months ago. What a horrible company. Their plumbing department tried doing the same thing to her a few months ago. $6,000 for a $1,400 job.

I was very pleased with the service from Adeedo. They arrived right on time. Very professional and clean. We had a clogged (slow moving) bathroom drain. Before I could even turn around (it seemed that fast), it was snaked and draining better then ever. Cesar V. was our technician and I would not hesitate to request him again for any future needs. Called JW Heating & Air to schedule a plumber to take a look at one leaking faucet and one loose faucet. Cesar at Adeedo! was fantastic - he came out on a holiday weekend, had repairs done in an hour, and gave me a detailed description of what to expect for the future. I first scheduled an appointment for Wednesday in the morning between eight and 10. I got a call by 9 o'clock that they had to push back the scheduled appointment to 12 to 2 then another call that they couldn't make it out that day and have to be rescheduled for the next day. So I scheduled the appointment for Thursday at 10 to 12 and that appointment again was rescheduled to later that afternoon.

By the end of the day no one had called and I hadn't talk to anyone. I called again the following morning. Now it is the third day and Scheduler said that the next available day was going to be the next day which is now Friday. This is completely unacceptable. I tried to have a gas line extended about 6 feet from my furnace to where my new stove is going to be because it is being delivered today.

We had a minor plumbing emergency last week, involving a leak in the bathroom. We called our usual plumber and he blew us off for a minimum of 2 weeks. A friend recommended Adeedo, so we gave them a try. The appointment process was highly professional, and our tech Min showed up on time and ready to roll. He diagnosed the problem, and reviewed his recommendation with us along with the charges. The repair went smoothly, and Min had finished, tested and cleaned up the area in less than an hour. Definitely good value and we will use Min and Adeedo again!

I recently worked with Adeedo again and my experience was greatly improved! The technicians discovered the problem with my rooftop unit and fixed it! They gave me a significant discount for all their work and even threw in some parts for free! Couldn't be happier with the result. I will definitely being using them again!

He was knowledgeable, friendly and our advocate to make sure the job was done on time and right. We trust Jorge and will always request him on any future job. The hardest part was to hire a trustworthy and honest company to handle my utility repairs. I went through a lot of prospective plumbers and JW plumbing and their associates came out the best in reviews and credibility. Of course, since I'm was a first time customer I was wary at the beginning. Josh and Johann and their entire team of skilled workers delivered their work very well.

They had honest opinions which I relied on. I've never seen so many Adeedo trucks line along my street. It's like a serious surgery with all doctor specialists on hand should anything untoward happen in any area. I was amazed. Although the project became bigger than I thought, it was well worth it and all that's needed to be repaired has been repaired with efficiency and warranty. Reassuring me that my old house is well maintained through several more years. Josh and Johann always explained the work being done and the quote. I'm very grateful that it really didn't over shoot my budget.

Alan was an absolute life saver for my girlfriend and her condo. We have been having leaks from our air handler for several months and no longer could run the A/C. After several HVAC professionals look and evaluate the issues, no one could figure out why it was not draining properly. It got to the point where people were suggesting purchasing a new air handler unit. Alan came into our place with the direction to sell us a new unit.

After an evaluation, he found something that no one else did. One of the previous companies actually put a wedge under our drain in order to do work and never removed it. Once this wedge was removed the drain was working perfectly. Alan's knowledge saved us lots of money and made our home livable again. Alex from Adeedo is excellent. He came to fix my broken sump pump and though it was a gnarly job, he was super efficient, fast and professional. He diagnosed the problem, told me the cost to fix it, started the prep work immediately, got the clean up firm in to handle the tank clean out first, then had his men there first thing in the morning to install the new tank and pump, and by end of day they were done.

The workers worked really hard, wore booties and a uniform and were super fast. It was painless. Alex has a positive can do attitude and was a life saver.
