Had a water heater issue couple of weeks ago, was looking all over La for a great plumbing company. I've ran into multiple companies who are either scammers or treating their employees like complete garbage, and obviously prices. I found Red Lilly Plumbing from a ad on van, and called. They were able to send someone by the name of Mike who took care of my water heater in less than 3 hours.

Other companies told me it would be a whole day job. Extremely grateful for Mike and his incredible professionalism. He definitely needs a raise, will be calling Red Lilly Plumbing for any future plumbing problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The only plumbing company we'll use from now on. Jose S was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He figured out a pretty complicated problem and communicated through the whole process. Will definitely recommend to others in the area.

I had a four-compartment sink at my bar that wouldn't drain on a Friday night. You can't really operate a bar without your sinks so it was critical to get it cleared before open on Saturday. My usual plumber wasn't returning my calls so i gave Red Lilly a try. They said they could be there within two hours. They showed up within the stated time, cleared the drains, and I was back in business!

We contacted Red Lilly plumbing due to a bathroom leakage. They sent out Charles and Saul and I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and sense of urgency to get this issue fixed for us. This was by far the best experience with contacting a random plumber and will definitely reach out to them again if ever have any more plumbing issues. Keep up the good work!

I have called Red Lilly 3-4 times since we moved into our house - for everything from installation of a water filter system to repairing our macerating toilet. They're prompt. Reliable. And always super nice!

I have used Mike at Red Lilly Plumbing for several jobs now over the last few months, including a major two story duplex kitchen drain pipe replacement in the outside wall. He was absolutely masterful in doing the job and he showed an overwhelming knowledge of his craft. The smaller jobs he's done inside were done with care and finesse. I've used many many plumbers over the years and Mike is far and away the best in every category. It's as simple as that.

My bathroom sink was clogged & broken - Red Lilly sent over Jose to fix it & he was amazing! He was on time & fixed my sink super quickly. He also shared some tips with me on how to adjust my sink in case I started having issues again. Hopefully I won't have any further plumbing issues but would definitely appreciate his help again if I needed it.

I had a leak under my sink coming from the garbage disposal. Jose came and knew the problem right away. He was very swift and respectful with his work. Gave me vital information on the care of my new equipment and how to replace it in the future if I ever wanted to. Thanks Jose!

Mike and his assistant from Red Lily Plumbing did a great job repairing our shower and under sink plumbing in the kitchen. They were prompt for scheduled appointment and carefully set up and cleaned up the work areas. Both repairs are working perfectly. Had to get a bath tub installed in my pet grooming business, so I thought I'd give Red Lilly pluming a call. They immediately scheduled me a date for installation. I was very impressed with their service. Mike their plumbing technician was beyond professional. He was very efficient and effective doing the installation. I called Red Lilly when I had a problem with a leak in my pipes for an apartment building I manage. They seemed professional when I first spoke to them but the guys that came were anything but. They worked on the pipe and didn't even cover it back up with dirt. They left all their trash on the sidewalk and just left. I called them to come back and clean it up but I had already paid and they felt no qualms about ignoring my requests. I will not use them again.

I was very satisfied with Red Lilly Plumbing. My home was built in 1926 and they seem very knowledgeable on working on old properties.

We're had excellent experience with Red Lilly Plumbing. Communication with Daniella and others at the office was very good. Most recently we needed repairs done at two units. They called the tenants and coordinated service calls with them. The plumber took care of the issues with my approval for the work over the the phone. When I've met with Ed and others to inspect and decide on repair work needed, communication was excellent. I appreciated their arrival on time, professionalism and their no pressure approach and answering my questions.

Highly recommend Red Lilly for any and all of your plumbing needs! They just completed a major re-piping job that involved breaking into walls in multiple units. Red Lily Plumbing In Los Angeles is 110%, and its hard to find honesty this day in age with all contractors; yet I got all three, SERVICE-QUALITY-PRICE. To get all 3 is very hard to find yet Ed and his team gave me a GRAND SLAM; Exceptional SERVICE, Quality: TOP SHELF! & GREAT PRICE (the PRICE WAS 10% LESS for same high end with competitors). EXCELLENT JOB!

After 2 plumbers and 4 visits to kitchen showrooms, not one professional could figure out our kitchen faucet. Finally, we called Red Lilly plumbing after reading the reviews. Ozzy was sent over and just like that, he figured out how to disassemble and fix our issue. Punctual, honest, and obviously smart, we will always call upon Ozzy in the future. Thank you!

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Red Lilly sent someone very quickly. Wesley and Salvador were very nice and professional, and they did an exceptional job. Will definitely be using Red Lilly for all of our future plumbing needs.

My plumber Mike was great. Fixed my sink quickly, was professional, and indulged my landlord complaints. Will use Red Lilly again.

They were very fast to come out and the tech was awesome. Honestly, I know how to fix water heaters so I know what is fair or not. I could have replaced the control unit and burner assembly myself for around $300. I just didn't want to bother getting parts, etc. They charged $750 to replace the gas control unit which I do find pretty expensive but they did do a good job.

The tech did have to drive to Glendale on a holiday to get the part so I guess it was OK. The service is top notch but be aware I think they are a little expensive but I also know it takes money to run a business so this one is a tough call. Good people are not cheap either. Again, the price is a tough call. I can get a replacement control unit for $150 so the labor totaled $600 which for the replacement time and drive I guess is somewhat reasonable. Excellent company but just be aware they are not the cheapest.

Red lilly plumbing responded to my emergency immediately. Even though they were busy with appointments, they fit me in and fixed our plumbing problem. They are fast and affordable. I highly suggest using them!

Red Lilly did the rough plumbing for my new main full bathroom. The workers were professional and kept the job site clean. They passed the city inspection easily. The inspector noted how great the work was without being prompted. Ed, the supervisor, is amazing. I highly recommend them!

Wesley was extremely professional and quick! Came over and got the kitchen sink fixed in a very short amount of time. Will be calling him again whenever anything else might need a fixin!

Update- Charles came out and snaked the line. It came right out, of course. He's nice and I've dealt with him before. Next round, I'll ask for Charles by name. I wish they would not try the hydrojet hard sell and just stick to this kind of service instead. ---------- Hard, hard pass on hard sell. Plumber showed up at 4:30 on a Friday after they were supposed to arrive between 2-4.

Suddenly I need. $1275 Hydrojetting job and they told me they wouldn't even snake it. I didn't want to do it today, as I wasn't there to deal with it, I only needed to clear the line and we would deal with the issue later. Most likely knowing that waiting until almost 5 on a Friday would be an emergency call situation over a weekend.

Your tricks won't work with me, Westley. Needless to say, Wesley, Mr. Hard sell, told me " the office said he can only do Hydrojetting" and left! When I called the office, they suddenly said, oh no, that's not the case that they only Hydrojet. Funny enough, we did a bunch of repairs since the 13 months that it's been since they have been out to snake.

If there was a massive sewer line issue, it wouldn't take 13 months for a single toilet and tub in a 20 unit building to back up. This is not great. If this guy would have listened to me, he wouldn't have backed himself into a corner lying about services I didn't really need. He wasn't expecting a person who deals with these issues on a daily basis and who restores old buildings professionally.

I am disappointed in this company. I am irritated that they tried to make my tenant wait another day to try and sell me a hydrojet job I told them from the minute they got me on the phone that I didn't want. Not good, Red Lily, not good.

I called Red Lilly for a valve that needed to be replaced. I pulled a few quotes from different companies, but Red Lilly was cost effective and the rep they sent out, Wes, was honest about the situation. He was articulate, punctual and was able to complete the job successfully. The valve is fixed and our water pressure now withstands 3 flushes in a row. Thanks, Wes!

My waiting for follow up is over and the communication to finish the job was excellent. Although I probably could have waited to do such an extensive repair there is comfort in not worry about the "what if." My gardener fixed my ground cover but I didn't feel like passing the bill onto Red Lilly. Sometimes you can accept a little mess.

Now that we've moved to a new part of Los Angeles we needed a new 5 star plumber. Spent significant time on Yelp in search of a quality plumber. I liked the reviews folks wrote for these guys. Called them a few days ago. Was VERY easy to make an appointment. Love that they answered the phone quick, were able to take care of my needs. Cesar showed up early today.

He came to install a new kitchen faucet. The faucet supplied by the builder was a disaster as we required one with a longer yet adjustable reach. Cesar did a solid 5 star installation. I could not be more pleased. Price was about what I expected as plumbers in Los Angeles are never cheap. Beyond pleased I found these guys. They are now our go to plumber.

I only have one bathroom in my apartment, so when my toilet stopped working it was pretty serious. I needed a plumber fast! Red Lilly had a plumber at my house in an hour or so. They took care of the problem before I even had to go again! Thanks Red Lilly!

I came home one day and thier was sewer water all through my house i found a plumber down the street from my house and he stared telling me my main line was broken and that it was going to be tens of thousads of dollars. of course i panicked and i called for a second opinion and my Saviors came to the door, Red Lilly Plumbing came and saved the day.

These guys were great. Joey and the other plumber (sorry, can't recall his name) walked me through every step, showed me video of my damaged sewer line, explained the options, was polite, patient, and prompt!
