TRUST - when it comes to your house, that's the only word that matters. Let me explain why I trust these guys, with a summary of two interactions. [Long story short, I reached out to plumbers 7 times, and only twice did I get an honest inspection. Both times, it was Mr. Speedy.] 1. A few months ago, we smelled a gas leak coming from the rear exterior of the house.
In a panic, we dialed 4 different plumbers to get quotes for an urgent inspection. Gas line inspections are not cheap, all but one quoted me several hundred dollars. Freddy at Mr. Speedy asked me a few questions and was the only one that said for my specific issue, I should call SoCal Gas cause they'll inspect it for free. Freddy was the only one that recommended I call the gas company.
Sure enough, SoCal Gas agreed and said the specific issue I had was their responsibility. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, for free. 2. We've had problems with our second floor shower for years, and this month we decided to spend the money, whatever it takes, to finally fix the problem once and for all. We called 3 plumbers for estimates and two of them said we need to break all the tile and replace the entire shower.
The only one that gave me a thorough/accurate estimate was Mr. Speedy. Juan and Randy came out, inspected the shower, as well as the piping underneath the house and realized the root cause was an old/damaged pipe underneath the house. They explained that replacing/re-tiling my entire shower would be a temporary fix, I could just replace the shower valve and the remaining money is better spent fixing the root cause, underneath the house.
They took photos to show/explain the problem and brought out their specialists, Edwardo, Angel, and Carlos to fix the pipes. Edwardo took additional photos so I could see the before and after, the shower works great now, and ultimately, I spent less than the two other plumbers quoted me. And that's trust.

Thank you Frank and team! I have been managing my elder parents properties while they self-quarantine. One of the properties last night had a MASSIVE flood. Mr. Speedy was there in well a very "speedy" manor and had the flood stopped and prevented massive loss in only 45 minutes. Thank you guys. Forever Grateful!

I heard a hissing sound the other day at night. The next day I found out that there was a pool of water in my kitchen. I shutdown the water to the entire house, so we did not have water at all. I immediately called Mr. Speedy Plyumbing to hebl me out. They were very nice talking to me on the phone and sent out a tech right away. Randy was were courteous and knowledagble.
He suspected a fixure in the pipes behind the counter. He quickly removed the counter, and repaired the broken pipe. His services were outstanding. I highly recommend Mr Speedy plumbing.

I own 4 American style restaurants in the downtown area. We had to fire our previous company and were looking for someone to handle our monthly pipe maintenance. Boy did Mr. Speedy delivery! I was amazed how fast and reliable this plumbing company was. Starting with Jeasther, the person answering the calls, very professional and sincere in giving her response with regards to scheduling the plumber arrival. The plumber, Rafael, a trustworthy, likeable fellow who is very honest to give you a straight pricing without additional surcharges. He fixed the problem right then after I agreed with his super low price. Highly recommendable to families and friends in case they encounter any plumbing issue.

Mr. Speedy Plumbing are my now go to plumbers. For the past 2 weeks my shower has been getting clogged. No matter how much 'declogger' stuff I pour down the drain it still doesn't help as every time I shower the tub fills up due to the backup. I called up Mr. Speedy and they were able to fit me into their busy schedules. They came, got the job done, and quoted me an affordable price I couldn't pass up.
