We are master wood finishers, so it stands to reason that we are good at rejuvenating and, if need be, making repairs to existing hardwood floors. Refinishing services include stripping old and worn varnish, repairs, staining and applying multiple coats of protection layers. When necessary, we can refinish stair treads and repair or replace baseboards.

All successful projects require careful planning and coordination between the owner and flooring contractor, and frankly, that too is where we shine. Our initial meeting may occur at our showroom or your location. After examining your floors, we will recommend the best type of product and can review samples of the many flooring options we have to offer.

I hired Terry and her team at Heritage Hardwoods to install Mirage Hardwood flooring at my Mom's house in Placido Bayou. Terry previously installed hardwood floors at my house in Old NE St Pete years ago and did a perfect job, so naturally I used her company again. We are delighted with the result. We went with the White Oak flooring and could not be more pleased.
Their work is meticulous and the house could not look better. All work was done on time, on budget, and exceeded my very high expectations. Thank you Terry and team for another perfect job!

Our experience with Terry and her team was fantastic! Start to finish it was a smooth process. They really took the time to work with us to get exactly what we wanted. They have an extensive sample of Woods! If Terry doesn't have she'll find it. But i'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed with their selection. The install team was great too. They made sure at end of each day of working that there was not a spec of dust anywhere. They also always showed up right on time. I would highly recommend Heritage Hardwood for hardwood floors. Great team of people!

I had my original hickory hardwood floors installed by Heritage 14 years ago. They look as beautiful now as the first day! I recently reached out to see if they could complete the rest of my home, and the same wonderful staff is still there. They made recommendations that would flow with the original wood and now it feels complete. High quality, professional, exceptional!

I would highly recommend Terry and her staff. I have used them on numerous projects which all have been done professional and on time. Heritage has a great reputation in the bay area and it is due their detailed oriented staff. Terry really knows her floors and is very helpful throughout the whole process. Terry Llewellyn is surely the most knowledgeable person on the topic of wood floors in Pinellas County! (If not much further afield). She did an install for me in 6 very-high end condominiums on St. Pete Beach. Each client was thrilled with their result, as well as their interaction with Terry and her staff.

Very professional business. Courteous from choosing our flooring to installation they showed up when they were supposed to and it was obvious they were experts at wood floor installation. They made sure they did not leave a mess when they left. We were very happy with the wood and the installation. We would definitely use the Heritage Hardwood Floors again.

We have used Heritage Hardwoods for many years now. In our old Crescent Lake home Terry and her crew repaired, sanded and maintained our floors with honesty and accurate advice. After we moved to a condo/townhouse, Heritage replaced our floor here, too. We would not use any other service. Jerry, Jeff, Nick, Linden and other her other craftsmen are real gentlemen we would trust with our house key.
