Go Mobile Flooring

I am a superintendent for a Tampa contracting company we are approximately $60-$80 million a year company and go mobile flooring has been the worst flooring contractor I have ever dealt with.

BEWARE - AWFUL SERVICE AND MATERIALS Used this company for a small flooring job 4 years ago and went well. They have gotten bigger and I guess that they have not been able to keep the same quality and level of service - I used them for the 2nd time this one job was a flooring removal and install job about 2500 sf - the install was horrible and the material was damaged, visible scuffs, unfished and poorly cut baseboards, paint chips and damage to my walls and on my kitchen cabinets that they had caused when doing the job -by careless installers - somehow my refrigerator stopped working after they had competed the job - not sure how they broke that but it would not cool anymore and the water line was damaged and leaking so I found a pool of water on the new floors a week later - after they got done the job - to make matter worse they did not pay the sub they used to install, so the sub put a Lein on my house since he was not paid by the GC (go mobile).

I have hounded them to try to get them to come back and repair the job but they will not. Still have visible scuffs on multiple parts of the flooring planks they installed. They have stopped responding to my emails / calls.

Update - we did hear from someone and all has been resolved. Updated review to 4 stars as they did a good job, follow up is what was lacking initially. Updated review. we noticed a cracked tile within a couple weeks of install and notified the company. They sent out the project manager in June to take a look. He took pics and said he'd have the installer come back to fix it. NOT ONE WORD FROM ANYONE since that day.

We've reached out with no reply until we contacted our salesperson again today. He said someone from the office will contact us. Fingers crossed. I'll update this review again if we are able to get a resolution or hear from someone. Would definitely use Go Mobile Flooring again! We worked with Michael Wilson through the sales process and he was very knowledgeable about the products and services. Alex & his team did the install and did an excellent job.

Professional, courteous service from start to finish. The sales rep (Michael) was super accommodating and patient, even with our indecisiveness. The pricing was very competitive and the quality of work was excellent. The guys who did the demo and installation were on time every morning and worked way past normal quitting time. They were extremely friendly and I had no reservations at all trusting them inside my home. Hands down, the best flooring company in the Bay Area.

As first-time home buyers of a residence that hadn't been updated in over 20 years, and under a severe time crunch to demo and install before moving in, we could not be more thrilled that we selected Go Mobile Flooring! The thought of packing along with planning renovations can be overwhelming, still we shopped around different flooring companies, researched specs on tiles, learned all the right questions to ask.

You'd be surprised at all the ways others are willing to compromise on quality! Then, we met Joey H. with Go Mobile, who brought us sample after sample (because making a decision is tough!) and answered all our questions up front, no delays, no "sales" tactics. The estimate was extremely clear, accurate, & no hidden costs. The estimate was higher than some others out there, but I refer back to quality that I mentioned earlier and what I will continue to explain herein!

As soon as we closed on the house, we signed with Go Mobile and, as promised, they immediately took action! We met with Eric who walked us through what to expect over the coming days, reassuring that we have peace of mind about the entire project. Reiner, Xandy, and others were part of our demo crew; they carefully moved all the appliances and protected the cabinetry/countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Soon, over 1500 sq ft of tile and carpet had been removed and our new tile arrived. Knowing our timeline was tight, Eric continued to communicate with us openly and honestly every single step of the way.

This type of transparency and customer service is nearly impossible to find anywhere else! He added extra crew members and was on site himself as the grouting and baseboard install took place. Eric's attention to detail and determination to ensure the job was done to the highest standards really met and far exceeded our expectations! A house is likely the largest investment anyone makes; investing in the right services for the updates to turn it into a home is equally important.

Given the opportunity to research and select a flooring company again, we would not hesitate to choose Eric and the entire Go Mobile team for their high quality work! Thank you so much! Go Mobile Flooring was a great decision on my part. They were extremely efficient & professional in all aspects of the process. Being from out of state and in town for my rental, I found myself caught in a bind as my laminate flooring was in need of removal & re-installation after a tenant moved out. I reached out on Thursday noon & within hours, I had been met by Joey to assess the situation. Taking a few notes & measurements, I heard from Joey within a few hrs later.

He was able to locate materials & was able to get installers scheduled over to my residence the very next day. I was overly relieved that this job would be able to get accomplished before I left town on Saturday. Jenny coordinated with me the next morning to give an ETA of installers & followed up to see if everything was completed to satisfaction.

We did a lot of research and took several quotes before we decided to get our wood floors redone and put carpet in the master bedroom. We had a few options that were cheaper, but I didn't feel comfortable with the feedback others had given. We had one salesman come out to our house from another local company and he was very "high pressure" sales oriented.

That was a total turnoff. I saw the reviews for Go Mobile Flooring and they seemed very real. I liked how people knew the owners names and how they seemed to feel comfortable dealing with them. After someone in my office said he also used them for his flooring, we decided to pay a little more for the quality and peace of mind. I can tell you know that I am glad we did.

They asked for half up front and half at the end (standard). Our floors look amazing and the carpet is incredible. Joey and his team were easy to text for questions and he helped us be mindful of our budget. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done with a very reputable company. We honestly couldn't find any mistakes. It is hard to find such honest people in the construction industry. Call Joey and his team, you will be happy.

I contacted Go Mobile Flooring to install hardwood floors throughout my house and tile flooring in the bathroom and laundry room. Joey was wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and came out multiple times to bring different flooring samples so I could feel comfortable with my decision. Their pricing was comparable to other companies.

The install crew did a fantastic job. They completed the work in a timely manner and were respectful. However, the demo process was a little more than I was expecting. I had tile that had to be removed and my house was a mess. Depending on the size of your job, I would recommend staying in a hotel for the demo process if you need tile removed or look in to a company that provides dust free tile removal.

I also never met the foreman/project manager on my project. He did call to check in after the job was complete. Otherwise, the process was pretty smooth and the finished floors look great. I would recommend this company and use them again.

My floors came out gorgeous. The crew from Go Mobile Flooring, from start to finish was outstanding! They were on time, reviewed my concerns before starting and worked nonstop. Their workmanship was so well done, it exceeded my expectations. They also cleaned up beautifully.

We are extremely happy with the service provided! We replaced existing carpet for LVP on the downstairs and we updated all stairs and second floor with hardwood floors. We love our floors!
