I went into Flooring Master and met an amazing knowledgeable sales associate by the name of Melissa. She assisted with different flooring pieces and she was knowledgeable about everything. She set up an appointment to come out and measure. She was very friendly and professional all the way, her Customer service skills are hard to come by. I can not forget about the amazing crew that came to install my flooring.

The crew cleaned up very well, they installed, painted and their work was exceptional. I'm a very pleased customer. Flooring Master is the place to go for Flooring. Thanks so much!

My mom and I drove pretty far to get to this place because we were referred - didn't know they closed at 5. Got to the door at 5:08 and walked in to dim lights. Melissa came out the door as we were walking away to say she was sorry we were closed, but was there something she could help us with? Long story short she let us in even though this place was closed, helped us through options, even grabbed some from the back, and offered guidance.

It only took us about 20 minutes to find exactly what we wanted, but we wouldn't have been able to do this without Melissa's kindness and her willingness to open the door to us past closing time. It's people like this that we need more of in the world. 10/10 stars for Melissa. We will definitely be using this place again, not only for the floors but specifically because of Melissa's customer service and lovely energy.

Flooring Masters was amazing thru or entire flooring experience. The owner, Camilo, spent so much time coming to our house to measure, offering honest advice about floor brands, types, colors etc. His installers were incredible - super patient, kind, meticulous with strong attention to detail, and careful! We had a 5 star experience and would recommend this company again!

We've hired FlooringMaster for multiple properties in the past, and they have consistently delivered top quality results. They offer great variety of floors with many pricing options for us to pick. The installation crew was very diligent, friendly and completed the work on time. I have and continue to recommend FlooringMaster to anyone who is looking for new floors. Don't overpay with Home Depot or Lowes, these guys can offer the same quality for better prices and service!

FlooringMaster exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly professional, communicative, and passionate about what they do. I wish i took more photos to show (since i instead used videos for a before-and-after). I attached photos that show the before (the carpet) and the after (the wood floors). We also had our stairs completely redone with wood since they were all carpeted before. All and all, this was a very low-stress project for us thanks to the guys at FlooringMaster :)

Ok could have been a better experience. I visited Flooring Master and worked with Jonathan, picked out flooring and scheduled an appointment for him to do measurements at my house. The day of the appointment received a text that he had to go out of town and needed to reschedule. Ok no problem he said he would let me know. A few days passed and sent a text, no response. Waited another day sent another text no response. Called the number and a female answered and told me Jonathan no longer works for the company.

So completely left me hanging. Scheduled someone else to come out to do the measurements. After that I was satisfied with the quote and wanted to proceed with the install. The day of the install received a call that my flooring was apparently hit by a forklift and was damage and unusable. And was not able to get the flooring I wanted so I had to pick something else in a very short amount of time since the installers were already at my house ripping up my carpet. Flooring Master did do a good job in trying to make things right and getting the new flooring I requested in a timely matter.

They did give me a discount for the inconvenience. Now the install itself, the flooring looks amazing. However a few quality control issues, some of the quarter round moldings the ends were not painted leaving bare wood showing. Had some minor damage to furniture since I paid for the installers to move my furniture. And some of my bifold doors were not hung back correctly. Flooring Master did offered to send the installers back out to correct the issues, however I declined since I did have a couple items come up missing out of one of my closets. Brought that up and was told their installers wouldn't do that. So I have lost trust. I'll fix the issues myself.

Can't say enough about how easy it was to work with this company. Called them up because of their Yelp rating, immediately got someone who answered the phone and walked through the steps, came out the next day with samples, ordered materials the day I made my selections, scheduled install the day materials arrived, and install occurred within a couple days of arrival. Dan, Camilo, and the whole team were incredible and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We love the tiles we selected not to mention they looked great after installation. We worked with Diego and Camilo and their team did an excellent job.

Total professional service. Diego wax awesome in helping us pick the correct product for our home. He gave us the sample board to see what the product would look like in our kitchen. The installers were terrific. John did an outstanding job prepping the floor in our 1923 bungalow. Kevin did the final walk through. We enjoyed talking with him. He took the time to go over floor care with us and made sure all our questions were answered. I would highly recommend FlooringMaster to anyone interested in a quality job at a reasonable price

I can't say enough about our wonderful experience with FlooringMaster. We absolutely LOVE our new floors. The installers (John and his team) were so professional and meticulous in their work. Dan and Evan (sales & customer service) were also a joy to work with. Installing hardwood floors is a big investment and we are so happy we found FlooringMaster and made the decision to go with them after getting several quotes and reading their reviews. They don't disappoint and i will be using them again when we remodel our bathrooms.

Great job by this company. Juan and Alex were outstanding. Efficient, professional and absolutely one of the best customer service people I have ever met. Honest, thorough, and reputable. These guys are THE go-to place for flooring in the Tampa Bay area! Camilo took great care of me from the first day he arrived to my place when providing a free estimate. He patiently walked me through my options and even went the extra mile to help identify opportunities for additional savings. The customer service he provided is exceptional, answering phone calls, texts, emails. whatever is most convenient for me.

He and his team are kind, professional, and don't unnecessarily recommend things just to make more money. Overall, I highly recommend Camilo and his team at Flooring Master!

Flooring Master installed wood throughout my house and did an excellent job. Out of 5 different companies, Flooring Master was the only company that gave me a complete estimate leaving not 1 stone un-turned. Camillo the president, Chuck the project manager, and the installers themselves were excellent. Always wanting to please, great communication and excellent work. Chuck was fabulous, always staying in touch and coming to the house to inspect the work.

I highly recommend FlooringMaster for any floor installation products and/or installation. I replaced the floors in my entire house minus the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The FlooringMaster team was exceptional from the time I first came by the showroom to look at samples through the installation.

We had a great experience with Flooring Master! Before our hardwood floors could be installed, FM had to remove old carpeting and vinyl flooring as well as tile from our foyer. All this was done very efficiently and with minimal mess. Victor and Luis worked tirelessly and meticulously, and Sammy checked in on our job every day.

I was so satisfied with the whole process! Choosing the type of flooring and being explained how the job would be done from start to finish. The crew showed up when promised and worked in a professional manner. We went with a beautiful wood floor, it looks great! The installers were very neat and clean up completely! We have now just scheduled to have rugs replaced upstairs in my home.

The best flooring company I've ever worked with. I had them install my wood stairways and they did an excellent job and their installers were fantastic. I now have them installing tile in my entire first floor (living room, kitchen, dining room).
