Honest company and technician, Gio the tech came to house and determined what the issue was wrong on my refrigerator. Was going to order parts, but before he did, he called me the next day and ask me to unplug refrigerator for 24 hours, that it may have just froze over, and if that fixed it, there wouldn't be a need to order parts. That did fix the problem so I only had to pay a $65.00 trip fee. This is the second time i have used them and will continue to call on them for my appliance issues.

Based on reviews, I called Mike out to come take a look at my dishwasher as it was no longer draining. I followed some instructions online and an attempt to try to fix it but I was unable to. Mike showed up he checked the drain tube, he ran a few tests, then he pulled out my drain pump from the bottom opened it up found a piece of broken glass and handed it to me.

He had already purchased and brought another drain pump with him. He could have easily charged me for that other part and put it in and left but he was an honest man about his work. I highly recommend Mike.
