We used Matt's team for a big project and couldn't have been happier. They removed a combination of engineered wood, tile and carpet in our 2600SF house and installed new 7 wide engineered European white oak floors. They completed all of the work in just 6 days, and left our house clean and with all the furniture and rugs put back where they belonged. Matt's price was by far the best of every company I contacted (dozens of them), his communication and attention to detail were top-notch, and he was quick to address all of my questions and concerns.

His crew worked 10 hour days to get the job done on our schedule - they were incredibly reliable and hard workers. I spent a ton of time researching installers, and I highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking for hardwood flooring demo or installation.

Joe, Oscar and the crew did a wonderful job. They had availability and finished the job within a day for a reasonable price. There were some issues that came up that were out of their control and they still made it happen and handled the hurdles in a professional way. We're very happy with the quality and their service. Matt is super honest and knowledgable. Just by speaking with him on the phone I described my issue of changing a carpeted stairway to wood and doing the entire staircase in stone. He was very honest in the challenges that wood would face because of the multiple transitions that occur in my foyer. He should be rewarded for his hard work and even though he won't likely get my job (going the stone route), I could tell that I would hire him in a second to do any other hardwood floor job that I had. We got our flooring replaced recently and used Matt and his team at Austin Hardwood Flooring to install vinyl plank floors throughout our home. Based on his suggestion we purchased the product (innova collection spc flooring) from The Tile Guy so would recommend checking them out as well. Scheduling was easy as Matt is usually very responsive and makes sure to respond to messages and return calls promptly.

His initial quote was extremely competitive and based on the high reviews online we decided to go with Austin Hardwood Flooring to do the install. On the day of the install, the crew started with wrapping the cabinets, TV and other dust prone areas extremely well before tearing down the old tile floors. They made sure to level the floor properly and took their time with the install making sure everything was done perfectly.

At the end, they put all the furniture back and wiped down windows/doors/stairs and left the house in a very good condition. In summary, we would definitely recommend Matt and his team for installing Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring.

They dealt with a large rock wall that meets the flooring with real expertise completing the work with a seamless transition. The team was professional efficient. Would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend them for wood flooring. We used them 5 years ago to get the wood flooring installed in the entire downstairs and Matt (and his crew) did really excellent job. We hired them again to do the wood flooring on the stairs and upper level. Matt is very knowledgable and he guided me to work with the stairs re-modeling company railing to install new railing and white skirt/trim along the stairs.

After that Matt and his crew installed the flooring on the stairs and entire upper level. Manuel was the lead installer and he is very professional and takes personal interest in ensuring the work is done correctly and the final result is a great looking floor. These being unprecedented COVID time, however the entire crew was wearing mask all the time to ensure everyone safety.

I highly recommend Austin Hardwood Flooring. I used Matt's crew to install my vinyl plank floors. I purchased them from Home Depot even though he provided me a hook up at another store called The Tile Guy. The guys were clean and fast! They wasted no time whatsoever. I can honestly say I've never had a remodel go so smoothly! We did the stairs, hallway and master bedroom all in the Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. I'll be calling them again for my next project!

Ive worked with Matt for years and he is always detail oriented. I had reservations on doing vinyl plank for my floor as I wanted wood floors. I could not afford the hardwoods so I settled for vinyl plank. Over all the stairs turned out well and floors look absolutely great.

Matt and his crew did an outstanding job in replacing thetile flooring and installing hardwood floor in our living room, bedroom and kitchen. We compared bids from several companies. Austin Hardwood Floor's bid was very competitive. Removing the tiles took a couple of days; yes, it was very noisy. They covered the windows and all cabinetry very well to prevent cement dust from getting into them. Leveling the concrete and installation of the hardwood flooring was done perfectly.

The finished surface came out really fantastic. The crew spent a lot of time cleaning the floor to our complete satisfaction. We will have no hesitation in recommending Matt and his crew highly.
