Super impressed with this HVAC company. We have been having some warm rooms during summer and also wanted some pre summer maintenance for our AC unit. James came out, seriously such a nice and enjoyable guy. We talked about our options with Split AC/Heat. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision and he even encouraged us to get other estimates.
He worked hard and gave us an honest assessment of our problem. I cannot say thank you enough for having a business that puts the customer first and have seemingly a high level of integrity. Thanks again to James for coming out and helping gauge our solutions for the summer and beyond!

I was not here to greet the guys that came out, but when I got home from work I checked everything out. I was thoroughly impressed! AC unit was moved down to the other end of the house where I wanted it. The pipes running the ceiling in the basement were done nice and clean! Everything was done exactly like I wanted! I really appreciated the quick response time from estimate to job being completed, and at a very reasonable price. Overall, 5-stars from me! Thank you Paramount!

My home warranty company has selected Paramount to service our furnace on more than one occasion. Both times, service was scheduled same-day because we were without heat. The Paramount employee arrived later than expected- but I understand this when I schedule a same-day appointment. Also, it was communicated to me by Paramount's scheduler AND the technician when it was known that they would be late, so that I knew when to expect them.
All issues were well explained and costs were clear. Recommendations were made in regards to what we can do now to get as many more days possible out of our 25 year old furnace. I love the text notifications that allows me to see where my technician is once he is en route to my home.

It's hard to find a heating and cooling company that you trust, and Paramount is one that I trust. They prioritize the customer and put you first. This is evidenced by really quick response times and terrific customer service. Ian was our tech today and he did a fantastic job. Identified the issue, fixed it, explained it well, and went on his way. I highly recommend these guys.

We have been club members at Paramount for a few years now and for the most part have been really pleased with the services. The scheduling is easy and the technicians are extremely courteous. Our only concerns are that the staff seems pretty racially homogenous, and one time when a tech didn't realize we were in the club, he tried to upsell a service to us.
When he realized we were club members, he walked it back and said our unit wasn't actually in need of the service and that we could just hose the compressor down ourselves. Haven't seen that tech since then though and wonder if he might not be there anymore. Also have noticed they seem to retain staff well, which is always a good sign.

I really like the service I recieved from this company. James, the technician is great to work with- he takes the time to explain everything with honesty and integrity. Plus he is very friendly, and I can tell he takes pride not only in his work but with the customer he is working with. I specifically asked for him again for our tune-up because of this. 10/10 recommend!

Matt and Austin did an amazing job cleaning the duct work in our house! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable! They made sure they didn't track their shoes throughout the house, which is bonus points from my wife! I would definitely recommend Paramount and plan to use them again in the future!
