Tim, We just wanted to thank you for the patience that you had with us through the process of the furnace/heat pump installation. We realize that we had quite a few questions and we appreciated you taking the time to answer all of them, and put us at ease.

Dear Tim, I am writing this letter to thank you and your company for the climate system you recommended and installed in our home. Even though it has only been up and running for a few days, the improvement in the level of comfort, humidity and the even heat are beyond our expectations. As we had discussed, the best equipment is of little value without a proper installation.

Gentlemen: We appreciate the quality installation of our new furnace. Tim made a thorough evaluation to determine size and type of furnace and made a good estimate. Doug did a fine job installing it and making some modifications to accommodate the location of the furnace. The whole job from start to product registration and Tim's final visit were done in a very professional manner.

Recently, we found ourselves in the position of having to replace our heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. We contacted Tim to get this replacement accomplished.

Dear Tim, I recently had an AC, humidifier unit, and air filtration system installed at my home. This note is to take time to let you know that I am very satisfied. I want especially to commend Philip, who was here all day. He was busy with his work every time I passed by, even when I asked a question, he continued his work, but answered courteously.

59$ and a free estimate? Completely false advertisement. They charged us 200$ just to diagnose what was wrong with our heater. The estimate only goes to what parts cost. COMPLETE RIP OFF!

I appreciated being given 3 choices for the furnace, air conditioning, and water heater, with each choice explained thoroughly as to cost etc. The guys came when they said they would, having called ahead. Each pro was efficient, friendly and professional. The work was completed on time. I am glad I dealt with AirFlow Pros.

We bought an older home that had a very old furnace. We had some pilots go out on a very cold time of year and called for service. Tim came out and was able to give us a very reasonable rate and listened to what was most important to us which was getting the most efficient system to save on our heating expense. His team was out the very next day, replaced our antique system and got us some real heat.

Our home never has been so warm and cozy. These guys are really professional, knowledgeable, friendly and what was really nice Tim listens to what's most important for your needs. I would highly recommend AirFlow Pros. :

My experience with Air Flow Pros was horrible and WOULD NOT recommend them. I had called them because my air conditioner was having a burning smell coming from it and I didn't know if it was some thing I needed to worry about or not. I searched for air conditioner repair near me. Air Flow Pros was one of the companies that came up. I looked at their web page it looked professional so I gave them a call.

The phone rang quite a few times before a message picked up saying "we will be with you in just a moment" A advertisement message for another company was played and then music played for about a minute before a real person finally picked up. I told them the problem and asked them if it was some thing serious. The person on the phone was rude and then cut me off saying woh! woh! woh! we will have the on call tech give me a call.

I gave them my contact information and he again said that he would have the on call tech give me a call. I called in the evening so must have been an answering service? After waiting an hour no one ever called and ended up calling another company. Really bad customer service! According to Google their address is a house so may not even be a real company.

Highly recommend Air Flow Pros; they're top notch in every aspect. They were extremely professional and courteous throughout every step of the process. Not too many companies do business like Air Flow Pros, unfortunately. I was impressed with all the little things they provided like calling 30 minutes before arriving, arriving on time, friendly technicians/staff, ensuring I had all my questions answered, following up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the product/service, and even covering up their shoes with slip on covers each and every time they entered my house (I greatly appreciated that), etc.

The big things, too, like price, were outstanding, as I was very happy with how much they charged me, especially after shopping around. I cannot speak highly enough about Air Flow Pros, and I encourage you to use them for your maintenance and/or new purchase needs for a furnace, water heater, and/or air conditioner.

These guys are great! I have a rental property here in Colorado Springs and the AC went out! Out of the three places I called they were the only ones to call me back. I put my call in to their after hours answering service at 8:30pm and within 15 minutes they called me back. By 9:30 Tim arrived to the home, diagnosed the problem, gave me options and had it up and running in no time.

Due to the age of the unit I decided to have it replaced, they even credited me the work they had done towards the replacement. They gave me what I believe to be a great deal on the new AC and had it installed and up and running by the next day. It's hard to find service like this these days, I highly recommend these guys!

Recently had whole-house air conditioning installed in my home. These guys really did a fantastic job. Tim took the extra time to make sure I got the most efficient AC unit for my house. Installation was clean, quick, and professional! They offered the most competitive price around. My house is now nice and cool all day long, just in time for summer! I absolutely recommend AirFlow Pros if you're thinking about getting AC installed in your house.
