Excellent pool builder, from the design process to completion. Tib Scallon is a pro. He listened to what we wanted and created a design that met those expectations. Throughout the process he and his team were excellent at communication and execution. I have heard many horror stories about building a pool and I've seen nothing but professional and respectful customer service from Tib and his team. Scallon may not be the cheapest pool builder but I have nothing but good things to say from my experience and I think you get what you pay for.

Happy with the experience from beginning to end. Went out of their way to ensure we balanced our vision with our budget.

Tib's eye for design, captured aspects of outdoor living that we hadn't considered, and made for a multi-functional design that worked for adults and children.

As we started the build process, Tib was there to make sure that the construction and materials were of the highest quality. The schedule went according to plan. One important part process that stood out to me was there were no surprises or hidden costs after construction started. We now have a beautiful backyard that we will use for years to come.

Scallon Pools "Tib Scallon" Just completed our swimming pool in Barton Creek. We could not be more pleased. Of all the pool designs and bids we received Tib had a much better idea considering the major slopes in our yard. We learned that most pool builders use subcontractors which may not be a bad thing, but all Tibs guys have been with him 20 plus years and are true artists. No Subcontractors besides gunite and plaster. Had a few rain delays but other then that smooth til the end. Highly recommend Tib and his team!

Tib Scallon and his crew are professionals and guide you throughout the entire way. Highly recommended! Beautiful pools and very happy with the outcome!

Very friendly staff, but the work left a lot to be desired. The limestone they recommended to go around the pool stains and chips very easily. It never should have been used. The patio they designed left open channels of dirt that I had to brace up with large stones. They did not design any attractive covering for the piping that is right on our patio wall. Also, the designer had me have an electrician come out and punch a hole in the drywall and have wiring brought to it for some type of interior control unit.

It was never installed and when I questioned it was told we don't need one cause the pool is so close to the house and not only did I pay the extra$ for the electric work, I've got to have the hole patched. This was of no concern to them. I am adding another photo to prove it was this company since they suggested it was not Scallon Pools.

I'm hyper-critical about builders; I've been burned before, so I watch them very closely. I talked to several different pool builders, including Tib, because they built a pool for a neighbor of ours.

Our neighbors got a pool from Scallon, and they were very happy. And we liked the pool we saw in the model home, so we called them. It's been four years now, and we're still very happy with everything.

After you did all the repair and touch up 2 months ago with a number of minor issues, I had meant to write a thank you note because we were so pleased but I kept remembering when I was out at the pool and forgetting when I was in my office.

These guys don't stand up to their work. Totally waste of time dealing with an owner who doesn't come to the phone. Always another excuse
