EcoGen Pest Control

This Is my 1st time needing a pest control company as we have a red ant problem outside by our pool and hot tub. I used this company strictly based on the reviews, and I am so glad I did. My technician arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time! He was very professional, and very personable. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail, and did so in a timely manner. I've registered routine services from here on out.

Last week I called the company so that I could start a new service, and I spoke with someone about pricing, and what not. The reason why I wanted to start a service was because my brother had recently signed up, and they gave him a really good deal. According to his contract he's paying about 64 dollars every two months, which is about $32 a month.

I asked them for the same deal, but they told me that no such deal exists. In fact I would need to pay a $170 fee to get everything going, plus $70 per month for the first three months, and then $70 every other month. I was quickly disappointed at their pricing, because they could not price match my brothers, despite having a receipt to prove my point, I was told that the pricing did not exist.

I told them about my issues around my house, I have these disgusting little creatures walking around my yard, and I wanted to get rid of them. Yet as I was explaining my issue, the gentleman on the phone told me that he would get back to me on Wednesday, but he never did. They said they would call me back, but failed to do so. It's been about a week since that day, and I haven't heard from them. I've called their phone, but it seems busy when I do, and I've made sure to save their number just in case they did call me back.

If the business doesn't care about the customers, they probably don't want my money. Definitely disappointed in this company, especially since they never called me back.

I had a gang of ants take over our home overnight. I reached to Ecogen Pest control and they were able to make it out the same day I called. Great pricing and very professional on the phone when scheduling and very professional when they performed the service. I would highly recommend them.

Great service. Moved into an older home that was quite frankly over run by things I can only begin to wipe out of my vision. Showed up a second time to make sure the house was completely cleared out and the back yard.

Fast, friendly, and efficient! I requested a quote online and got a call from Phil within 4 minutes. He explained everything in detail, quickly replied to all my follow-up emails, and was very flexible in scheduling an appointment. And Evan, the technician who came and sprayed, was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and had the best customer service I've seen in a long time! You can tell that he loves his job. Overall, extremely impressed with both Phil and Evan from Ecogen!

I have been with exogenous now for a year and love them! Not a bug in site, they are great would recommend 100000% well worth the cost, I literally never see a roach spider etc ever even outside, so happy with the service:

They are rated highly for a reason! Everyone I've interacted with - from Tatiana and other customer service reps to the different technicians that have come out to the house, recently with Jose -- they're all really friendly, responsive, and very helpful. On top of that, their product works! We absolutely hate bugs and can't stand them and we've only seen 2 bugs over the last 8 MONTHS that we've been using their service. I found this company on yelp and submitted a request via the company page. Phil responded to me in less than 10 minutes and couldn't have been nicer or more understanding. The next day, Cesar showed up, explained the services and got to work. I thought Phil was nice! Cesar is amazing. I think my mom wants to adopt him. He treated our entire house in less than 30 minutes, paying attention to our cats and not bothered by the fact that our house is getting ready to have a complete kitchen makeover. I cannot recommend this company more and they have a customer for life.

Great service and the tech that came out was very knowledgeable. I had a problem with pavement ants climbing my fountain and trees. After 1 treatment I haven't seen them in over a week. Will continue to use their service.

Moving from Colorado I was not prepared to find a scorpion in my house. After a sleepless night I was referred by a friend to contact EcoGen pest control. I spoke to Phil who put my mind at ease by staying on the phone with me until all of my questions were answered. He then made me a next day appointment. Tom the technician showed up to the house with an amazing attitude and absolutely the best service.

He loves what he does and made sure that we won't be bothered by any pests. He stayed at the house as long as it took to ensure that every spot was covered and double covered. He walked me through every move he was making and I now will be able to sleep again. Not only are these guys affordable they genuinely care about the service they provide. I will hands down recommend anyone to use this company for pest control needs. Thank you guys!

Moved into a new home several months ago. Well the honeymoon is over, and with the weather change we've found a few bugs and - UGH! EEK! - a spider. Time to find a pest control provider. I called several companies, national and local, to get rates and service frequency. They pretty much all offer the same recommendation of every other month and anywhere from $89 to $99 per service after a one-time $149 to $169 initial service.

While speaking with another company I was advised by the representative to be sure to look at their reviews because they're proud of their reputation. Turns out the company is highly recommended just like they said, but then at the top of the list was EcoGen. Reading a little I decided to call and check with them. I left a message and received a prompt return phone call.

I spoke with Phil, who I'm guessing is the owner. He shared a little about the company and then went into detail of their service process. When we got to the cost - no initial service fee. Same cost as any other service. Then the monthly fee - also cheaper than the other 4 companies I spoke to. And they're a local, family owned and operated business.

Sign me up. Less than a day later a tech sales Cesar came out to the house. He asked questions about concerns and sightings, explained what he was going to do, and then did a thorough job inspecting the home and doing a service spray inside. He then spent about 30 minutes outside walking the perimeter of the property and spray the exterior of the house to prevent entry.

At the end he asked if I had any questions. Later on I received an email with details of the work performed and the chemicals used (including quantity). They'll be back in about 30-40 days for a follow up service to build the barrier that will allow every other month service moving forward. They also advised that if I see a bug in between service to call for supplemental service, which comes at no extra cost. Last, they have an app for easy and secure payment of your service fee.

You can also see your last and next service dates and a copy of the report they emailed to me. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. If you're shopping for pest control I'm strongly recommending EcoGen.

First, let me mention Phil. I started a conversation on Yelp to find out about his company since I have heard many good recommendation from others. Phil was very quick to answer back and answered all the questions I had. The price was right and we needed help with some pests coming into our house because of landscape and backyard renovations. I booked an appointment with in 2 days of messaging with Phil.

He could have gotten me in the next day, but I was not able to be there. Evan was our initial service tech and he was AWESOME! I thought he was going to be our regular service tech, but he said he only does the initial treatments. He assured me that our regular tech is a great guy and that our house will be well taken care of. EcoGen does a second treatment about 30 days after the first one so we will see them again at the end of May. Michelle got our account started after Evan's visit.

My husband and I are so impressed by the efficiency and WONDERFUL customer service. It is a breath of fresh air with so many problems still lingering after the height of the pandemic. In fact, that is why we called EcoGen. Our previous pest company (if you can call it that). Took a look and sprayed and said they'd be back and after they did not return.

The tech that said he was our dedicated person did not return my calls and then his mailbox was full so he couldn't take new messages and then the number was disconnected. I won't say the name, but it is a big and popular company in the Red Rock area. Things happen for a reason and I am glad because now we have EcoGen!

One of the best companies I have ever done business with, not just pest control but out of any company. I wouldn't think of doing business with any other pest control company. I've been with them for a few years and through 2 homes and they have never let me down. They go above and beyond.

Recently moved to LV and discovered 4 scorpions in my house in 4 days! My neighbor recommended a pest company to me. When I called, they said it would take a week for them to come out and that's pretty typical for the industry. I did my own research and found EcoGen. I liked their philosophy on using earth friendly products plus they are locally owned.

They sent someone within hours! Customer service was fantastic from start to finish. The pest guy was friendly and knowledgeable. Since they treated our home and property, I've only seen one scorpion.and he was dead : I highly recommend this company.

The team was friendly and very helpful in explaining the best options for my home's needs. We have two dogs and were worried the chemicals would harm them. Possibly even us because of the chemical smell I expected from other pest control experiences. Their products did not smell AT ALL. My dogs were not attracted to the areas the product was sprayed on either which made the whole experience very seamless.

Would recommend them to friends and family! We opted for the quarterly plan as well for maintenance, but so far the initial visit seems to have done the trick to solve our silverfish problem. A bonus was they don't charge anything extra in between services if you have any stubborn pests! Great to know!

Terrific company. We called them and scheduled a visit and he came sprayed around the inside of our house & garage then outside. I think he said 3' up the wall and 3' out from the base. It's dry in a few minutes and has no harmful effects on our 2 dogs. We have not seen any bugs since they came around. He comes around every 6 weeks or if you see bugs before that they'll come out and spray. Excellent service @ a good price.

He goes above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied with our service. It is so refreshing to meet someone with enthusiasm and that takes pride in what he does. They do an excellent job every time. They communicate well and send friendly reminders of upcoming service dates. They will even give you a narrow window of time that the technician will arrive if you ask. You don't have to be there, as long as they have access to the entire outdoor perimeter. If you need them in between visits, they are easy to contact and will come right away.

I wish I could remember my service guys name, but he was the nicest the first day I met him. Haven't spoken to him since, which is the way I like it, lol. He comes, does his job, and leaves without interruption. They give me a heads up before arriving, as requested by me, so I can make sure the doggy door is closed ahead of time. They've been amazing so far, and I've been using them for about 8 months now. Easy to make payments online, very friendly staff, and excellent communication. 5 out of 5 recommended!

Ever since I've used Ecogen, I have not had any issues with pests. Moving out here to the desert, there are lots of them. They're always on time, professional, and friendly. I started using EcoGen on a bi-monthly basis over summer when we were seeing a lot of bug in the house. Since their first visit, we have not had any bug problems in our home and we've been using them for several months. The guys are always nice when they come out and the receptionist who schedules the visits is very sweet and helpful! It's affordable and completely worth it. They have a great policy and will come out again if you see any live bugs in the house between visits. Would highly recommend! Best in town.

This is the first time Niles has been to our house to service and did a fantastic job. Blown away by his services and attentive to detail with de-webbing and spraying areas we didn't even think about. They truly have the best communication. Michelle and her team are amazing. Phil at EcoGen has by far the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. Not only was he responsive, but he'd respond to messages after business hours AND was so quick to reply, too. I love when businesses can take care of scheduling and booking through text message, too. That's a big bonus for me. When Tom, the awesome and friendly technician, came out to do the initial spraying, he was punctual/RIGHT on time.

He gave me a rundown of what he would be doing that morning and when someone would be back, reiterated pricing that Phil had gone through with me, AND assured me that if any pests were to pop up between now and the next visit, they'd come out and spray again. Tom was SUPER thorough and you can just tell he takes great pride in his job. I'm impressed with the customer service and pricing. The quote Phil provided was the best I received! Our service was prompt, professional, and quick. Our technician genuinely loves what he does, and it showed in his demeanor and the quality of his work. The communication with the office was great as well, they respond quickly to any questions.

We just moved into a new house and needed Pest Control asap. Within the hour, Phil from EcoGen had us scheduled and on the books for the next day! We had a huuuuge cricket problem. Within 24 hours of them treating our house we noticed a big difference. There were significantly less bugs and if we did see them, they were already dead. I will recommend EcoGen to all of my friends and family!

Whomever it was that stopped by, they were practically invisible. And no sign of bugs anywhere. The transaction was super easy. They were pricey though. I ordered one time service fir $120. The monthly service is half that. Truthfully, im not sure if the one time is much more thorough than the monthly. Regardless, no bugs! I'll Definitely use them again due to the organic nature of the solutions they use.

They are so professional and I never have to worry about my rabbit or my kids being poisoned or getting sick, because it's non toxic. Mike is also so sweet to my rabbit, and always remembers our family. It means a lot to have that personal feel to people that you do business with. Shows they care. So I definitely recommend this family oriented business. Especially if you have pets or little ones.

Update*** I have continued to use this company throughout all these years. To this day they remain my most recommended service to others. Never once have I had any type of issue, with service, responsiveness, friendliness, quality of work. It's all top notch and I recommend every chance I get!

We received same day service. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and straight up fun to talk to. I love when people are really excited about their job and the company they work for -- that's a sign you have hired the right people. The initial service was a great bargain and the bi monthly maintenance price is competitive. Great experience all around. Most importantly, based on the amount of dead bugs we found the next day and the fact we haven't seen anymore live ones, I'd say they did a great job.

There's a reason why this company has 5 stars. Very professional, but also at the same time, very kind and understanding with everyone's situation. Their pricing is the best to the point where you dont even have to look at any other business. Now with their services and product, they came once to my residence, day after, everything dead.and ever since they came, i don't see any roaches, scorpions, or anything. Well. I came here thinking I was gonna help EcoGen Pest control and leave a 5 star review. Turns out.they need no help. They already have a ton of 5 star reviews. And rightfully so. This company is stellar. I do not use that word lightly. First.the dark creatures (also known as insects) are kept at bay. They guarantee their work and have come out to my house more than once in between scheduled sprays to ease my mind. LOVE THAT.

Because I HATE bugs. And even when I'm paranoid Eco-Gen Pest comes out and eases my mind. So there's that. Bless you Eco-Gen Pest. Second.all the employees I have encountered at Eco-Gen Pest are amazing but Michelle and Andy stand out. Michelle keeps constant communication with billing and service. And even worked with me by creating a custom billing plan for me. Andy is just. I'm pretty sure he may be a monk or like a descendant of Ghandi. He's so warm and extremely kind. I'm not sure he's real. Like.for real. I'd let him watch my children for an extended period of time.

The service man was very prompt; courteous & informative. I have found only dead pests outside of my house since the service; so it appears that he did the job correctly.
