Progressive Pest Control was established in 1999 with a goal to establish a small business with a few employees that would provide excellent pest control, and they did just that. In the first few years Progressive Pest Control was able to obtain and maintain a small group of customers and provide great customer service while continuing to expand their knowledge of the pests that inhabit the Las Vegas valley and how to control them.As consumers, when we find things we come to enjoy and appredate, we like to tell others about them, and Progressive's initial customers were no exception. With so much positive word-of-mouth, in just a few short years the business had doubled, and then tripled, and continued to grow demanding new technicans and more trucks.

Farrah and Ross are the best and went the extra mile to solve our bee problem at an affordable cost. We had a hive move in to the eaves and walls on the third story. Everyone else was talking over a thousand dollars but Farrah, the owner, went out of her way to get the job done at a third of the cost. Responding same day, Ross the exterminator guy spent time in the attic and reaching through a window and spraying from his truck below. It took care of the bees for good. I will use them for all our pest needs.

My husband and I have been using Progressive ever since we bought our home. I could not feel more confident in their pest control services. Luis consistently does an amazing job every time he comes to spray! He's on time, double checks that our dogs are safe, and takes care of the yard as well as any other location we need sprayed. We have never had any issues following our monthly visits from him.

I have been with Progressive Pest Control since they opened as well as my entire family. They are fast and efficient at what they do. I have them come to my home every month for my creature inspection and to spray inside and outside to ensure I have no issues.( I have had no issues) If you need them to come back for whatever reason ex) it rained after your spray. they will no questions asked. I love the staff and would not want any other pest control spraying my home.

Progressive pest control is truly the best! I have used their monthly service now for the last 3.5 yrs. Owners Farah & Bobby, and Matt (my service tech) and the whole crew over there are amazing. They schedule your service with the same tech every month, which is very comforting. They also give you a monthly courtesy call the day before your service, and Matt is ALWAYS on time, with a smile on his face!

I recently moved into a new house in Summerlin West, and was interested in preventive pest control. I spoke with Farrah at Progressive Pest Control. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with me. She sent a technician, Nick, promptly. He evaluated our situation, suggested a plan, and completed the first treatment that same day. Since then, Nick has been here several times. We are very pleased with the work he does, and he is very personable. I recommend this company without reservation.

We have been using Progressive Pest Control for years. Even when we moved they did a yard inspection for us and let us know what creepy crawlers were specific to our part of the valley. They always take care of our yard and are careful about our pets and children when visiting the yard. Excellent crew and very effective products. Not watered down. Not sloppy spraying. I Highly recommend.

I have been a customer for years. I hate bugs! So there is one thing I must have. a good pest control service! Progressive Pest Control has done the job! They do such a good job on the outside that I don't have to have the inside of my house sprayed, and I have NO bugs! We had a random swarm of bees decide to make our roof home last year and one visit from their bee guy and we have had no more bees.
I love that they take care of bugs, bees, and even pigeons. Most pest control companies don't do all those services. I get a reminder call the day before my appointment, and Derrick is always on time and the friendliest pest control service man you will ever want to meet.
