Climate Control Solutions are AMAZING! I was referred by my home warranty and usually in most cases from previous experience we have not received the best service. Dino was very responsive, professional and always kept me update. Once the equipment was in he scheduled the install but kept me updated with the process. His installers were very professional.

Our 19 year old 3 Ton AC went out 2 days ago. Called Dino at Climate Control Solutions after business hours and within minutes he responded. He came out the next day to assess the situation. Gave us our options on products he recommended and by this morning at 8:30, he and his crew were showing up and ready to work. They kept everything clean by covering the carpet.

Very impressed with the service, the product and especially the honesty. Highly recommend this company and in less than 40 hours from initial phone contact we'll resume watching the Astros in cool comfort tonight.

This is my second time using Dino for 2 unrelated issues with my AC. They are a family run operation and the response time was within the hour for me. Dino Jr came out to take a look and run some diagnostics. After about 15 mins he figured out the issue and it turned out to be an easy fix. I can appreciate the honest work ethic of this company by identifying such a simple problem and not up selling me on unnecessary repairs. I wound highly recommend them to anyone.

We were connected with this company through our Home Warranty claim. There is always some anxiety with this because you never know who the warranty company will pair you with. Because we made the claim on my wife's day off, I immediately called to schedule an appointment, still expecting something later in the week. They thankfully squeezed us in on the same day so we were able to avoid missing work on another day.
