Preston was really great, he explained everything that needed to be done. I had a gas leak in two places, Preston and the other gentleman worked diligently to find it and correct old repairs that was done incorrectly which caused the leak. Kudos to this company, it was an emergency situation and they got a team out first thing next morning to fix repairs

We had several things done - clogged drain line, new hot water heater installed, added hot water to faucet outside. All of the items were done professionally and very timely. Show Plumbing was very professional and helpful. Staff was knowledgeable both in the office the technicians. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing job.

I am proud to recommend Show Plumbing for both small and big jobs! I had used Show Plumbing for a variety of plumbing work and have always been pleased with their professionalism, willingness to answer questions, quality of their work and competitive pricing. Earlier this year I identified a couple cracks in my drywall and wondered if I was starting to have foundation problems.

I had a foundation contractor come out and looked at the damage and took some measurements and explained it wasn't a settling issue but a heaving. The cause was likely from some moisture source under the house (i.e. leaking pipe). I reached out to Show Plumbing and they sent Preston out and he did some camera inspections. This identified an area of plumbing that has holding water and potential crack.

The repair would involve tunneling under the house to access and fix. Preston worked up an estimate and answered lots of questions. As this was a big job, I had 3 other plumbing companies come out as a "second opinion" and estimates. I quickly learned that not all plumbing companies are created equal. Jason (the owner and Master Plumber) spent time with me to help me understand the estimate and how the actual job would progress.

I'm an engineer and had lots of questions, I know more about plumbing now than I ever expected to). Both Jason's and Preston's willingness walk me through process and the uncertainties (until under the house and pipes are exposed you only have the view from the inside camera). With their support and insights, I was comfortable in proceeding with the work (tunneling about ~40 feet under the house, making repair and running new sewer line to the city line at the back of the property) The job was executed as explained and tracked to the schedule.

The dig/tunneling crews were friendly and worked hard. I was impressed by their work ethic and effort, definitely a good team. Once exposed Preston was able to assess the situation and we found that the problem connections were encased in concrete in one of the house's footers. Jason and Preston kept me informed and explained the situation and how it would they would address. Again, I can't say enough about Show Plumbing's experience and knowledge in this type of work.

The only downside to having the job complete is I won't be getting the friendly morning calls from Janice and Jessica updating me on crews arriving. They are both so sweet and wonderful ladies! Again, from simple spicket replacement to a major project I am happy to recommend Show Plumbing. Preston is a great young man that is talented and professional. You won't be disappointed!

Recently moved to the area of Houston, was referred to Show Plumbing. Would highly recommend them. Patrick helped me with the options I had with the shower repairs we need, checked all the plumbing in the house. Will use him for our future plumbing repairs.

Critical: Value $323 to change a hose bib. Insane. Pure insanity. The dude was there for a total of 20 minutes and did one of the easiest plumbing repairs in the book. Parts were less than $50 and the hourly rate of this plumber comes out to $750/hr. Would not recommend these guys for an easy plumbing repair. Service: Faucet repair

Had Patrick out and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. I had a competitor tell me I needed a new tub because the drain was broken. Show Plumbing had me up and running again same day with parts on hand from the van. Janice in the office was super helpful and was able to move up my original appointment at my convenience. I am a HVAC contractor and it was great to have the same professional level I provide given to me.

Shower and toilet were both clogged on a Friday, called around but others couldn't come until next week - until show plumbing kindly made a slot for us that very same day and within an hour or so they came and saved the day! It was a hard task trying to find the clean out to begin with bc the main one was buried, but they didn't give up and kept unclogging the very stubborn blockage in the main sewer drain. i thought they wouldn't able to find it or unclog it without taking out a toilet. but they didn't give up!

Thank you again for their patience and care in making sure it was all taken care of. they were kind enough to explain solutions to maintain a clean drain. made sure all sinks were working before they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also saw the positive comments and wondered if it were all true, too good to be true! But they do exist, great service all about making sure us customers are happy.

Thank you for your hard work! Please don't change bc it's so hard to find companies that take their time to make sure things are done correctly w extreme care for their customers. This company is a gem.

Outstanding Service from Preston. He not only fixed our leak, helped us decide about the water softener and upon inspection making sure all was well. he discovered that our Garbage Disposal had a crack in it! Fortunately he had the exact type of Disposal in his well stocked Service Van! We were all taken care of in less than 90 minutes for all that needed to be done! I highly Recommend Show Plumbing and Preston for all your plumbing needs!

I am happy with their service. From the nice lady who scheduled me to the young men who came to make our repair, everyone was very polite and professional. We had looked at online estimates for what we needed, and we paid less than we expected. They just left but so far we are happy with the repair. We would feel comfortable calling them again should the need arise.

I believe that they are price gouging. Had a small project and received an estimate that was way too high and clearly not representative of the work needed to be performed. Nearly a $100/LF for 23 LF of plastic 1 gas line. Absolutely now way I would use or recommend this company.

I have used Show Plumbing twice now in my home, and they would be hard to top. They show up exactly when they say they will be there, their staff is super clean and courteous, they provide written estimates, and the repairs performed are quick and first rate. Honestly, I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Great experience. We needed an estimate, and reassurance of what we thought was our plumbing issue. We are handy, but couldn't pull the trigger on doing the work ourselves without a quality second opinion. The trip cost was $35 and worth every penny. The rep was straight forward, clear, and there was no pressure to immediately go with the service. Most definitely if the job in the future becomes something we can't handle Show plumbing is top for the list to call.

Called at 6pm on a Tuesday and had Willie at my house at 8am the next morning. He took time to explain processes and prices to me and was very professional. Wild absolutely recommend and use again.

I was charged $225 to install a wax ring (valued @$4) and due to incorrect verbiage between technician and my husband, coupon was not allowed to be applied. I feel like I was taken advantage of, will not be purchasing my water filtration from this company.

I'd give these con artists -stars if it was possible. So let's start. I call them for a quote to connect a gas dryer to an existing line for my girlfriend while I out of town. They say they need to come out to quote. $35 but if we have them do the job then the price of the quote is deducted from the work. She takes the time off of work but they never show or call for the appointment.

So I call, the tech is stuck on a job and can't make it. No problem, it happens. Then the guy comes out Monday, barely make the appointment window and not only has the nerve to provide almost a $600 quote to connect two hoses that cost less than $30 combined and when she obviously says no still charges her the $35 consult even though they missed the original appointment.

Long story not so short these guys are either going to refund that fee and get reported to the BBB or there going to get hit with a chargeback from the bank and reported to the BBB. Either way they are not getting my money. Please make sure to use anyone but these scam artists. Seems to me they just come out, quite something ridiculous and take your consult money if you're smart enough to say no.

Had some major issues on a rental property. Called on several plumbers in the HTX area. ARS tried to up-sell. Others claim 'Free' quote and provided none, only $500+ in diagnostic charges and more possibilities of problems. When Jason came out, he indicated that he would need to attempt to clean the drain and run a camera for a full diagnosis.

He was upfront about this cost. Because of his methodical approach, no doubt in my mind that this company was the one to fix my problems. A fair price was given for the repair. I authorized the job and the repair was completed in 3/4 days ( City had to be involved). My tenant did most of the communication with Show Plumbing- he called me to rave about their service skills, so it was only appropriate that i leave a review. Did i mention a 10 yr warranty on the piece that they worked on?!?!. Good Honest people they are.

Called Thursday and Jason was out Friday morning. Diagnosed and fixed same day. Gave me all info up front with pricing and different options. Great pricing great customer service and cleaned up completely after work was done. Can't say enough great things.

We called Show Plumbing to repair two Bradford White water heaters (4 years old). Janet was very nice and professional. The technician Rod was also very nice and professional. Janet explained to me the $35 trip charge to come to my house for an estimate. But when Rod said he was going to pick up the parts and come back and install the parts, there was an additional $150 for picking up the parts.

I understand he would have to spend time and gas money to pick up the parts, but I wish I had been told about the fees for picking up the parts. The additional fees would make Show Plumbing quite a bit more expensive than other companies. I had to just pay Show Plumbing $35 trip charge and asked another company who would do the repairs for the same price without the extra fees for picking up parts (they said they would pick up the parts on the way to my house after hearing a description of the heater problem). Lessons learned for me: ask what would happen if the technician does not have the parts and any fees for picking up the parts.

Jason was great we have had 3 other companies look and tell us different things were wrong. He came looked at it went got the parts and had are hot water up and running within the hour will definitely be using them for any future jobs.

These guys are incredibly professional, super friendly, and willing to bend over backwards to ensure that their customers are well taken care of. They also did everything they could do ensure that I wasn't overcharged while keeping me informed every step of the way. Show Plumbing is now my go-to resource for all my plumbing needs. They definitely went above and beyond expectations.

Great experience this morning with Show Plumbing. Rod and another guy (can't remember his name) were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. They quickly fixed work that had been installed incorrectly by a contractor. Will definitely use them again in he future!

Show Plumbing has rescued us and our major remodeling situation repeatedly this summer. Show Plumbing has, without fail, effectively corrected inferior and catastrophic plumbing work left behind by two previous contractors in this major renovation. Without Show Plumbing's expert guidance and knowledge of the current problems we were experiencing in this renovation, we would continue to be mired in plumbing trouble (current and future).

Jason Ferro of Show Plumbing has been to our home on several occasions for plumbing issues. Last year, Jason installed a new sewer line from the house to connect to the main city sewer line in the back yard. He also, installed a whole house water filter for our home. Recently, he has replaced hot and cold water shut off valves and stainless hoses to the clothes washer.

In the last 18 years we have used Jason Ferro for all of our plumbing needs and our master bathroom remodel. He has always done a fantastic job and is one of the best plumbers in the NW Houston area. He is very particular how the work is done in the finished product and his quality is exceptional. He has always been up front about the cost of each job and does it in a timely manner.

Show Plumbing literally just left my home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jason came out, listened to what I had to say, ran a full check of the home, let me see what was on the camera he put through my pipes and explained everything in a way I could understand. On top of all of that he was professional, friendly, and made me feel like he truly cared about the issues i was having. Any future plumbing issues I have I know I will be calling Show Plumbing. I will also be recommending him to everyone I know in this area.
