Critical: Quality, Value Plummer came out to fix faucet.now when y turn shower ff the shower still runs. It doesn't turn off like it should once water off. Not a good job at all Service: Faucet installation

Justin was awesome today! Fix the problem and cleaned the mess. Took time to explain and reassure that they would take care of the backup issue for the entire line of townhome units! We have had 3 other plumbing companies out here, been living with this problem since Thanksgiving 2020. But thanking GOD for AAA Plumbers today!

If I could rate AAA zero stars I would. They have horrible communication, horrible customer service, and they're very expensive. I work for a large Multifamily & Investment company and a lot of my sister properties use AAA for a lot of work needed on their properties. Now we are all going to Best Plumbing. I have called many of times for over a month and never have received a call back in regards to my issues.

Save yourself the high blood pressure and use anyone else but AAA. UPDATE: Two weeks ago I spoke with a supervisor Kenny in regards to invoices I had that I was continuously trying to get resolved. He said he was terribly sorry for my inconvenience and he would have them credit it to my account. Well, today I received another invoice it was the same one I was disputing originally.

The accounts payable chick (lenann?) was rude. I then spoke with Chuck who was also snippy. They do not take notes on their end to let the others in the office know that they made changes/adding credits to accounts. Still not a good review. Still haven't changed my mind about these people. Overall unprofessional. Another Update: Based on their response below you can obviously tell their not professional whatsoever. They don't care.

Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I've dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else. Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.

The techs that came out were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were helpful in fixing the issues and provide details and explanations. It was a late Saturday night that we called and they came quickly and within the given time frame. I would highly recommended! Services: Sewer repair, Drain cleaning, Toilet repair

Professional and patient. They came quickly even though they were busy, and explained the answers to all of my questions. We had a sewage back up and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue right away. Highly recommend. Services: Repair pipe, Unclog drain

Seemed pretty busy! And the voice automated system said "only offering services to current customers." My call was put on hold a couple times, but resulted in being informed that a city main was broken in the area.

AAA Plumbers can start with properly training their drivers, not only behind the wheel but in sensitivity. It also would be beneficial for them to not hang up on people who are attempting to make a report. It's fine, it will be a police matter soon enough. Chuck is a joke of a supervisor.

I had to call them for an emergency water line break late in the evening. This repair was not easy and a very big emergency. I called AAA emergency and Joe Sterling was on call. He called me immediately, came as fast as he could, and saved the day! Even though it was late he was professional, confident, and eager to fix the issue. Thank you AAA for your quick response and getting the job done.

Wouldn't you know it. Water dripping from the ceiling on a Saturday evening. AAA had a plumber at my door in record time. i am very happy with the service I received from them and will certainly use them in the future.

I have used AAA both in my home and through work several times. They are always professional and do an excellent job. They have always been able to handle every job no matter the scope in timely fashion and at a fair price. You need a plumber, this is the company to call!

This company has done work for our association before and based on those jobs I had been recommending them. BUT.when I needed them for a personal home repair, I was told I couldn't even be scheduled until after I set up an account with a credit card number. After setting up an account with a credit card number, I was told no one could come out until maybe Monday because of all the rain our area had been receiving.

I did tell them it was an active leak about 2 gallons in 4-5 minutes. After I hung up, I called Premier Plumbing and the City - both of which sent out people to assess without asking for credit card info. It was not on the City side so Premier went into action the very next morning and they just left after resolving the issue to completion.

Their response to emergency calls are fantastic; and the technicians are very courteous and explain the work needed in detail. Usually getting an explanation of what is needed from contractors can be difficult to understand what they may be referring to. Thank you AAA Plumbers for simple explanations and details, which saves time and ease frustration.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I live at the Belvedere Apartments and we have been without water for 12 hours. I asked the plumbers when the water was going to be back on and was told: "sometime tonight". When I asked when tonight, some idiot claiming to be "the boss" got in my face (after he put down his burrito) and said "I said sometime tonight" There are 5 people literally sitting around doing nothing while an entire apartment complex is without water! This is ridiculous! Contractors will get away with whatever you allow them to get away with!

First and Foremost, great customer service. Trustworthy, dependable and good reputation around town. I set appointment, they came to inspect, reasonable bid and work was completed. I highly recommend AAA Plumbers!

The absolute worst customer service in my entire life! Can't even get a call back even though I called about 6 times. And when I finally get a hold of someone after calling the 7th time, your rude and unprofessional employee I believe Lyann, is on the other line YELLING at me about how I'm wrong. Never using this shitty ass service again. Not worth the headache of dealing with incompetent people such as her.

The absolute worst customer service! Rude ladies that answer the phone and joke of your flooding problems, lies about when they will return and do not show up when they say. I have three large holes in wall where they "searched" for a leak (no water detector equipment) then they find problem and tell us they will be back to fix only never to return as we have leaking water from upstairs! Do not use them, you have been warned! Other reviews must be family members

Had a clogged toilet response time was fast and the job was explained completely. They were satisfied when the job was completed. Without making a mess that I was expecting. Would use again if the need ever arises agsin.

Today I had a problem with one of the workers they came into my apartment to work on the plumbing because my next door apartment is connected to mine but they really came to continue work the plumbing for my next door apartment I have plumbing problems and I thought this guys where going to take care of it when I ask the hispanic tall guy about it he gave me a really nasty answer wich I was not expecting he said I did not order him and he will not taking orders from me so disrespect in while standing in my apartment I call to complaint to his company and I hope he gets re premmended what kind of people this company has working for them I would never will hire them if they going to behave like that and they supposed to come back tomorrow because they did not finish the work and they left my apartment a mess I took pictures of it and hope by tomorrow everything of my belongnins is in order in my closet if not I really will be posting the pictures I am not happy with this person again in my apartment and left my thermostat to lowest temperature they are not paying my bills how can do this what kind of people has this company working I can assure they don't behave like professionals.

I never received an apology from the guy I think his name was Eduardo looked like that or the company for this they left and everything in my apartment is a mess still did not fix it the way I had it what kind of people are this.

I cannot speak highly enough of the responsiveness, competence and compassion of AAA Plumbers. I called them in a panic yesterday after discovering my water heater in the attic was leaking and could potentially flood both second and first floors. They arrived at my house within 4 hours and took less than 4 hours to remove the old 50 gallon gas tank (not an easy task getting it out of the attic and down the stairs) and install a new one.

I couldn't believe that they were able to respond so quickly and was impressed that they have the resources to either stock the right heater or be able to get one so quickly. I've used them a few times previously after having bad experiences with other major plumbing companies, and am so glad a friend recommended them. Thank you, AAA Plumbers, for saving my house from would could easily have been a huge disaster.

Fast, reliable and very reasonable pricing. Everyone I talked to was very friendly. I will definitely be using them again for all of my plumbing needs!

Main sewer line out of the house got plugged on Christmas Day with 4 people visiting. AAA Plumbers came out first thing the next morning (8:30), cleaned out the sewer line, and replaced the wax ring on our downstairs toilet that had blown, all for a surprisingly reasonable price.
