Heaton Plumbing Inc didn't have a technician available so I went with American Plumbing & Maintenance.

Back in those days where I needed plumbing help right after the big freeze in 2021, I contacted Heaton Plumbing through Yelp's Contractor connection. Got a response within 24 hour. Gave me instructions to text them because it was a busy time due to recovery efforts after the winter storm Uri. I got them on the phone and set an appointment. Tosha arrived on time for an estimate appointment.

She was detailed and professional. I didn't hire them because my shut off valve to the whole house got stuck. Again it was due to the hard freeze. I had to wait for the maintenance crew to get it replaced. The quote came out a little higher than other bids. But I have Heaton Plumbing on my top of list when I have future plumbing needs.

Absolutely cannot say enough about this company! I called on a Saturday when 7 other companies turned me away. Day prior had another plumber out that was unable to resolve my issue. Heaton sent out Nathan, he was professional, polite and he and Mike worked 5 hours until the issue was resolved. Few days later Mike made a follow up call, I will never use any other plumbing company.

We used this stupid company to install water hester at our business, it worked fine for 9 months and started giving us problems as it was still under warranty we called them to fix it, their technician came in and told us it was a residential water heater not commercial did not fix it and told us not to call them again stay away from them. They are just after you money and will blame customer for their mistakes.

If you guys are professionals you should and could have advised me before installing it, instead you blaming the customers. The technicians and their staff is rude completely unprofessional and unreliable

Tosha and Breedon from Heaton Plumbing came to our home to work on a leak that was worked on previously by others. They were super friendly, provided great service and their work was superb! We couldn't have asked for a better company to service our issues and they sent us two of their best employees to provide their service and expertise. We are so happy with the work done. Called for a quote, lady answers the phone and told me she could have some come out. I told her I just needed an estimate because I already know what's wrong and she hangs up on me. Wow! I will spread the word about the this rude company for sure. I'm glad she was like this because I rather not deal with any businesses that has no customer service at all.

I had a leaky toilet on a Sunday. I sent out messages through yelp and Heaton responded in minutes. Kris the technician was here in under two hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the issue really fast. 10/10

We called for a leaking hose bib the day before and they scheduled next day & showed up within the agreed time. Took less than expected time and completed with quality work. Will use again!

Great service. Knowledgeable, if talkative, plumber. Let me know exactly what he was doing, what he thought the problems were, what he planned to do to fix them. I didn't give 5 stars because their website said the fee for the appointment would be deducted from the final bill, but it wasn't and I had to ask for it to be deducted. I hired Heaton at the suggestion of Home Advisor, on which I often depend for recommendations. Heaton met my expectations for quality of service and ease of communication. Their price was about what I had expected for a plumbing company.

I was treated very poorly by the owner Michael Heaton today over the phone. After being quoted $1800 for a repair - I paid $900 down. Once the site was excavated - Heaton Plumbing realized I didn't have a leak. I was told that I would be fully refunded and the trench filled in. 4 days later I called to check on the status of my refund. The woman in the office explained that she would get it taken care of.

About an hour later I received a call from Michael - that I would still need to pay the $45 service fee and the $125 diagnostic fee. (even though it was not diagnosed correctly) Instead of my $900 refund - I had to pay another $170. Michael was condescending to me - its not my fault the problem wasn't what the water company informed me. I can't recommend this business to anyone.

Mike is an excellent & professional at Pro Plumber and came to fix our gas control valve issue right away. Literally was on his way after we spoke. He worked with the manufacturer to get the part ordered and he was available right away when it came in. The part came in and it was faulty so he resolve the issue and got the part in the next day. He was always communicating with me on the status and I felt very happy with him. He did the job attentively & professionally and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I am looking for a plumbing company to do a repiping job on an old 1960's home. I have contacted two companies, one that I saw had good reviews and another that has good reviews but was also personally recommended. I've scheduled them to come out to give me an estimate. I thought I'd find a third and I contacted Heaton plumbing and they said they would charge a $45 fee to come out that is reimbursable if they do the work. Ok, fair enough but I already have 2 other companies willing to come out at no charge. I just wanted to warn folks that they charge to come and give an estimate, just an FYI.

They responded very fast to my Home Advisors query, and was able to book an appointment for the very next morning! Two very professional technicians came and solved our problem in a couple of hours. We are extremely satisfied!

Really appreciate your customer service! Your plumber gave us a courtesy call estimating his time of arrival. He gave us the cost for the work before starting so there'd be no surprises and honored a $25 coupon from our last call. Very pleased with his work and efficiency. We will not hesitate to recommend Heaton Plumbing to our friends.

We can't say enough great things about Heaton Plumbing services, they were very professional, courteous, clean and informative. From the moment we called to make the appointment to the time they left our home the great service never stopped. If you are looking for, not just good, BUT GREAT plumbing service do not hesitate to call Heaton! We can't say "thank you" enough for the awesome service!

Definitely would not use again! People who showed up were not knowledgeable. Cut off water to house and then discovered they did not have correct tools for the job in their truck (common set of hex wrenches used to remove bathtub valve). Left to go to home depot to purchase tools. Returned with wrong size tool and again departed to purchase correct hex size wrench. Finally, got bathtub valve removed and advised me the valve should be replaced.

I examined the valve which was perfectly fine and asked plumber to explain why it should be replaced. He then changed his recommendation and said the valve was fine and did not need to be replaced. After several hours spent on what should have been a thirty minute job, I was charged $45 dollars for a "service call" which I was originally told they would wave if they did the work and $125.00 for "diagnostics" which their boss, Mike, claimed was not "work/repair" and refused to wave the service call fee. They did not fix the problem with the bathtub and charged me $170.00.for wasting my time. There are a lot of better plumbers in Houston so beware of these guys!

I would absolutes use y'all again and I may need to. Your response time was so fast and made a stressful situation so much easier. The only thing I could suggest is maybe have the employees wear booties. Our repair guy who was extremely nice by the way had arrived after a very dirty job and tracked in quite a bit of mud. That aside I would highly recommend your company!

Heaton Plumbing is always very professional, courteous, on time, and knowledgeable of whatever plumbing issue you're having. Mike is done quite a few jobs for my moms house, and also my grandmothers house and needless to say they are always pleased with what a remarkable and upstanding businessman Mike Heaton is.

Incredibly overpriced quote, and the plumber lacked integrity. I needed a 3/4"x12" threaded nipple replaced, Heaton arrived in a timely manner and was courteous during the $45 consultation. Quoted $550 to replace the leaking nipple, $250 to cap the leaking nipple, or $80 to do the work "on the side". I paid my $45 as quickly as I could and sent them on their way without having any work done. $15 worth of supplies and a little over an hour for me to perform the repair myself.

I wanted to schedule a system pressure test, but didn't mention a word about the future work as I don't trust anyone that offers to cheat their company out of work within 5 minutes of meeting them.

Best plumber I've ever used. Arrived on time. No nonsense; got right to work on my drain cleaning problem. Was clean (pristine white shirt) and professional. Analyzed the problem with me looking over his shoulder. Was neat and kept tidying up throughout his drain cleaning process. Never made a mess; didn't leave any mess whatsoever. He and his apprentice wore plastic booties over their shoes the entire time.

My Persian rugs appreciated that. Cleaned the clog from the vent stack in the attic. No previous plumber ever did that. Probably because it is inconvenient to crawl up into my attic through an access hatch (no pull down steps). It was very apparent when he hit the drain clog with his power snake; the water whooshed out of the basins like it was being vacuumed.

He was not inexpensive. But, clearly a case of you get what you pay for. He had ALL of the needed parts on his large panel truck (bigger than the usual white van). While he was on my call, one of my neighbors rushed home because her water main burst. He courteously stopped working on my repair to assist the neighbor with her water main shut off. The plumber she had called to assist her could not find her water shut off valve (?).

My plumber graciously helped her plumber at no charge to her. Speaks of the kind of guy he is. Only call this plumber if you want your problem fixed right the first time. Doesn't take shortcuts like all of the other previous plumbers I've used.
