Very responsive, I was able to receive a quote and explanation on materials, recommendations and options were offered. All of my questions were answered by Bobby, he is sincere, very informative and knowledgeable.

His whole team are awesome. A whole boiler and water heater tank were installed, they were very punctual, professional, and all around great individuals. Thank you again Team All - Tex. The moment I called and explained my problem I was put through to a plumber. After a quick explanation I understood and was confident he knew exactly what was going on and scheduled me for a visit in 15 Minutes. If I was impressed with that then I was even more impressed when Mike showed up on time, did a very quick and efficient service on my whole house water filter and was the friendliest guy you could meet. Go with All Tex would be my best recommendation for any plumbing work you want.

Love this company! The receptionist who answers the phone is so sweet and helpful. We had a very leaky tub and clogged toilet. One of their plumbers came out and fixed the issues in no time and at a very competitive price compared to other plumbing companies. This company will be my go to for all future issues. These people are great. Very professional. We have a small business and had a leaking faucet and they came right out and took care of it as well as new aerators in all faucets. It was a small thing compared to a lot of their jobs but they did a great job and I would recommend based on their professionalism and communication!

I've called several times and tried to set up an appointment to receive an estimate on plumbing work in my house but apparently this company has plenty of business and doesn't need me as a customer. The lady that answers the phone is very nice and seems to be interested in helping and says a plumber will call me back but that never happens.

As always, All-Tex Plumbing saves the day. It never fails that we have an emergency on a weekend; Gayla is always there to take our call and help us. Since we moved into our older home in July 2015, we have had All-Tex Plumbing at our home three times.

These are people you can trust and do not mind having them work in your home. Recently had All-Tex replace 35 year old galvanized pipe in my home with cpvc. We discussed various options, pros and cons, and I decided that this was the way that made the most sense for our situation. ALL of the people on the job were professional and knew what they were doing.

They even had plenty of patience for an inquisitive homeowner. As a follow up, Bobby has an excellent sheetrock repair person on board who came the day after the plumbing job was finished. Highly recommend All-Tex for all types of plumbing repairs and services.

Wow what a great company! We called and the owner himself came out within 15 mins! By far the most reasonably priced in town, and the fastest repair time! Bobby made me feel like I was family. I work for a management company managing hundreds of apartments and from now on anytime we have a plumbing issue Altex will be the first one we call!

Excellent service. On time. Mike was great, straight to the problem and took care of it. I knew there was 79 online reviews and 77 were great. Thank you for taking care of my issue.

The job was estimated at 3 hours, if no problems, to replace and install a new composite granite sink. The installation was completed in 2 hours with minimal issues. However, the two installers took a 50 minute side trip to Lowe's (which is about 5 miles from my home) for an adapter, which I would think would have been on the truck and would be a standard supply. Also, the installer appeared to be unsure how to install the soap dispenser that matched the new faucet.

Upon leaving, the installers took all of my paperwork and warranty information for the new sink and new faucet. He also took the box with the new faucet coverplate that was not installed. When I discovered this, I called the office about 5 minutes after they had left to have them bring it back. I was informed that they were already at another job and it would be mailed to me.

All that I received was the new sink paperwork and my OLD faucet paperwork. I wish that the rating system had half stars, because they were a little bit better than a 2 rating but not quite a 3. I'd give them a 2.5.

This business handled my problem with expertise and professionalism like no one else. I will never use anybody else.
