Founder of Joe the Plumber, Jose Villarreal has been working as a general and remodeling plumber in the Magnolia, Cypress, Tomball, Houston and Katy, TX area since the early 1970's. In 1981, Joe received his Journeyman's license and continued to advance to Master Plumber, receiving his Master Plumber License in 1982.

Later that year, Jose bought his first truck and started his first company named "Latino Plumbing". In 1999 he changed the company name to Joe the Plumber. Since then, Joe the Plumber has our company provides the highest quality service no matter how small or big the job.
