Anthony Letteer, the A&A technician, did a great job troubleshooting the issue, detailing the repair cost, and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend their services. Further, it was refreshing to have them honor the appointment and show up on the scheduled time. Prior to arriving, I received a text message stating Anthony would be arriving and provided a little bio so we knew who to expect.

Everyone I dealt with at A&A was friendly and honest. They were extremely proficient and clean. The work was completed in less time than estimated. Evan patiently spent time surveying the layout and explaining the plan before giving a free estimate. They did not upcharge for extra unexpected work they had to do. These guys have "old school" business ethics.

He accurately diagnosed the issue with my system - which he promptly repaired while upgrading the efficiency of my HVAC. Mason, who worked with him showed confidence and knowledge as well. I highly recommend this company. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed last May. I waited to post a review to see how our new units were doing. Last summer the air conditioner was a god send! Our electric bill was only about $25 more per month but we keep the thermostat at 68. This winter my utility bill went down by $40 per month! A & A installed my heater in 2008. I've used them ever since for any of my heating / maintenance needs. They are as their reviews show, very awesome. From the courteousness of the receptionist at the office, to the ability to be seen so quickly, to the professionalism of the techs and installers. Today was my favorite interaction with them. Johnny was just so awesome, from his knowledge, to his skillset, to his friendliness and professionalism, to his teaching me (the homeowner) little tricks of the trade in what he was doing. I woke up this December morning at 7am with the heater not working, and it is now 9:45am, and our heat is back up and running.

This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. They have come to replace my water heater several times because they can't seem to get it right. Horrible customer service who can't seem to be bothered to make a simple phone call to update you on when a technician may or may not be available. They are condescending when you have to call them and don't understand the basic human emotion of empathy. Save your money and go somewhere else because you'll be beyond frustrated if you ever have to deal with A&A. I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star.

I can say that without a doubt Alan and his team are professional and very knowledgeable about what they do. They are passionate in helping people with AC and heating units.
