They are very thorough and their work it's for a better term meticulous and very well laid out. The employees are polite courteous thoughtful and respectful.

This company is just ridiculously disingenuous. Scheduled generator maintenance for April in January! They Called to move to Wednesday the week before, I told them that wouldn't work the next Monday was fine same time, after.1 pm. Stressed that time window to them. They show up at 8am. Supposedly complete a generator maintenance but the video footage don't tell the same story. Tech didn't give me any information, had to drag out an answer to a simple question, sent an email to the office and ask for manager to call me, didn't happen.

Office emailed me back a week later and schedule another tech to come out to check. Same deal on a Monday after 1 pm, guess what they reschedule to Wednesday without approval. The tech shows up as if something is funny about it., calls his buddy that did the first supposed maintenance, his way of checking was to look at the filter and check the display, they must think everyone is just stupid.

Didn't check the valves. That was a specific ask and the reason I scheduled so far out when I called in January to make the appointment, I had just changed my oil, plugs and filters, and of course they don't just do the valves, they have to charge you a full maintenance of $228, and make sure you aren't there to see that it's done. I filed complaint with Ohio attorney general and Generac. Places like this need put out of business. I don't find a damn thing funny about ripping off customers.

I've been dealing with air flow heating and cooling for over 12 years and they always do such a professional and amazing job from installing a new furnace to just the routine maintenance checkups.

Be very careful using this company. They drastically over charged my 88 year old Aunt! They quoted her $900 but when they left it was almost $1500.00. I talked to several other companies and people that are in the business and they said the most this bill should have been was around $600. It's a real shame that a company like airflow heating and cooling would take advantage of The elderly!

But we will see who has the last laugh because I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general and the 6 on your side news. We will see how they all feel about this company taking advantage of elderly people, what a shame.

Had my regular Furnace maintenance service today, the usual great experience, service tech called when on the way, was very professional and efficient, found a minor part to replace, went back to shop to get and returned to install on our 25 year old furnace and was given an all good. It's in great shape because I have them come look at most every year, they are professional and honest with every service call. I highly recommend them.

The service provided by Aire-Flo is top notch. I have had them do all types of work over the last 10 years and have always been happy with the quality of their work. Most recently, Emily performed an annual inspection. She went out of her way to arrive based on my schedule. She was very pleasant and efficient. She explained her findings in detail. I would be happy to see her on future service calls.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for recently cooling-down my family with your installation of a whole house Carrier air conditioning unit on June 30, 2010. I spent a considerable amount of time researching my options and evaluating proposals from several of your competitors.

I must say that I have been thoroughly impressed with the performance of my new Bryant 96% furnace installed last summer. My natural gas usage is down by more than 30% versus the same timeframe last winter and coupled with the new humidifier is keeping my marginally insulated home quite comfy.
