Sandra and the ladies that run the office are courteous, respectful and helpful. I called them after hours and Sandra helped me troubleshoot my ac unit, even though it didn't resolve the issue they still scheduled me the next day. Michael the technician was informative and courteous as well. He repaired the ac rather quickly and had our house cooling down in no time. Will definitely use Expert HVAC from now on.

Jesus was awesome and figured out the problem pretty quickly. I had previously called an electrician that couldn't find what was wrong but Jesus looked at everything in detail and was able to pinpoint the problem in no time. They are a blessing. So many great things about working with Expert HVAC & Refrigeration. They were super busy and after being told my svc. appt. would take close to 3 weeks, I was squeezed in 2 days later. Sergio showed up on time and found that my unit needed a lot of attention: new pads, float, belt etc. Not working and mourning the recent passing of my brother, I was concerned about the mounting cost of getting my AC started knowing there wasn't anyway we would be able to go without it; soon our home would be full of visiting family as we lay my brother to rest.

Expert installed new pads, belt, float and ensured my complete satisfaction. Cold air and that familiar smell of wet dirt filled our home - I loved it. As I prepared to settle my bill, Sergio said Eric, Expert HVAC and Refrigeration's owner, on behalf of his company, offered their sincere condolences and were picking up the tab! I am floored, humbled, and so very grateful for the expertise, professionalism and compassion demonstrated by this local company with whom I will remain a steadfast customer for years to come.

I called for assistance in our heaters being out after it had gotten so cold here the day before. At first they were not going to be able to come the day I called, but they were so kind and helpful to be able to work something out to send a tech out and help! Just had an Amana VXC20 A/C unit and furnace installed and can easily tell the quality performed from this product. Top of the line! Expert Refrigeration knows how to treat their customers, they informed us with any questions we had, took the time to show us how to operate our unit/thermostat with the NEST app, and they are extremely knowledgeable unlike other companies we've hired in the past. This business was amazing to deal with. We had our old unit for about 6-7 years, this unit was always giving us issues, and that company refused to come out to look at it and then we found out why. The broken. issue was a part inside the coals that they knew was broken, but still installed the unit that way anyway. When we contacted Eric to ask about a new unit, he assisted with no hesitation.

We talked on a Monday evening and they were here within 2 days to install the new one. Awesome, professional installation that took about a day to do, but so worth the wait. THANK YOU Eric, Natalie and her partner, you all did an exceptional install! Highly recommended!
