Critical: Professionalism Their trucks, work being done next door, blocked my driveway so I couldn't get out of my driveway. It's good business to notify residents that work is being done and their trucks will occupy space on the street. No one notified me; no one knocked on my door. Seems they didn't cate that they blocked driveways,

Alex, Javier and the other good men on the Star Rooter crew did an efficient job of replacing our broken sewer pipe using their trenchless system. It was a big project but they kept us informed of their progress. They even worked well past dark one evening. This project uncovered the urgent need to repipe our 1940's house from corroded galvanized pipe to all copper.

Good to know our water is now traveling through the new and correct type of pipe. While I would not wish either project on anyone, I can recommend using Star Rooter and Plumbing for these urgent needs. THANKS ALEX!

I used Star Rooter twice so far and referred them to my dad. Both myself and my dad are pleased with their work. AJ asked if I wanted him to come the same day! Reasonable prices, professional, gets it done the same day, maybe 2 days for big sewer job, no problems, and got my paid receipt at the end. I'm thinking of another job I need them for because I trust them and like their service. Highly recommend.

Star saved the day with the best price and service with our sewer lateral and hot water heater replacement. They even paid for a carpet cleaner for the back up that happened BEFORE we hired them to replace the pipes! Above and beyond!

Today, Star Rooter & Plumbing replaced my water heater. They were very efficient and reasonably priced. In a couple of hours I went from not having hot water to having hot water in a few hours. I'm very happy with their prompt service. This is my third time using their service. A few years ago I had all of my house waste lines replaced, and they fixed a kitchen drain problem. They stayed on the job until completed. There's no doubt who I'm going to call when I have any plumping problems.

Do not choose anyone else! This company is great! We had a trenchless sewer line replacement. The end cost was exactly what we were quoted, they came out and did the entire job in one day. The workers were friendly and professional. We're really happy that we chose Star Rooter & Plumbing!

We had a main line water break on Monday which happened to break our sewer line which unbeknownst to us that soot and rock was shot into our sewer line towards our house. It wasn't until Saturday evening we found our cut out backing up in the back yard. Sunday we started searching for a plumber to come out with a camera so we could record what was in our line.

It is very hard to find a plumber on Sunday. But Felix responded and showed up around 4pm on a Sunday evening. He worked tirelessly and was determined to clean the line of all these rocks and soot. He was going to have to come back the next day with a bigger, more powerful machine. Felix and a co-worker returned around 3:30 Monday and still determined to break free our line of all debris.

He finished around 7pm and was able to complete the job. We are very happy customers and will be referring all our friends to Star Rooter (ask for Felix). One more important thing, the price. The amount he charged was fair and we DIDN'T feel taken advantage of one bit. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to handle any situation. Know that you can count and trust in Star Rooter.

I don't know about the negative comments on here but from my experience with Star Rooter I can only praise. When we got the estimate Juan was thorough and on time. He took care of all the communications with our town's Sanitary District office for permits, and inspections. The work was done in one day, no hiccups or extra cost. Their bid was the best of the bids and he was the only contractor who actually look into the sewer with a camera; all the others did a estimate out of the top of their heads and seem not to be interested in doing the job. I would recommended Star to anyone who is replacing their lateral.

I don't have enough words to describe my experience with this company. Juan is without a doubt the most amazing diligent and honest plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He kept going and going to find the problem in a really large very old building. I'm beyond grateful and truly impressed!

If I could give him a zero star, I would. AVOID Star Rooter and Plumbing, unless you like to be taken advantage of and made to pay more than the estimate. They are dishonest. Got an estimate for a sewer lateral and they tried to charge us about $1500 more during the job on some b.s. that the pipe would not go all the way back to our property line. What was the estimate for then? At the end, he finished the job, but we ended up paying more because they are dishonest. Go with someone else.

Saturday night (maybe 8:30 pm) my downstairs drains started backing up. With sewage in the tub and seeping out onto the bathroom floor, I needed help, and fast. I called Star Rooter and they came in about 30 minutes. The plumber, Paul, was great on every level. I admire people like Paul who do things right. The problems were more complex than just a stuffed drain, and Paul patiently and insightfully figured them out and fixed them.

He was at the house until after midnight, and would likely have stayed all night if necessary. At the end, the drain was clean, and the bill was more than fair. Let's face it - emergency plumbers have you at their mercy. Paul could have just snaked the sewer lateral, charged me a bundle, and gone home. Instead. Instead, he worked tirelessly to get to the real problem, and charged me honestly.

I was also impressed how clearly he explained the problems, and how cleverly he diagnosed the issue. I would trust Paul and the folks at Star Rooter with any plumbing work. These guys are the best.

If you have to have a plumbing problem, these are the people to call. quick, on time, knowledgeable, and CLEANED UP! best experiance ever. i started with a clog, and ended up choosing to replace all of my 70 year old plumbing with Felix and his teams, both water and sewage.

They came within 2 hours on a Sunday of a three day holiday weekend. They were on time, efficient and beyond helpful. I was very impressed with their honesty and pricing. I would recommend them to anyone, they exceeded my expectations!
