Great, responsive and professional plumbing help! I called Plumbing Connection (PC) when my kitchen sink line backed up the day after Boxing Day 2021. He came on time for my 1 pm appointment and diagnosed the problem immediately and correctly. His explanation for the root cause was rational and to the point. He efficiently pushed his rotor line through and completed the job in a timely fashion. He was meticulous and careful when handling items underneath my kitchen sink. The quote was reasonable for the time of the year. I would use his service again if needed.

In today's Covid-19 "new normal" it is very refreshing to find someone who is honest, professional, and with a heart of gold. Israr, the owner just blessed us with his amazing work and unselfishness. We had a plugged cold water line in our kitchen sink. He directed his employee to clean the plugged line and the water was flowing as before. I asked him what he preferred, credit card or check, and he said it didn't matter.
He walked over to his van, got in and drove away. My mouth dropped to the floor and I almost started to tear up. In mist of all this stress, uncertainty, and hardship someone was kind enough to let it pass. You've found one of the best plumbers in the bay area! I cold called them for a water heater outage and they replaced it by the afternoon and the price was surprisingly low. I had another water heater go out in Mtn View and again, they had it replaced by the afternoon. They've also helped me with other plumbing issues and repairs.always immediate service and very reasonable prices. I will always call these guys first.

Thank you Plumbing Connection Inc. for repiping my house. I called Mr. Khan and he was able to come the same day to give me an estimate and he told me it up on time. My licensed plumber name was Mr. KEVIN. He wore a mask which would take 2 days. His crew came on Thursday all wearing face ciovering and first covered all my floors and carpets with plastic.
Upon finishing on Thursday one of his empoyee swept the plastic paper before they left for the day. Next day all the walls were patched up and he also offered to paint the wall if I had the paint, which I did not. Before everybody left they made sure that my house was left clean. I recommend Plumbing Connection inc. if you have any plumbing needs for your house. I will be calling them in the future I I have any problems

Great service and prompt response. I call this company along with couple others and plumbing connection was the first to respond to repair my water heater. The experience was very pleasant and the tech was very knowledgeable. There price was reasonable as quoted by other companies over the phone. I will definitely call them again in future.

I had a semi emergency with a shut off valve that needed to be replaced to get the water turned back on. Mr. Khan was very responsive and honest about if he would be able to get to my house to do the job as he was already engaged. He kept in touch and was able to come in the evening and fix the valve. He replaced the valve in about 10 minutes, and was a huge help. Would definitely recommend.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL BUSTED! Found Khan on Yelp and it was great that he was able to meet with me on a Saturday with little advance notice. He came on-time and was able to diagnose and replace the unit all within 30 minutes. SOOO FAST, SOOO GOOD! I was very impressed with his work. I will definitely call him again if there are any more plumbing related issues.

Plumbing issues? Need some honest folks to fix a plumbing issue? Khan and Jon are your guys for the job. This past sunday (yes they are available on Sundays) we had a plumbing stoppage in our home due to backed up pipe. Khan and Jon came out within a couple hours and within 15 minutes, the problem was fixed.

We got a call from our renter at our property in Fremont that the sewer was backing up, so we needed someone to go out ASAP. We called a few places and Fremont Plumbing Connection was the only one that said they would send someone over. 30 minutes later they were out there snaking out my sewer line. Khan was pretty sure it was a sewer line problem.
