If I have an issue with a company, I typically take it to the Owner - not to social media. I did that. It only bothers me (still after 6 months) that people look to reviews for honest dealings and to know what to expect. I like to set expectations, I don't care for excuses and expect accountability - I feel the latter was missed in my dealings.

WORTH EVERY PENNY! We Have had such an amazing experience with every service. We had chinch bugs in our New construction home grass and after their first service we noticed a huge difference and no longer had the problem. Later in the year we were overwatering and they handled some fungus issues that arose as a result and helped us make sure we were doing proper maintenance in between services.

Not only has our yard looked amazing, but it has been a stress-free process for an amazing price. Besides My beautiful yard, I have never enjoyed paying until quite as much as I do when I called their office. The receptionist April is incredibly personable, patient, knowledgeable and able to help with any of our questions. Highly highly recommend over any service

Anson came out and performed a much needed aeration of my lawn. He did a great job and I've decided to use them to do my fertilizaton as well.

Love love love Max Lawn! They are honest, friendly, knowledgeable, give great service at a cheap price and no contract! April, their office manager is very compassion, understanding and professional! You will never have to look further for a lawn service! Our lawn looks amazing too and we get comments from people walking or driving by always! Thank you Max Lawn for treating our lawn as your own!

Something changed over the past year. Maxlawn was a good company at one time, but recently the quality of both product and service have gone down. My lawn began to deteriorate very quickly after my last treatment as if the technician misapplied the chemicals used. My lawn has dollarweed and brown patches as if it was burned. After contacting Maxlawn to come out to retreat, it took them 8 days and an additional phone call for them to come out.

The tech left the usual note on the door indicating the treatment was done but with an additional charge. Again I contacted Maxlawn to advise them that this was supposed to have been a retreat at no charge. I was informed because it was close to my next scheduled treatment I would have to pay. When I complained, I was told that The charge for the service would stay.

I requested to cancel my account hoping they would try to save the account but they did not attempt to save me. Please be wary of this company as all they are interested in is your money.

I love mrs. April at Max Lawn. She is a sweetheart and is always professional and consistent even when not presented the same outlook from us customers at times. One thing I can say is there's never a question of integrity concerning the treatment or actual service and product provided by April an crew at max lawn. After 2 visits from them the weeds have been eradicated off my beautiful grass. 5 stars Update : Going on 2yrs and the services are better than ever from these lawn care experts, I trust my yard with. We started our service with Maxlawn about a month ago and our yard has never looked better! It was looking pretty rough and some friends of ours told us to contact Maxlawn. Within the month our yard has gone from brown to a beautiful green! Everyone we have spoken with is so nice and friendly! Wish we had found out about them sooner! Definitely a customer for life! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Anson is the greatest salesman ever! Great guy, really nice. He will give you the best deal on getting your grass healthy.

We were about to LOSE our lawn after having bugout treating our lawn for over a year. It was overrun with weeds no matter what they did (or lack thereof). Max lawn was quick to come out and quote, and was comparable to what we were currently paying. After only ONE TREATMENT we saw a huge difference in our lawn. Now, less than 6 months after switching to max lawn, we are just about weed free and appears they saved our lawn! Thank you max lawn! Also the woman who answers the phone is always so kind and personable! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am BEYOND impressed with this company! Prior to hiring Maxlawn I used TruGreen and was totally unimpressed - as a matter of fact, I had to fire them - twice! With TruGreen I was seeing absolutely NO improvement in my lawn, so I called and told them I would no longer need their services. Within a couple of days, I was contacted by the manager and asked to "give them another chance, which I did." Again, no real improvement - so I had to let them go, again! Based on the suggestion of a friend, I contacted Maxlawn and I am SO HAPPY I DID!

The owner came and looked at the lawn to quote it, I was pleased with the price and I signed up. My lawn looks beautiful and the technician is always here when he says he will be! Having your lawn treated is a luxury that you choose to spend money on, and you expect to see real results - with Maxlawn you do!

Would it be possible to not give any stars? Apparently not. An update to my previous review yesterday. I mowed our lawn, front-back and now have noticed our entire backyard has nutsedge! Are you kidding me? No lawn maintenance experts. If they were they would have prevented this catastrophe in 4 palettes of sod laid 3.5 years ago! Thoroughly unhappy and completely dissatisfied with Anson's lack of concern, customer care service and appalled by how he treats customers after many years. ****UPDATE**** Why are we continuously getting billed for such terrible service received, that we have not continued since this ORIGINAL posting and Anson's antics?

I can not say enough about how impressed I am with the quick response to my new sod that had worms. The Owner Anston came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem. He had a truck here treating the yard a few hours later. Today, Sammy came by and saw my yard and treated it again due to the rain that we had the previous day it was treated. I am one happy customer! I highly recommend them! Above and Beyond my expectations!

We have been a customer for almost 10 years now. Any issues we have had they addressed immediately. Our yard looks amazing even through renovations. April at the office is just another example as to what great customer service they provide.

INCREDIBLE customer service! We have had them treat our yard for 2 years now. Neighbors will stop and ask us who we use. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We saw some weeds come up- (our one neighbor doesn't use them and has some coming across our prop line) they CAME out immediately and re-treated the invaders! We had Turner prior and our lawn never looked so good - GO MAXLAWN! Thank you for keeping our yard beautiful!

I have used Maxlawn for several years now after using other local companies. For a year they did pretty good but after that year my lawn began to decline. When they changed techs it really went downhill. Sedge constantly took over. Large pockets of failing areas. And when I complained to the tech he got very defensive. Not a way to represent your company.

The two previous techs were excellent. I decided to drop them after my last treatment as my lawn was becoming infested with sod webworms and no mention of it was made to me. When I called the company to cancel they made no effort to even ask what the issue was or offer to resolve it. With the new company, with two applications down, I am already seeing results.

Driving by another home in our neighborhood that had a great looking lawn, we saw Maxlawn there spraying. My husband gave them a call and after speaking Anson we made the switch. We love working with a local owned company that truly cares for their customers and their customer's lawn!
