Don't use them. I've had a termite bond on my house in Tallahassee with Pauls for 6 years. This year they sent me a letter, saying my bond didn't cover all species of termites and if I want full coverage my rate was going up.

We had this service for years and they did a good job. This past year the service has gone downhill. I contacted them 3 weeks ago to let them know this. They sent somebody out to inspect. He did nothing to rectify the problem, but instead told us to collect bugs for them (really?).
