We use Bug Pro for subterranean termites, pest control and for mosquitos. We have been pleased with their responsiveness and with the effectiveness of their treatment. We are pleased with our choice of contractor. Their technicians are always both friendly and professional. As I am new to Florida, I appreciate having a pest service that responds promptly and doesn't try to sell me services I don't need.

Wonderful company! They are courteous and reliable, and whenever I've had any issues that occur outside of my normally scheduled pest control, they have come out to take care of it right away. My service technician, Dave H., is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure any problems are resolved. This company is truly a class act and I'm so happy I chose to go with them!

All of the employees are NOT lawn techs. My new lawn was decimated by chinch bugs. I first lost a section in my backyard. They said they treated it but it was too late a month later I noticed bad spots in my front yard. This also was caught too late. It is very frustrating to see your hard work and money lost.

Bug Pros had someone at my home within 20min of my call to do inspection. Awesome service an very knowledgeable about the products used an the safety of it being used around pets. Answered every question I had (I ask a lot of questions). They pay attention to the small details an we all know how much that matters. I started with this company with Hope's. Lawn started with brown spots in July. Tech said it was draught damage. Hello? It had been raining everyday. Called boss man and he apologized and said his tech was mistaken. They came again to spray my yard was getting worse. Why pay $80 month for that? I can let my yard die for free. Never offered to repair my areas so I cancelled. They can keep their free swatter or pens. Go look elsewhere if you want professional service.

They schedulued with us right away and came out on time, was very informative and did a thorough inspection of our entire home, and wore mask and shoe covers. Once he gave us the quote and evaluation, which was priced fair and competitively, we hired them for the contract and he was able to treat the whole home in and out right then. He even took extra time to show my daughter what he was doing and teach her about what he was doing and the bugs. All around great experience and we highly reccomend this company!

I wanted to take a moment to mention how wonderful this company treated us. Shaw sent out Tyler 2 separate times to complete our vision. This is my first and only brand new home so you can imagine how picky I am. I know it was a TOUGH job because of the amount of over growth we had when we moved in. My husband and I for 12 months kept working on the overgrowth until it became way to much for us to handle.
With in 2 weeks our back yard became OURS, not the vegetations anymore! Thank you so much Tyler for all you did and do each day! You definitely went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate you ALOT! We highly recommend you and your service to others. We are so happy that we are now thinking of doing the next section next year!

We've used Bug Pro for our home and business for several years. They are much more than a pest control company! They have a consultative approach and help you with strategy on how to best protect your home and business. They are readily available when you have surprises (termites, fruit flies and more!) and they have expert to help in all lines. Professional and trustworthy with a small town feel. I have them with 3 of my homes. One of my renters lost his wallet and Ian with Bug Pro found it when he came to spray and immediately called me.
