Peninsular Pest Control

A few weeks ago I posted about service of Peninsula about not arriving for a appointment on time, since then they have came out and treated my yard and now I'm up for yard of the month, I want to post pictures of how much of a turn around it was, and they did not charge for treatment, customer service experience outstanding with the right person

Cancelled my contract today. Chinch bugs, poor looking lawn, and product that doesnt work. Money wasted. Called in today to cancel my contract- "anything else"? Thanks, bye" Quantity over quality

Parents had them for 3 years, lawn never looked good. Recently hired new company and the lawn is looking better already.

My new property management company uses Peninsular Pest Control. I asked for a thorough roach treatment prior to moving into my new home New Years weekend. Got my keys. Roaches everywhere. Property management was closed for the holiday. So I had to scramble to find my own exterminator. Found one available for Monday morning. My exterminator handled my roach situation on 4 hours.

These people had days to handle the situation. They did spray. There were dead roaches. But from what I could tell they only treated the kitchen and the dining room. Whe I asked for the bedrooms to be treated nothing was done. There were roaches in EVERY ROOM. They also did not treat the yards, which were the source of the problem. I don't recommend them at all. Look elsewhere. They charged my property management $180 for a job they did not complete.

I have had this company for four years and I am done with them my lawn looks terrible and weeds everywhere. My neighbors have trugreen on either side of my lawn and trugreen sprays onto my lawn a little bit a couple of feet and the lawn looks beautiful where they spray. So I am going with true green since I have just spoken to the peninsular supervisor that makes up an excuse to why my lawn looks bad, , what if it rains 5 straight days is he going to say it is gods fault for over watering my yard. it has rained 3 straight days so I am over watering with gods help but not this companies fault either I am over watering or underwatering.

This guy has no idea what he is doing. He says water 2x per week and my lawn will look good really now. What a excuse this is Florida and this year we did not have a whole lot of rain so you have to make up for the shortage and water more or he would say I do not water enough. But for me I have had enough. For ten dollars more a month I can have Trugreen and a beautiful green lawn. If you can see the pictures I have uploaded my yard is on the left trugreen on the right

Peninsular Pest Control is by far the best company I have had the opportunity to be a part of, Peninsular is family owed and operated, that is why when you do business with them they make you feel like family. I love this pest company! When I moved here I was baffled by the amount of bugs and was severely struggling with them. Luckily, someone suggested Peninsular and I haven't looked back since! I LOVE THIS COMPANY! We use them for our annual pest service but yesterday we noticed a new invader. yellow jackets. They stung me, my daughter, and my dog as we ran for cover. I called the office at almost 5:00pm Thursday and by Friday at 10:00am they had the nest removed. I am so very appreciative. I was stressed and the location of the nest had me worried about even leaving the house.

I will always use this company because of how well and how fast they respond when you have an "emergency" situation. Darryl was professional and did such a great job removing the nest and showing me the area they had congregated in. Paul was quick with his estimate, pricing was VERY reasonable, and he helped get someone out here quickly. Absolutely 10/10 and you can't convince me otherwise!

I came across Peninsular Post Control via Angie's List and I'm beyond glad that I did! They're professional, efficient, and I'm always able to communicate with a human when I need help. Ms. Angel is wonderful, anytime I need anything she's available to take my call and gets things rolling with the techs in the field. I truly recommend them. Peninsular has treated our yard for more than 3 years and two different homes. Our current lawn is still in transition. It was in really bad shape when we moved. We have a mixed grass type that is primarily St. Augustine. With a large lot, re-sodding wasn't immediately possible. However, in just 4 weeks the color is a beautiful green and the weeds are starting to recede so that it's difficult to tell there's a mix of grasses.

Our yard is looking great. Lorenzo has been our technician. He is thorough and prides himself on a great yard. We had a neighbor comment that Lorenzo works just as hard when we are away as he does when we're home. Highly recommend this team.

I was with peninsular for 5 years until this week. First 2 years were great and last three have been terrible. Their main office is very helpful but unfortunately their technicians aside from the manager dont seem to care. About a year ago one of my back sprinklers went out (first 3 photos) and the lawn company kept spraying never calling me to say you know there are giant dead spots!

I let them know this and they reached out to fix the issues. Since then the pattern has continued (photos after 3rd photo). Grass dies, complain to main office, head tech comes and fixes it, and then it dies again once in the hands of the local tech. Im tired of having to complain repeatedly about keeping my grass green. I would suggest looking elsewhere. I believe they need to pay their technicians more so they will have a more vested interest in client satisfaction. Peninsular one great manager cant do all the work!

We've lived in our home for 17 years and our yard has NEVER looked this bad. We switched to Peninsular for an improvement over the past service but it's been such a disappointment Our yard has never looked like this. See pix.first to take care of dollar week problem they just killed a huge patch of it and left a huge brown spot. That's how out of control it was.

What were they doing every month that they didn't see it spreading? In addition, now we have SANDSPURS growing all throughout the entire yard. We've had a supervisor out here twice to help discern the source of our problems and no improvement. in response to our calls, they've done nothing but send a supervisor who never offers to meet us nor replace the bad grass or refund any of the $720 we have paid them to service the year this past year. They talk a great game but not able to manage our yard. We are going to have to replace - re-sod almost our entire front yard. Completely UNACCEPTABLE.

I researched 4 companies, and Peninsular was by far the best choice; Promptness, Professionalism and Price. Way to go!

I was very disappointed with the critter gritter service; this company has being servicing my front lawn for over four years. Few weeks ago I notice that a certain section of my lawn was turning brown and dried up, with the rest of the lawn looking nice and green.
