All the Goodman, and American Standard Equipment we sell have a minimum 10 Year Parts/compressor/coil warranty from factory, when registered to original purchaser. All Goodman furnaces have a lifetime heat chamber warranty, to the original purchaser.

My heat went out the day of the big snow (3/5). The city was crippled. Harman was closed. But he returned my call and walked me thru a simple fix. I had heat again! He gave his time and got nothing but this review. God bless him.

I called Harman with a problem with my ac not working. Mr. Steve and Kevin came by for the problem I was having. I talk with them as they worked, skeptical at first but found that the experience they have was the best. I was respected as a customer, treated as a friend and that's why I felt I had family at my home doing the job.
