I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Mike Johnson at Aloha Heating and Air! Thankfully I'm a comfort club member and when disaster struck today, Aloha came through big time! Ken was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to explain everything that was wrong with our AC unit. He was very thorough with the cleaning of our unit and it looks like new! He took the time to explain parts, services, maintenance tips, and his step by step process of fixing our AC issues. The repair was done very efficiently and we will continue to use Aloha for all of our HVAC needs in the future!

I needed an AC last summer, when one company took months to respond with a price, Aloha came out and replaced my AC within a week. I also use them to service my 2 other units. Highly recommend Mike at Aloha for his professionalism, promptness and honesty. Mike quickly assessed the problem, offered multiple solutions, and did not at all pressure us into buying a system we didn't need (yet). He offered suggestions that other companies didn't point out, such as replacing an air filter that hadn't been changed in the outside unit in 4+ years. Really appreciate his integrity and will call him again over the bigger companies because of it. Thanks Mike!

8/23/21 edit: Our blower went out Thursday afternoon and I found out in the evening. I called the office thinking I would leave a voicemail for whoever listens in the morning but Mike answered and promised to send someone the next day! Sure enough, Patrick came by at he scheduled time, following COVID guidelines, checked it out and talked me through the whole process as new home owner.
Whole thing took less than hour and he did great works, as walkways. Highly recommend! Communication, professionalism, and adherence to recommended COVID guidelines were excellent! Will definitely continue service with them for our all HVAC needs in the future.

Highly recommended!! After purchasing my first home two years ago, I had no idea how to begin thinking about having heating and air maintenance.. I was clueless! After countless inquiries, quotes, reviews and availability searches, I simply just relied upon word of mouth!

Unless you're a business ready to shell out serious money for some AC service skip this company. The first thing that should have alarmed me was the fact that when you call the business the person that answers the phone represents the businesses name as Germantown Heating and Air. I wonder why? Second, all of the positive reviews are from business owners; home owners are not a priority to this company. Third, I was led along as he lied about being able to make it out to replace my window unit.
I realize that I'm just a lowly homeowner and I'm not that important to him but he didn't have to string me along like help was coming when it really wasn't. His office told me that they would get him to call me back when he stopped answering his phone and he still didn't call back (two afternoons in a row). His office staff even gave me the impression that I was bothering them when I called to inquire about the lack of response to the promise that he and they had made to call me back about service. Fourth, on the day that I finally did call HomeAdvisor.com they had someone call ME to ask about the work that I needed done, they showed up within an hour, and completed the work that needed to be done within 2 hours. Fifth, I was quoted $1,300.00 for a job that was done for about $850.00 ultimately.
This guy and his fraudulent business sucks for the little man but is great for businesses. Skip this guy on Small Business Saturdays. As a matter of fact skip this guy completely!
