Called C & K at 8:30 am on a very cold day. Advised them our heater had gone out and requested first available technician. Was advised there was a tech working in our area and that he could be here today. Michael arrived around 2:15 pm and went right to work. He quickly located the problem and advised it was a clogged sensor. The repair was completed quickly.

He explained the maintenance he had performed and the reason required. Luckily, he only had to unclog a sensor and while there he cleaned the ignitor, as well as check other components. A quick system check confirmed Heating was working properly. Michael was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We are extremely pleased to give Michael a 5 Star Rating.

I've been using C&K Air and Heating for over 6 years now and happy that they are my go to company. When I bought this house over 7 years ago, the existing package unit was over 18 years old and was constantly going out. The appliance warranty that came with the house purchase had someone coming out every week fixing something. When I asked to have it replaced, I was told as long as parts were available they would continue to replace it.

That was not going to work for me after I spent a week without heat. I got many quotes and outrageous pricing from at least 5 HVAC companies. C&K was extremely fair and came out and did a fantastic job in removing and replacing the old unit. It has had no problems at all. I have them service it every year and they are always prompt in their response and on time. Chris has come out to be hands on with his tech when needed.

The first cold day this year, the heat wouldn't kick in. A call to C&K and they were out the next day. A part needed replacing and it was under warranty. They had the part installed in under a week and all is well and warm in my house. They have been fair, honest, and helpful. Chris goes the extra mile in helping his customers. I asked him for a recommendation on a crawl space issue. He couldn't give one, but put me in touch with a client who had a similar issue. That is a man who cares about his customers!

CK Air conducted a 5-star installation performance at my residence today. James led a crew of 4 as they arrived on time to install flex duct in my crawl space and completed the job ahead of schedule. All 4 of the crew were professional, polite and courteous and clearly answer whatever questions I had. I would highly recommend C&K. They've earned first place on my list to call for AC issues. Our service tech Michael was terrific. We thought our compressor had gone out recently and turned out to be just a capacitor. Michael took the time to test everything thoroughly and sold us exactly the parts and services we needed and nothing more. We've had other local companies that advertise on TV replace a capacitor before in a pinch and got pinched on pricing.

We've used C&K twice over the years with great experiences both times. Pricing has always been very reasonable. Previously we also had C&K replace one of our A Coils and they were the best on price for a high quality brand of coil then too. It's stressful when AC issues hit. On both occasions, C&K has made it much less stressful for my family.

The experience with C&K was top notch. Gave them a call, Chris was a professional and scheduled an quote right away. Jeff came and discussed option, was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs and wrote up a quote with several options. They even serviced my old units free of charge to keep my family comfortable until the install could be complete. Installation crew was prompt, efficient and took care to not damage anything in the home. I had several companies out for quotes and C&K was very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

James did a very nice job on a new 4 ton Trane condenser unit. There were kinks in the lines he repaired, and he replaced all the old electrical wiring. The plenum was not done right on the last change out, so he corrected that also. When C&K does your A/C repair, you will know it is done right. John in Collierville.

I just purchased a hone they had installed the HVAC in. When I had a problem over the later part of the weekend (the condensate pump went out), they got me scheduled for first thing Monday morning since they are closed Sunday. They told me it would be around 8:30. At about 8:15 I got a call that they were on the way. They were at my house by the promised time.

They immediately diagnosed the problem and had the system repaired by 10:15 and they even had to leave and go get the part. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all future maintenance. They were easy to talk to, easy to work with, on time and efficient. Thankfully my part was covered under warranty so I had charge for the days service. Wonderful experience with these guys!

I called the office, in a panic, because we have been without air for over a week! I have small children. Mr. Jeff came out to our house and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He did not talk "over my head", as he spoke in terms that I could understand. These people are great! They came out and thoroughly checked at our house HVAC system after we moved in and had a problem. They tried to resolve it without replacing the unit, but in the end, still had to do that. We took bids on the service work and they were competitive with the other companies. However, we found them to be the most professional, informative, and responsive.

We just had them out for the semi annual maintenance/cleaning. Again they were professional, timely, efficient, and explained everything they were doing. No unnecessary add-ons or sale pushes. The best thing I can say about them is: they say what they do and they do what they say. You can count on Chris and his team for all your HVAC needs.

C&K quoted and installed an A/C system for our 1910 historic home in Cooper Young, which never had A/C before. They quoted for 2 systems (in case we finish our upper level in the future). Their pricing was excellent, better than 2 other quotes from big local companies. They sent a big crew for this big project and got it all done quickly and efficiently, exactly when they said they would.

The owner of the company has always been very responsive and knows me by name. He even does some of the maintenance calls. They gave us a great system with an excellent warranty and they do our annual service to keep everything running perfectly. I could not be happier with our experience working with C&K.

Called C&K to repair an AC unit which quit working. From the first call the entire process was polite and professional. My initial call was answered promptly, by a real person, and after a review of basic information the visit was set up for a time which was within 36 hours of my call and for early Sat morning which was great for me because I work full time.

The service tech (Jeff) called before arrival, showed up when he said he would, and then quickly and professionally went to work and solved my problem. He also thoroughly answered all my questions and reviewed my different options the whole time while repairing my AC. I hate to write this, but I feel I must. c&k installed a central air and air filtering system in 2006. did a great job. I have recommended them since. when the filter needed changing, they gave me a great price year after year--I think b/c I had them install the air/filter system. basically just charged me for the filter, but came out and changed it. so I was stunned when I called in last week and was told the price had gone from 55 bucks to over 140!.

I asked if I could pay it out over several---NO. payment due on the spot. I asked that the owner call. the not very friendly receptionist (a different person than I have dealt with for years) snapped 'that is the man who gave me the info I gave you.' I asked still that he call. did he call? NO he did not. I doubt he even got the message. I wonder if this business has been sold b/c this is not the company I was so pleased to do business with. I recommend not using c&k.

JJ did an excellent job assessing our Heating and Air issues. He was prompt, thorough, and explained every detail of what was needed to make our new home safe. I am so pleased with the work he did! I highly recommend him!
