You can solve all the world's problems sitting around a kitchen table. Well, back in 2009, I wasn't necessarily trying to solve the world's problems but I wanted to create something that would allow me to provide a service to the people in my community. And, that's how Best Care Home Services was born.
We started the company with one service truck, a laptop computer and an advertising budget that consisted of handing business cards to neighbors. Today, we have 20 employees, 13 service trucks and a customer base that has grown to over 20,000 customers over the last four years.

The hot water heater was installed quickly. The techs were very good, courteous, & cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. They put down tarps to protect the hardwood floors. My only complaint is that they neglected to tell me where the paperwork for the heater was & after calling twice I finally got the correct information about its location.

The technicians that I encountered were knowledge and my favorite thing, they didn't leave a mess, making sure everything was cleaned up and working properly before leaving! I was also pleasantly surprised when I received a follow up call from customer service one day later asking if my expectations had been met.
