Best Care You can solve all the world's problems sitting around a kitchen table. Well, back in 2009, I wasn't necessarily trying to solve the world's problems but I wanted to create something that would allow me to provide a service to the people in my community. And, that's how Best Care Home Services was born.

We started the company with one service truck, a laptop computer and an advertising budget that consisted of handing business cards to neighbors. Today, we have 20 employees, 13 service trucks and a customer base that has grown to over 20,000 customers over the last four years.

Our home warranty company sent Best Care Heating and Air out to check a problem we were having with our air conditioner that another company they had sent out could not fix! Wish they had called BCHA first!

Replaced a water heater. Very professional and everyone was very careful to insure that they damaged nothing nor left any mess. We intend to use them again if the need arises.

Updated review to reflect Best Care's response to an earlier customer service issue: After 9 days working with our home warranty company and Best Care, HVAC manager August came out within hours today and had the AC back up and running.

After dealing with a company that basically tried to scam me and left me without air for a whole week, it was a major relief when Best Care arrived. I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received today.

Service was spectacular. Had a complete system installed and the gentlemen that showed up at my door were prompt, courteous, and very friendly. Install was done sooner than I had expected. Looked great as well.

We had a great experience with Best Air. Our warranty company sent them. The technician touched base with me that morning to give me a better idea of when he would be there. Once he arrived he was fast and efficient.

The hot water heater was installed quickly. The techs were very good, courteous, & cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. They put down tarps to protect the hardwood floors. My only complaint is that they neglected to tell me where the paperwork for the heater was & after calling twice I finally got the correct information about its location.

The technicians that I encountered were knowledge and my favorite thing, they didn't leave a mess, making sure everything was cleaned up and working properly before leaving! I was also pleasantly surprised when I received a follow up call from customer service one day later asking if my expectations had been met.

Highly recommend. Bought dishwasher from Big Box Store and they couldn't complete Install. The folks were pleasant from first Call. I even had to reschedule due to Big Box Store and no problem. Devyn the technician was clean cut, very polite and explained what was necessary.
