Excellent service on all fronts! From the receptionist to the technicians, Cotton Service Company is top notch. They were at my house twice this year and, each time, I felt confident in their abilities. The techs were informative, keeping me informed about what the problem was, how each part works, and what I could expect. Prices are excellent! I can't recommend this company enough.
