Our outside condensor unit quit working during the hottest week of the year. Spoke with Mendy and was scheduled for the very next day. She was very knowledgeable about what the issue probably was. The next morning Cody and Mason arrived on time and got started right away. It could have either been a capacitor or the entire motor. The capacitor was going to be much cheaper.

They could have told me anything but they said it was only the capacitor that was the issue. I've never had a company do any sort of annual maintenance before, but they told me the bad capacitor would've been caught during a maintenance visit. After they told me about the annual maintenance plan I signed up. They didn't try to scare me into signing up for the plan, and there was absolutely no pressure, but it honestly didn't sound like a bad price for having someone come out twice a year to check on things. Overall very happy I found them on the Trane website!

My experience here was top to bottom awesome. The folks who answer the phone are professional and informative (thanks Mindy) - the two gentleman who came out to diagnose the problem were great, Mason and Cody were really helpful. Two different guys came out to install - Ben and Clark? (I believe his name was, lovely man!) and they were very sweet, respectful, quiet, and they stayed until the job got done though they ran into old house issues. Thank you all!

Air Comfort of Kentucky Inc provided service to my home on a weekend when my air conditioning was not working. The repair technician, Cody, demonstrated competence in his technical expertise and friendly customer support. He was able to quickly identify the underlying problem and fixed additional issues during the visit. Overall I had a great experience with Air Comfort of Kentucky and recommend them if your HVAC system is having issues.

Robbie from Air Comfort came and did maintenance on our AC and Furnace and then installed a new furnace for us when we realized ours was past its useful life. He went above and beyond - making sure that the vents were correctly installed, not only for the furnace, but for our water heater and AC as well. Everything is in tip top shape now. Definitely recommend.

As a busy mom of 3 kids who admittedly knows very little about the ins and outs of our home heating/cooling systems, it's important to me that I can trust Air Comfort of KY to give me prompt responses, reliable service and fair pricing. From the very first phone call with Mindy to the actual service repairs, the entire team was professional, friendly and fast! Would recommend to any busy family to take advantage of all their maintenance services as well. I'm grateful that it's one less thing I have to worry about.

I have to say that I dealt with honest and friendly people from the first phone call until the job was done. Air Comfort of KY are honest, unlike some other companies, they didn't try to sell me extra stuff that I didn't need. They saw the job through, and were even there for me for me when I needed a bit of troubleshooting a few months down the line - and didn't charge me anything for that service. New serviceman to company, approx. 4 weeks with company. Very professional. Cleaned outside A/C unit very through. Checked the A/C pressures and fan. Checked electrical voltages. Cooling temperature in the house was checked against the thermostat and compressor activity. He did not try to sell me anything, which was very nice. He made suggestions on cleaning practices.

Air Comfort installed the Mitsubishi Mini Split system. They installed 6 indoor units and two outdoor units. Since our house is over 80 years old, it does not have central air and we had boiler heat in the original part of the house only.

I had a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless heating & ac unit installed in a porch I was converting to a sunroom. They did excellent work in the time frame they said and for the quoted price. I have used them since for regular seasonal service on my main heat pump and ac system, and have had the same good results. I intend to continue using them and would recommend them to others.

Do not trust this company! Sent out a tech after unit was freezing, diagnosed the problem as dirty coils, charged $350 for a 30 min job. 2 weeks later, unit still freezing, called company and they sent out the same tech, diagnosed the "new problem" in 5 minutes as a bad contactor. Tried to charge $200 including a $90 diagnostic fee. Refused to take fee off even though the problem had not been fixed the first time. (tech even admitted that he had not checked the contactor the first time). Called company to discuss diagnostic fee being unreasonable and spoke to Mark who said to me after I explained the situation, "you wouldn't last long in this field if you didn't charge service fees." then proceeded to ask me what kind of work I was in, as if this was related to the situation. Very rude, unprofessional. Will never use or recommend this business.

Worse experience of my life! Never showed up for the appointment. I called to verify they were coming. I then get a call on my voicemail that I can hear everything they were saying about me as a customer.

Even if it's a last resort, don't use this company. They are unprofessional and dishonest. They have no sense of urgency, poor communication skills (really none) and leave jobs undone. Zero stars.

I had to replace an old heating and air system in my home in St. Matthew's. I got estimates from five different companies and I felt like Air Comfort was the one for me. It is a family owned business and the lady that comes to your home, Cynthia, is the owner's daughter. She is a sharp lady and inspected my old system and home much more thoroughly than any of the other companies.

We had a new furnace installed- they also need to re-run gas lines move the central intake and several minor things to bring the system up to code. Work was done quickly and efficiently. We love the service technicians and will gladly have them back for seasonal maintenance. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Love the furnace.

Last weekend our air conditioner stopped working. We called a company we had used in the past to assess the problem. After paying the after hours fee, we were delivered the news that we would either need to spend a lot of money for diagnostics and repair or would need to replace the entire unit.
