Geothermal systems consist of an indoor unit and a buried earth loops that use the Earth's constant temperatures to provide free energy to heat and cool your home. In the winter months, fluid circulating through the system's earth loops absorb and store heat, and carries it indoors. Proper design and installation of Geothermal Loops is the key to its efficient and reliable operation.

Geothermal heat pumps use the Earth's natural heat energy for heating and cooling. The ground source heat pumps used by the geothermal system (also called a Geothermal Heat Pump) provide heating in winter by extracting heat from underground and transferring it to your home and extracting your home's heat back into the ground during summer months.

When outdoor temperatures fluctuate with the seasons, the underground temperatures do not. Four to six feet below Earth's surface, the temperatures remain constant 58 degrees. Contacted this company to come inspect an existing geothermal unit in a house we had under contract and Larry spent less than 10 minutes there and said the unit was running up to par but was older than told to us by the seller, also where the filter was located and that it needed to be changed. When our inspector followed him to look at the unit he discovered there was no filter and that the unit was 100% clogged with debris!
When questioning Larry about missing them his response was "ok thanks" then, after asking again "sorry I got to talking and forgot to look." He missed a crucial finding about the system in the house we were about to buy! This has likely lowered the life expectancy of the unit and could have gone longer without being noticed had our amazing inspector Ben Hendricks not taken the time to come after Larry and inspect it also. Stay far away from this company! They do not value their customers and are only looking to make a quick buck! Do not trust your geo system in his hands!
