Stivers Heating & Air

We chose Stivers because of good reports from others in our neighborhood. They lived up to everything we'd been told. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We've signed up for their biannual service. Service: A/C system maintenance

Our air conditioner went out early Thursday morning. I called their 24 hour service line, the guy that answered took my information and someone from the company called me in the morning. They said they were booked up all day Thursday and had been for 2 days. They went ahead and scheduled me for Friday, after 12. I got a call from the tech Thursday afternoon about 3:15 and he said he was on his way to my house. He said they were able to work me in. He showed up, fixed the problem and was gone in 15 minutes. The AC unit just needed a new capacitor. Great customer service.

This was the first of 2 local companies I called that were accepting new customers. Called in the afternoon on a Tuesday when the AC stopped putting out cool air, had a tech scheduled for a 2 hour window the following Wednesday morning. There was a delay on arrival but the problem was quickly resolved. They double checked that all other parts of the system were in good condition and working order before leaving. Diagnostic fee and capacitor replacement were fair. Would use them again.

My AC was leaking water in the house, and I called a couple of companies to get estimates and to diagnose the issue, but none of the companies took their tome to figure out what the issue was, they just assumed my water pump was broken. until I called Stivers Heating and AC, the guy that came out was very helpful and professional, he took his time to diagnose the issue and fixed it! I am happy to pay for their good service, my AC isn't leaking anymore and if I ever need assistance with my AC, I will be giving them a call. 100% recommended.

We've used Stivers at least four times in the last couple years for both A/C and heating repairs, and we are impressed beyond words every time. This morning, we woke up to a burning smell and high-pitched noise from the attic/ main in-take, so I called them at 0905. After just 1 phone call to the office and 2 trips by Steven (all by 1300), the heat is ready for the upcoming weekend, sans any crazy noise or smells! :-) The ladies in the office are always super sweet and get someone out as soon as possible (most of the time, same day).

We've met all the male Stivers at this point- they show up to the house and are super professional, thorough and I always feel like they're undercharging, compared to crazy estimates we've had in the past. Love this family-owned business, and our family recommends them to everyone!

Over the years Stivers has replaced our AC and now our furnace, they have also done work for me at my mother's house. They have always done a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it. Great service, on time and very nice folks. On big purchases I always get other estimates and Stivers prices are very competitive. I can't recommend them enough and have recommended them to friends who always come back to tell me what a good job they did.

Stivers has been serving my family home since 1977. They are great! They come promptly when there's a problem. Always do a thorough job. I was 15 when they started as our heating and cooling experts, now I am the home owner and they still continue to give the same courteous and excellent service. The technicians are always polite they let you know what exactly is going on with your system, not some hyped up bull that will cause you to spend extra unnecessary money. Hope they never go out of business.

We called at 9.00am on a Monday morning when our A/C went out. A technician was at our house by 1:00pm the same day. He was able to diagnose the problem, give us a fair quote, and have us up and running in no time! We have used this company through my employer for years and having to use them on the residential side was just as positive an experience. I have been dealing with this fine company for 13-14 years. The first time I called them it was about 4 pm in a very hot day in late June and my AC outside unit needed replacing. A company rep came out to see me at about 9 pm that same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. Realizing my predicament, he promised he could deliver me a new AC unit the first thing the next morning.

He arrived around 8:30 am with the unit and had it installed in maybe 2-3 hours. Stivers has been the ONLY heating and air business that I have called since that first installation. I depend on them and they have never let me down!

Amazing same day service. Called around for help with my broken air conditioning and this company was the only one able to come out same day AND no upfront fees for a service call. Had my AC fixed within 30 minutes and charged a very fair rate! Even called back with a question and they were so helpful over the phone! Highly recommend!

Awesome same day service on my AC! Called around and no one could come out the same day or another company wanted to charge me $80 up front to diagnose the problem. This guy showed up within a couple of hours.

Excellent, timely, courteous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and best of all. no up-sell, even with plenty of opportunities. Will call again next time I need any HVAC work.

I had some unique challenges. They solved all the issues that several other companies, could not. The technicians where very professional. They also did a great job protecting my carpet. Can't say enough good things about them.
