Bryan did come out to the house on Monday. He took 20% off the painting which was appreciated. I would say overall we are satisfied with the wall removal, floor installation and the work Ben and Brian did. But I cannot provide higher than 3 stars because I will be looking a messed up walls for several years as well as streaked garage doors (which we noticed after the exterior had been completed - by the same lousy painter). Bryan did keep his promise to make it right - the $500 he took off was appreciated.

Bryan Downs was excellent with the estimate and answered all our questions. He did not hesitate with requests and never hesitated to put anything in writing. He was the most honest (out of 7 companies I talked with), the most cost friendly and by far the easiest to work with. Within two days of putting earnest money down, the roof supplies and dumpster were delivered and the next day the roof was completely redone.

The crew were fast and polite. Bryan was there at the beginning and the end and would not leave until he was sure we were satisfied with the job and had all questions answered. Great job Bryan and Paul Hamilton roofers!

I had Hamilton Downs Construction put new siding on my home. Whenever you deal with a contractor it can be a nervous time, but dealing with Bryan and his team has been a terrific experience. The new siding was installed and inspected and is absolutely perfect. I will use only them for any future construction needs on my home. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everybody.
